Phenomenal Chinese + Vietnamese food in the heart of Sesimbra. Owner is wonderful and was such a surprise to find authentic food. Highly recommend and will definitely be back !

Went there today and I ordered Vietnamese spring rolls and pork pho. The spring rolls were crispy and tasty. Originally I ordered beef pho but changed it to pork when the owner told me that they didn't have beef. Anyway, the pork pho noodle soup was good as it is quite fresh but it was by no means authentic Vietnamese pho due to the lack of proper ingredients. They replaced lemongrass by basil with cilantro and lime by lemon, which tasted a bit different than the traditional pho. The noodle itself was just okay. Overall it seems to me most dishes on the menu are actually more Chinese style than Vietnamese.

Wow. I didn’t think I would get authentic Vietnamese here in sesimbra but Pho Lin didn’t disappoint! Might I recommend the spicy tofu. It was so good we ordered extra to take away.

This Chinese restaurant is driven by very nice Vietnamese people. Situated in the center of Sesimbra, a coastal tourist village, they need to earn their money in relatively few months of the year, so prices are expected to be higher than other places. We found it very expensive for what it is. The food is not bad, taste is pleasant, but it is rather simple and scarce in the presentation. The service was pleasant but rather forgetful. I had to order a beer four times before it finally arrived. The servings of rice was small too. We had a seaweed for starter, beef with vegetables and prawns and vegetables in a sauce, two portions of dumplings, one scoop of ice cream in batter for dessert. One large beer and a half a bottle of white wine. It came to 38€. It wasn't worth that much in my opinion...

Huge bowl of Pho Ga. Perfect for a windy, rainy day. Flavourful broth. Will come back to try out more of the menu. Prices are very good in comparison with all the seafood restaurants in Sesimbra where prices tends to be on the heavier side of the scale. The Pho was 5,50€. A bargain! Minus for not accepting cards.

The WORST food I had in my life, PHO testes like soap (a bit weird since the place is called Pho-lin) and chicken is served without any sides. Don’t go there’s unless you want to be sad.

Very nice Asian restaurant run by Chinese immigrants from Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. It's funny to read some store front advertisement in Portuguese, English and Chinese for a Vietnamese dish (pho) lol. Good quality vegan food. Reasonable price although portion is a bit small. Nice service. One complaint - the owner said they don't accept international credit card (so we were forced to pay in cash) but in fact they do. Not sure why she insisted that with us...

Great authentic food. The chef is from Shanghai and she really knows her stuff. Easily the best Chinese food I have eaten since I moved to Portugal. Don't miss it!

A beautiful place in the heart of Sesimbra that feels like eating in someone’s home because of the love. Even though the server did not speak much English they helped me learn to communicate with them and we got a lot of different dishes to try and we loved them all. We life finding vegan options and this one did not disappoint. Enjoy people watching, the sounds of Portuguese holidayers and tourists taking a beat and being happy all around. Immerse yourself in moments of joy with this place.

Flavourful and healthy options. Plus really affordable in a town where everything is quite expensive.

Tasty duck and lunch menu, all served politely, fast and at a cheap price. A good place to go to if you’ve had enough of seafood and want something different (but also serves seafood) Speaking both good English and Portuguese. No complaints. 😋

Happy we found a place with okay vegan food. The Pho first came out smelling like fish sauce a bit, but when we asked, they promptly replaced it with one that didn't. The tofu plate was good. People were very nice.
