It's a small two level hostel, located in the middle of the center of Madrid or at least very close. The location is 11 out of 10, as it has the Atocha Madrid main station just steps far, also the Puerta de Alcala, Cibeles, Plaza Mayor and Puerta de sol. You won't find better location than that. From the Atocha station you can grab the train to go to another cities of Spain (Operated by Renfe) or the subway. The hostel has a great staff, it is pretty clean but I didn't like the showers as everyone can see you if you are taking a shower, as it has just a curtain and no place to handle or hold your clothes inside the bath, that's the only thing my GF and myself didn't like it. Worst Hostel ever! We arrived late, but they told its ok and gave us a four digit code for the front door. Code did not work. Tried to call them - no answer. Rang the door several times - no answer. In the end we (3 girls) had to spend the night outside in Madrid because we couldn't find an other hostel/hotel anymore! WORST HOSTEL EVER.

In front of the train station , 25 minutes walking to the bus station. Basic room with no windows, bathrooms and kitchen are on a different floor, but for the price(12€ one night) could not ask more, perfect for one night stay.

The staff at the Atocha station gave us information about 3 nearby places where you can leave your suitcases (there are no lockers at the station). We called this one and they told us that we could leave our bags until 8:00 p.m. We headed to the place and however they told us that they closed at 7:30 p.m., we told them that we had just called and that the information was different, so they told us that we could come until 7:45 p.m. We told them that our train left at 9:00 p.m. and we asked them about any locker that was open later, and the lady who helped us told us that all the ones in the area closed before 8:00 p.m., and that we could come and get the lockers. suitcases until 7:50 p.m. We agreed (we didn't want to waste more time looking for a different place) and they charged us 20 euros to leave a suitcase and a backpack from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. When you leave that place, on the same corner, there is another 24-hour locker! The lady who served us tricked us just to gain one more customer. Terrible experience and customer service. Furthermore, the place is nothing more than a small shabby store, they do not accept cards, only cash payment, and they have the nerve to advertise on Google for like 24 hours, that is false.

Be careful with this site, on Maps it reports that it has "open 24 hours" but its real hours are from 8am to 8pm and they inform you when you arrive. It was also a robbery, for 6 hours to store the suitcase they charged us €20 and on top of that the lady serving deceived us that all the places to store luggage closed at the same time as them. Just as you exit around the corner there are places that are open 24 hours a day. In short, this trick of deceiving people cannot be done.

It is quite expensive, they asked us €28 for three suitcases for a few hours. They lowered it to €20 for giving a 5-star review.

Very close to Renfe, Ángela was very kind, it helped me a lot to be able to store my suitcase in a safe place. P.S: you have to bring cash.

Too expensive to deposit luggage. They write your luggage on a piece of paper in an amateur manner and then receive your luggage. It didn't feel safe. Look elsewhere

Good cheap price excellent location, rooms need more privacy.

Stayed at this place for 2 nights. Room/Bes is basic and acceptable. Rooms and the other facilities (kitchen/shower) are on different floors so expect bit of a walk to get to the shower room. Kitchen facilities are bare minimum with only a microwave - no stoves. Toilets are minimalistic as well and does not have a table/chair to hang your clothes/toiletries while you shower. Towels available at additional fee. Luggage storage facilities poor and only available until 3pm - you are better off with the storage at Atocha train station. Do not recommend!

The hostel is right near the Atocha station, which was what my requirement was. Hence it was convenient for me. The room was very clean and beds comfortable, it is a decent place to crash if you are looking for a budget stay around the station and atocha area. Staff was sweet and helpful during the checkin. The lockers are not too strong or sturdy. The toilets are in different floor, which is bit incovenient if you have to keep waking up in the night.

Didn't like much...there's no breakfast...almost no staff to provide info during late at night and early in the morning and not to mention, most bedrooms there are no windows so we get stuck inside with almost no air to breath...it really needs improving.

A SCAM! We left it for 30' because we were wrong about the train departure time and he still charged us the €20. I understand that they charge something...but €20 for 30'. It seems ABUSIVE to me!

€28 to store suitcases for 3 hours, very expensive!! They offered us a discount of €20 for leaving a 5-star review and we didn't want to, we left with our suitcases. At Google you should take care that this does not happen, because a large part of the 5-star reviews will be paid for and it is a deception to users.

I put one star because you can't do less. They charge you per object and it is super expensive, the prices vary. It is assumed that if you bring two suitcases they make you an offer but they don't tell you until you have already paid. There is a much cheaper one on the street behind and it doesn't hurt
