Friendly. Nice place to experience "un almuerzo" from Valencia. Big baguette with Spanish sausage "longaniza", fried potatoes, fried tomato... You choose what you want off these ingredients. Then at the table you get extremely good olives,peanuts and your chosen drinks (beer,wine with gaseosa, wine, soda,etc). To end with a "café solo", "cortado", "bombón (coffee with condense milk), te, etc. All for 5eur. (2019 prices).

This place has amazing paella. Out of the city and off the main road but worth the effort. Very nice people and a huge draw for the locals who fill up the 350 seat place every day several times a day. Go.

Best true paella in Valencia, nothing fancy a rough truck stop dinner and a set menu. But is best at what it is , which is feeding lots of working people well and quickly

Simple but good Spanish food, especially paella and arroz al horno. Cheap and friendly service, don't expect any English though. Get the lamb shank if they have it on the menu.

Artisan paella, the kitchen has an industrial-like paella chain with different intensity fires to ensure the paella has the appropriate heat in all the cooking stages. Would totally recommend.
