The campsite is right next to the beach so it's location is good if the beach is what you want. 34 euros for a pitch with no shade in September however is in my opinion disgraceful, you can rent a fully fitted apartment for this price. The showers are tiny and work by pressing a water saving button which you have to press every 5 seconds whilst you shower. The bar/restaurant is also very expensive but it's a trek into town to find something cheaper. You'll never catch me lining the pockets of these pirates again.

Excellent place, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, so much so we have been back four times. Please note while it pleased us, these places can't be everything to everyone, so do your own homework! Research, research & research!. Have a great holiday. Jon.

A relaxing site next to a great beach. Good size pitch. The washing facilties were acceptable but not up to the standard you expect given everything else was spot on. I personally didn't like having to wash garments in the same sinks pots were washed in. A washer and dryer were available but at a premium price. As I enjoyed everything else I would go again. The local town of Olivia was worth a few visits, especially the Old Town museums (All free).

Very pleasantly surprised by this campsite. We were in a small campervan and stayed in the section located kind of outside the main area, which meant a short walk to toilet blocks but wasn’t really an issue. Direct access to the beach which is amazing, shower blocks are decent and not too busy even though nearly all the pitches were occupied. Staff are all friendly and the little cafe is spot on for quick lunch, a snack or a beer! Tony and the lady (sorry forgotten the name) who makes all the cakes in the cafe deserve extra praise.

Great location. Next to beach and 5 min cycle to town. But 2 stars as my reason to stay on a site is to have a hot shower, the showers were freezing. I told reception, but still no improvement. High price for cold shower every day (main shower block) Also they state take ACSI but charge 25.5 euros? Maximum ACSI is 22 euros!

A lot of Germans are enjoying the warm climate here - that's the obvious fact. The service was quite good, we could easily change our parcel and the sanitary facilities are very clean. They are quite old so that could be refurbished some time soon. We fell in love with a small restaurant on the right side just before entering the camp site. Needless to add that the direct snack restaurant is rock solid and the Kiko Port is also quite nice.

Fantastic location at edge of beach. Beach huge and unspoiled. Good clean facilities. Little noisy at times. Good well sized pitches.

The camper area where we stayed was pleasant and well kept with shady trees and substantial hedges between the plots. However it was necessary to cross a public road to access the nearest toilet and shower facilities. The nearest facilities block required serious updating and maintenance but other blocks were better. The drinking water was supplied through hose pipe coils in an area that was also used for car washing and toilet waste disposal. So unhygienic! Any possibility of a modern toilet block in the camper area? The location was perfect, by a superb beach, and the reception service was good.

Good clean site with nice facilities. Right on the non dog friendly beach. 95% german motorhomes so no diversity on site. A bit shocked at the 185 euros for 4 nights. I cant give any negative reviews but we wont come back. Its all a bit souless, german and just too expensive. Not that Kiko will give a hoot as they are totally full.

A very large (mainly) motorhome site. Well-maintained shower/toilet blocks and pitches. Nearby marina (next door). Good service areas for motorhomes.

Nice clean campsite unfortunately not much open in January and supermarket very limited would advise pre-booking in advance so not to get turned away

Very beautiful camping site on the shore . Stayed 2.5 weeks great facilities very clean . A little hickup at our arrival . Reception lady said lot occupied till 1500 (warming Spanish people stay to the very last minute ) were early parked caravan in the wide lane . turn around ! she said rather unfriendly. Before doing we checked and lot was empty ( 2 days neighbor said ). Later we saw huge camper staying in the same wide lane for 1 night . Had a great stay rest of weeks .

Very nice campsite, has everything you need and superb service. Was really quiet in November, even almost full. Access to the almost private and clean beach right from the campsite. Shaded pitches, cafe, hairdresser, masseur, little shop, swimming pool and gym.

Very busy site, shower blocks very modern, hot water plentiful. The food was amazing and it's a bonus you can have it as a take away and very reasonable prices. Just up the steps and your on a lovely beach.

This is a lovely caravan site adjacent to the beach. It is located about 30 minutes walk from the local town of Oliva, which is a nice town to have a look round. It also has a free walking tour lead by a very nice friendly, knowledgeable guy. The toilet blocks had a few issues with the water supply whilst we were there but the staff worked to sort this issue. There are mostly German visitors to this site. It is a quiet site. We spent 2 weeks there in January.

Beautiful location next to a superb beach. I was there in April, and dogs were tolerated on the beach. There's a on site restaurant and beach bar. If I tried to find fault, it would be toilets and showers could do with an upgrade. But they are adequate.

Enjoyed our 3 nights. Helpful staff. Free WiFi really needs sorting pitch 51 & 52 were impossible to connect. But otherwise worth visiting, clean showers & toilets etc.

A wonderful place. Perfect location, friendly staff and almost always clean baths. I first visited 17 years ago and have been here about 13 times since. It has everything you may need. The Highlight of this place definately is the short walk to the beach, in generell it's a 10 second walk, wich means if you feel like it it's no problem to visit the beach for a minute at night or early in the morning. The pool may also be important to some, but since it's this close to the beach, I personally don't see the point. Some might find the lack of entertainment or night programs irritating. Ive heard quite a few people say its "boring". Since I come here to relax, its fine for me. For children there are programs in the evening though. In addition to that the entertainemt for adults also increases yearly. Edit: sadly the security has decreased considerably over the last few years. The security at night only consists of one bored security guard and a few cameras. Sadly the cameras are not located at every entrance. Therefore it is not dificult to enter the camping at night without being seen. This also has happened in 2023, some people caused considerable damage aswell as a disturbance to our vacation by using powder-fire-extinguishers at 2 AM inside of our Camper. The repsonse from the camping consisted mainly of "We cant do more than say 'sorry' for what happened, our insurances dont cover that". Wich to be honest was quite diappointing. I am aware that this doesnt happen often and I am not complaining about something like this happening, just the response from the camping was quite weak and disappointing.

Well for location you could not ask for better. Right on the beach and some nice walks etc. Pitch was generous (paid for larger pitch) Toilets clean and hot water etc was good. BUT only one person on a small reception and no info for tourists available. The pricing is the most expensive I have paid. For the last 2 days in Aug -106.90 Euro. For the first 5 days in Sept with ACSI card122.50 Euro. On top of that they charged me 25 Euro for electricity for the week. I am afraid the pricing does not reflect what you get. A clean site nice location yes but not worth almost 54 Euro a night in August.

Great site and good location, Oliva fulfills practical needs, but does not have many restaurants and attractions. A car is needed to explore surrounding coastal areas and towns.
