Do not bring your car here to be washed. They charge $120 for a car wash and spray it with water and do not wash it. Go anywhere else, not here. Edit: On top of this the owner of the establishment Vino has then called me abusing me and swearing at me for leaving this review.

Excellent customer service and amazing car wash service. Detailing service is excellent as I have tried multiple car wash places in Adelaide but Truly and Honestly - Ultimate Car Wash Norwood is a 'must' try for car lovers. Fantastic service, Amazing Staff, Great Value

Vino and the boys did an amazing job on my car. Leather was treated beautifully rims cleaned in detail and service was great! I recommend this car was for your pride and joy.

The best part about Ultimate Wash is the monthly membership. For $110 you get up to 5 washes a month. There is a warm cosy cafe where you can enjoy a coffee. Depending on how busy it is, the car comes out either extremely clean or very clean. Timing can be between 40 minutes to 75 minutes.

I had my car detailed 2 weeks ago, driving off and 5 min down the road I noticed water and debris on my back- leather seats. I pulled into the service station shocked, and i quickly had to wipe it up. I then looked over the whole car and then noticed a deep scratch on my bonnet. I returned to speak to the manager vino but apparently he had left, I still have not heard back from you. I have contacted you twice via contact us with no return email message. So now I put this up to warn people on the bad business customer service. I understand accidents happen BUT bad customer service I DONT. Website is misleading.

I forgot his name, but I believe it was the manager/team leader who was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. He also ensured me an amazing job on my car, and they delivered. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend these guys (I’ve been to a few others who aren’t as good). Will be coming back, thanks a lot!!!

I purchased a yearly membership and the service has been great. The convenience of being able to take my car in every week to have washed and it’s in and out within 45mins is great. Highly recommend.

They did a horrific job at detailing my car. Had my car booked in for a $600 detail. I came back a couple hours later and all they had done was spray it with water, put air freshener inside, and made the seats wet. The interior was as dirty as it was before, and the exterior hadn't had all the treatment as advertised. When I told them they had not done a good job at all, and didn't even bother with the clay bar, they told me they didn't speak English. I went home and spent an hour cleaning it myself, and it looked like a different car. Being 17, this was my first and last detail I'll ever book in. I can gaurantee you could do a better job than them.

Got my car cleaned here today and i am so disapointed in the quality of this clean. For $75 they did an awful job of "Cleaning" and only took 38 minutes. I have a rather small car which wasn't that dirty so im even more disapointed in this lack of service. For $75 i would expect sand to be vaccumed out of my car. What lazy service and work ethic Will not be coming back. As for your reply, there is clearly marks that can be easily cleaned and wiped over which haven’t been. Could at least admit the poor quality of cleaning

I went in for a quick wash and for $35, it was very lazy. Firstly, there was water marks all over the car when I picked it up, they didn't even clean the wheels properly and got silicone spray on my fenders! They also had trouble even giving me a receipt. Something about this place doesn't seem legit, so I would steer clear. Very unorganised. Not sure how to post photos, but will hopefully update this review.

Purchased a bunch of items from SuperCheap Auto that I had left in my car boot. This included a bottle of detailer costing $25.99. Had my car washed (including boot vacuum) at 12pm on the same day & had the car returned at 1pm. I went home to use the items I had purchased as I had to remove a large scratch from my car. Near completion, I noted that the bottle of car detailer was gone. After a long search for the bottle, it could not be located. As the car wash use these items, I believe the detailer was accidentally taken by one of the employees. After a phone enquiry and returning to the business premises, the staff member said they “could not find the bottle.” I will not be returning for a car wash ever again.
