Wouldn’t recommend, we arrived on a Friday leaving Monday. after check in they told us that the next morning before 10 we have to check out again. Then eat breakfast and get another apartment, But this did not happened, so all day no place to be even though the place was booked for 3 nights. When we got back we had to wait 40 minutes to get the new key, because all the new arrivals had to check in. As a gesture we could leave our suitcases at the reception!! The apartments are old but reasonably clean, beds like a brick wall. The pools are dirty, all the sunbeds are broken.

Huoneistomme vanha,kulunut ja osittain epäkunnossa!....mm. vaatekaapin liukuovi puuttui kokonaan.... Puutteellinen astiasto! Siivooja kävi kerran viikon aikana...wc-paperia sekä roskapusseja piti käydä erikseen pyytämässä. Astianpesuaine kuului itse hankkia. Emme mene toista kertaa!!!!!

We've been to over a hundred timeshares, including Spain, and this was the worst! The walls are paper thin and we had 'talkers' up all night. But that wasn't it, they refused to allow us to move even tho we complained every. single. day. Pool wasn't usable and was dirty, only on key allowed, which was horribly convenient, kitchen was dirty, bed uncomfortable. I enjoy finding the positives in a resort, and they did everything possible to keep the positives from happening. Sad, because we LovE Denia. We were so happy once we got to 'quieter' hostels. Stay elsewhere. :)

Check in after 1600 gives long lines on Saturday. very overpriced, for half the money it would have matched what they offer.

We have stayed here on many occasions. Each stay has always been as good as the last one. If there have been any issues, they are always quickly resolved without any fuss.

We only go for buffet meal, drinks and dancing. Not stayed there. We enjoy the buffet meal and the drinks are quite reasonably priced. Could do with a few more bar staff & waiters sometimes.

Very friendly staff, cozy place. Perfect for a short visit. Great breakfast.

Nice family hotel, rooms are sort of 'self catering', nice pool and bar area. Great for families and loafs of parking, easy walk into town.

Nice and clean hotel. We celebrate children birthdays here on regular base. Children can swim, play and eat. Of course the parents are being looked at as well.

Great place for relax. Wide rooms, accommodated, air conditioning, terrace with a view. Walking distance from the beach. A bit distant from city center. Food was fantastic 😊

Good place to stay for weekend or small vacation. Nice breakfasts, many options what to eat. Sea is not no so far, but in October you have to go to the beach close to the city center, because of the seaweed on the shore and bad smell. Personal is good there, very friendly and helpful. There is a spa center on the territory. The bad thing is that the jacuzzi is very cold water, it is impossible to go there. And the sauna doesn’t warm to the right temperature. Guys from reception promised to fix that problem. But we didn’t see it. Maybe for the next guests.

Perfect for the price you pay- great service, especially friendly and helpful staff at reception. Food was good for the price too just not hot even if we came at the beginning of breakfast.

We spent 3 days in Ogisaka, and room was clean and tidy. Moreover so quiet place and not too far from hometown. Only thing we did not like was Cleaning Staff harassing us last day and keep on knocking the door to leave room But before 12/00 noon Hope management will take care of this for next customers. It was a nightmare..

The apartment was clean and well stocked.there were plenty of towels & toiletries. Bed was comfortable & the heating unit worked well.Dimo , the manager was very helpful & friendly.

My wife and I are co-owners of an apartment in Ogisaka Garden in August since 1995. We have witnessed many practical changes such as air conditioning in the apartments, more bedroom furniture and accessories and an excellent buffet that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The 3 level swimming pools are clean and well maintained .

A really nice apartment good breakfast the outside could do with updating needs a paint. Overall visit was good despite the bad weather rain every day!
