La Novieta is an absolute gem. As soon as you walk through the front door you know you are in a special place. The decor is beautiful, with intricate and thoughtful details; every item chosen with care and an eye for design. I love the mix of original features, found treasures and modern simplicity. It all works. The outdoor space is an oasis in the city - the perfect place to wind down after a day of walking around the sites of Valencia. Bertrand and Fabian provide a warm welcome and Fabian cooks an awesome breakfast - I particularly enjoyed the tomato tart. Finally, a special mention for the bedrooms with their beautiful tiled floors, comfy beds and luxurious showers. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful little boutique hotel nestled in a traditional Valencian home. The building has been fully renovated to tastefully incorporate modern comforts while restauring the traditional elements such as wooden beams and colorful tiles. This feels more like a home away from home than a hotel. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Fabien and Bertrand are very gracious hosts and obviously have put a lot of passion into this project. They go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Fabien's homemade breakfasts are some of the bests we've had in a while. All in all, a fantastic hotel to stay in Valencia if you're looking for a cosy and welcoming place to stay.

Mein Aufenthalt im "La Novieta Boutique Hotel" war ein beinahe perfektes Erlebnis, das mich in jeder Hinsicht beeindruckt hat. Das Hotel selbst ist ein kleines Juwel, wunderschön renoviert und mit einem außergewöhnlichen Sinn für Stil und Komfort eingerichtet. Jedes Detail im Hotel scheint sorgfältig ausgewählt zu sein, was zu einer warmen und einladenden Atmosphäre beiträgt. Die wahren Sterne des Hotels sind jedoch die Gastgeber, Bertrand und Fabien. Ihr Engagement für exzellenten Service und ihre persönliche Note in allem, was sie tun, machen den Aufenthalt hier wirklich einzigartig. Sie waren stets verfügbar, um wertvolle Tipps zu geben und sicherzustellen, dass jeder Aspekt meines Aufenthalts reibungslos verlief. Das Frühstück im "La Novieta" verdient eine besondere Erwähnung. Es war exzellent – eine köstliche Auswahl an lokalen und frischen Produkten, die sorgfältig zubereitet und präsentiert wurden. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss und der perfekte Start in den Tag.

Quand on traverse la porte de La Novieta, la magie opère, on se retrouve dans lieu sublime, hors du temps ! Regardez les détails de chaque pièce, c est un régal. Les chambres ont chacune sa propre personnalité, je vous laisse découvrir ! Nos hôtes sont aux petits soins et ils sont de très bons conseils pour profiter de la belle Valencia 😊 Encore merci et bravo à tous les deux !

Venus à 4 potes pour le marathon de Valence, quelle belle idée nous avons eu de déserter les hôtels traditionnels et de faire confiance à La Novieta! Le lieu est très, très beau, l'emplacement idéal, la décoration est dans le détail et l'accueil est probablement le meilleur de Valence. A La Novieta, on se sent comme à la maison, mais en mieux car c'est bien plus beau qu'à la maison! Merci Bertrand et Fabien, grâce à vous, nous étions parfaitement préparé à exploser nos chronos...nous avons explosé nos chronos! Nous reviendrons évidemment, avec nos femmes pour leur faire découvrir ce spot.

I had such an amazing experience staying at La Novieta Boutique Hotel. If you are debating booking a stay here, take this as your sign that this is the place. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the owners, both Fabien and Bertrand, such kind and generous people. I will miss my time spent at their beautiful property. If I am ever back in Valencia, I will definitely be returning to La Novieta.

Nuestra estancia en La Novieta fue excepcional. El lugar es increíble, desde desde nuestra llegada se respiraba un ambiente cálido donde la elegancia y la comodidad se fusionan. La decoración, el diseño del vestíbulo, las áreas comunes y las habitaciones destacan por su cuidado y estilo excepcionales. El personal, destacando por su amabilidad, hizo que cada momento fuera memorable, ofreciendo sugerencias sobre los lugares que debíamos conocer de Valencia y solucionando cualquiera de nuestras inquietudes con una sonrisa genuina. La ubicación del hotel, en el corazón de la ciudad pero en una zona tranquila, cumplió perfectamente con nuestras expectativas. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable en Valencia! Gracias por todo
