    I've been at the door of the clinic for half an hour, looking at the counter and calling, to my surprise, there are no patients and the workers at the counter either hang up on me or don't pick up the phone, what these people do is shameful. If they don't want to work, they could give the job to other people who really want to pick up the phone and it's not a big deal.

    I'm very sorry to say that, today I'm not going to talk about waiting (although it leaves a lot to be desired) but about another problem which seems much more serious and important to me. Data protection and privacy law are conspicuous by their absence. It seems to me a huge lack of respect that it is not taken into account that you should be doing tests such as antigen tests in front of the rest of the patients or the rest of the population, that you have to say or have them say your name very loudly and the result of the proof. I have never done this in my life as a nurse and I was very struck by how little it is respected despite being so important.

    Good patient care. About the doctors... there are two pediatricians, one of them is great, Raquel, and the other doesn't know how to treat children or parents. I don't recommend her at all.

    Ayer día 13 de diciembre acudí para que me informaran sobre la tercera vacuna para el Covid. Nunca he ido al ambulatorio debido a que no somos de la Seguridad Social. Me atendió un señor que es una maravilla! Hablando con vecinas me confirmaron que se llama Rafa. Su trabajo es perfecto, educado, amable y te explica todo con detenimiento. Gracias por su atención. También hay que decir cosas agradables cuando ocurren(y eso que yo soy muy guerrera!). Acudí por segunda vez el día 16 de enero. Volvió a atendernos el sr. Rafa, pues vuelvo a dar las gracias por su atención. Íbamos por el tema de la cuarta dosis de la vacuna del Covid. Se necesita más gente como él es muy competente en su trabajo y eso que yo iba de Asisa/Muface, pero aún así su atención es espectacular. Gracias, espero que hayan más personas así.

We are delighted with the clinic in general, they have their dynamic oropia for extractions but as soon as they explain it to you it is quite reasonable. The doctor who has been treating us since we arrived in town a year ago is excellent. Very professional and very good personal treatment. The pediatrician has days, I know that other parents have complaints but she also seems very professional to me, although there are days when you leave the office wanting to go back in and get like Belén Esteban. Do you understand me? But let's say no complaints at the moment. On the contrary, it seems that people are not aware of how immensely lucky we are to have such good public healthcare despite the efforts of some to ruin it...

    Una atención que da pena, esperas larguísimas cuando no están atendiendo a nadie y lo mejor de todo es que entras a la consulta y están de charreta los médicos.. vergonzoso, eso sí como sitio de trabajo tiene que ser un 10 porque para lo que hacen ..... No pongo un 0 porque no se puede

    I had a very bad experience with my daughter, I went to the Pediatric emergency because my daughter spent the night very badly with nasal congestion, fever, and cough. I couldn't take her to school and that's why I went to the outpatient clinic, which is supposed to be the normal thing to do. His primary pediatrician was not there, but there was another one who attends the morning shift. I wanted to wait for my turn with that pediatrician because I work in the afternoon and it was difficult for me to take her to the Pediatrician's shift who had told me at the entrance that they could see her at 4:30 p.m. When they call my daughter to go into the emergency consultation, the very rude Pediatrician tells me verbatim. "And you couldn't wait 30 minutes for your pediatrician to arrive" and I responded that they didn't tell me at 2:00 p.m. but at 4:30 p.m. and at that time I had to be at work.
