Minimalism to the extreme. The Spa is not finished so there is building noise. The restaurant isn't inside the main building but down sixteen stairs and across a terrace. Not great when it is cold and wet. Which leads me onto the food being served. A limited choice and mostly served stone cold. The staff were friendly but in some ways sadly lacking. The rooms are full of glass and the bathroom has a sensor light that goes on and off every 15 seconds if you are anywhere near it. The walls of our room were so thin that we could hear both of the adjoining rooms. A fantastic location, but isolated at the same time. Set up very winding roads high on the mountain offering beautiful scenery, and fresh air.

Das gebuchte Appartement gab es gar nicht trotz des gezahlten Aufpreises. Keine Lösung vor Ort möglich. Achtung der Pool ist nicht nur für das Hotel sondern für das ganze Dorf gratis!!! Für Hotelgäste die bezahlen gibt es keine Liegen wenn voll ist. Nirgendwo ist das beschrieben damit die Buchungszahlen nicht gefährdet werden. Ps: man wirbt mit nachhaltigem Reisen!!!! Das bedeutet man würde kein Plastik im Badezimmer benutzen. Die Seife ist in Plastik eingewickelt? Die Shampooflaschen sind ebenfalls aus Plastik. Sorry aber hier wird ein wenig betrogen!!!! Zusatz: trotz Anschreiben des Reiseunternehmens keine Antwort. Nochmal zum Pool: Ich fühle mich betrogen von diesem Hotel. Als Gast bezahlt man den Hotelpool damit das ganze Dorf diesen dann kostenlos benutzen kann. Liegen für Hotelgäste Fehlanzeige, da diese durch die Freibadgäste besetzt sind. Hierzu gibt es keine Information bei der Buchung oder auf der Webseite des Hotel. Eine Klärung vor war nicht möglich.

A disappointment 😞 Had high expectations of this hotel from reading the reviews. Reality is very different. Hotel very modern to the point of feeling sterile and uninviting. Glass everywhere and no ambience. Food in restaurant dreadful. Same Menu for lunch and dinner. Not cooked properly and always cold . The staff obviously still learning? Bedrooms again all glass and dangerous. Glass panel between bed and bathroom is clear and extremely dangerous.The safe is a joke. Not fitted and could be removed from the room very easily. Shower leaked out I to the room leaving vast amount of water on the floor. No telephone in room. No safety advice of any kind in case of fire. Feeling is that the hotel has been opened prematurely before finishing off properly. Restaurant is outside down a vast amount of steps. No good for people with mobility issues or the elderly or when the weather is bad as in our case. Saving grace is the location BUT this is a hotel that is very much needing work in progress. Sorry. Extremely dissatisfied not as the reviews state at all 🥺

Un lugar muy bonito! El hotel es nuevo, tranquilo y con unas vistas preciosas! El servicio muy atento y una comida rica, rica..! Las chicas de recepción de lo más majas las 2! Las noches de música en vivo de lo más amenas y el chico que cantaba se lo curra llevando las canciones a su terreno, bien por el! LO RECOMIENDO.

La guía Aurora muy amable ha hecho muy buen trabajo, buen trato en todo momento. Muy buen hotel la atención al público excelente, muy buena comida lo recomiendo. Me quedé con ganas de más, ojalá algún día pueda volver a repetir.

This is the biggest scam ever. At the moment im in the hotel and cant belive that such a place exists. We have booked romantic package but we are celebrating a birthday and the hotel was notified and they said no problem. First of all when we arrived in the room there was no wine or box of chocolates which were supposed to be included in the package, only after telling the receptionist they were bought to our room. Also the box of chocolates was smaller than the advertisement. The pool is closed, there is no bar to order drinks. The rooms are basic not worth 4 stars with no views of the landscape. But the most disappointing thing is the Dinner, the so called "restaurant" opens at 20:30 and when you enter inside it looks more like a school cafeteria not a restaurant of a 4 star hotel. The tables were close toghether with plastic chairs and servers that are unprofessional without even aknowleging your celebration. The advertisement showed a high class restaurant with gourmet meals but that was not the case. The also so called romantic meals were the same tables with a heart shapped baloon stuck to the wall, thats the only difference. The starters was pate with the cheapest possible bread, after that we had fried cheese with jam and tomato sauce with salmon and salad leaves which were just ok. The main course was pork which tasted so artificial it did not have meat texture it tasted like rubber, with potatoes which were cold and oily worse that what you get from a supermarket. The meal was fixed you couldnt choose anything. And after all of this we paid 110 euros per person for 1 night which is absolutely crazy for what you receive this place is a money grap scheme with fake reviews. DO NOT VISIT.

Un hotel espectacular por las instalaciones y por la ubicación. Totalmente recomendable. Volveré sin duda a repetir una visita. La atención del personal increíble. El desayuno muy rico y variado y las experiencias que puedes hacer increíbles. Si vas repites.

Estuvimos dos días y nos pareció un buen hotel en un sitio muy bonito y tranquilo. No pudimos disfrutar mucho de sus instalaciones porque estuvimos haciendo turismo por la zona. Pero el tiempo que paramos allí estuvo genial. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno buffet muy bueno. Repetiremos para cuando haga buen tiempo y poder disfrutar de la piscina y el resto de instalaciones.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns eigentlich sehr gut gefallen, das Hotel, die Lage, die möglichen Ausflüge. Die Landschaft war für uns ein eindruckvolles Erlebnis. Was wir nicht wussten, dass das Hotel vom November bis zum März Reisen ins Hotel mit Seniorengruppen von ca. 80 Personen mit jeweils 5-tägigem Aufenthalt organisiert hat. So war der Frühstücksraum und das Restaurant immer total gefüllt (Lärm, Platz, Bedienung, usw.). Leider wurde vom Hotel für die Einzelgäste keine Räumlichkeiten eingerichtet, Platz hätte es dafür genug gehabt.

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos de 24 personas, cena y desayuno buenísimos, habitaciones genial, tuvimos un pequeño mal entendido pero finalmente la gente de recepción nos lo soluciono. Hicimos una visita guiada x Jorquera con Paco Teva y fenomenal. Volveremos seguro.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana en el hotel y nos ha gustado mucho. Esta en un entorno tranquilo, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal muy amable. Llevamos a nuestra mascota y ha estado de maravilla. Además el hotel estaba completo y hubo un problema con el agua caliente que resolvieron rápidamente. Si es verdad que se escuchaban algunos golpes supongo que debido a la reparación y que eran algo molestos pero totalmente comprensible. El desayuno completísimo y ahí como en recepción muy buena atención. Nos explicaron todo de maravilla y nos han dejado quedarnos más tiempo si comíamos en uno de sus restaurantes lo que viene genial para aprovechar el día de salida. Para repetir!!!

Todo muy bien... excepto por los ruidos. Habitación y camas muy cómodas, con terraza vistas preciosas y una pequeña cocina. La atención del personal perfecta , en general muy atentos, el spa es pequeño pero muy completo y todo muy nuevo. El restaurante muy bueno y con música en directo. Como pega IMPORTANTE, es q las habitación no están nada insonorizadas, tabiques de papel...ya sabes los niños lloran y los perros ladran, pues no toco las 2 cosas , en un lado teníamos, un perro que ladraba a las 7 mañana (admiten perros) y al otro lado una habitacion con niños gritando hasta las tantas....así que todo lo bueno del hotel y sus instalaciones se ve empañado por la falta de habitaciones más insonorizadas . Lástima en una construcción tan nueva....

Hemos estado allí 6 días unas amigas y yo y hemos quedado encantadas por la amabilidad de su personal, su profesionalidad,su buena y abundante comida, su ubicación, su spa etc.etc. etc. Volveremos en cuanto podamos porque fue una agradabilisima estancia o sea q le doy un 10 en todo.

Situado a 300m del pueblo es un hotel de 4*nuevo al que le falta un par de años de rodaje para estar en perfectas condiciones. El spa aún está por terminar y me parece caro 15€ para los clientes. Recomiendo la MP con una carta amplia y de buena calidad así como los desayunos.

No conocía la zona, me pareció muy Bonita e interesante. En lo que me equivoque fue en las fechas, mucho pero que mucho calor. Pero de eso nadie tiene la culpa. El hotel, muy nuevo, apenas dos años pero muy acogedor, si embargo vuelvo a remarcar l@s empleados, muy simpáticos, agradables y dispuestos. Muy recomendable, eso sí, en épocas de menos calor.

Ubicado en un entorno espectacular. La atención de las chicas de recepción (tanto la de la mañana como la de la tarde), fue muy buena, nos solventaron un incidente que tuvimos en una cata que teníamos contratada con ellos. El resto del personal también muy atento, los camareros de la comida, cena y buffet de desayuno encantadores. Ideal para una escapada romántica.
