😠 I would like to know how you can remove a headstone from the grave without consulting the next of kin(so to speak)it is immorally wrong and it should not go without the person responsible for the removal of the headstone to step forward-would you let them remove a headstone of your loved ones? People often mention ashes,

In 2019 my mother passed and her service was held there. Big kudos to Mr. Robert McDonald for his kindness and caring on that day. Years before when my father passed away, his service was held at the same chapel. On both occasions the day was as painless as it could be due to the peaceful environment and the funeral companies that did their utmost to make trying times bearable.

My dear father is buried here, and everytime I come for a talk and visit I feel so at peace. Mainly cause it is beautifully maintained, clean and roses pruned, and there is a view.. my gratitude to those people who look after it so well and keep it looking its best.

Appalling went to visit family site. Distressing! Plots so covered in weeds and daisies that name plaques were lost within. A rose bush on its side. Weeds and grasses throughout plots. Unkempt and sooo disrespectful to our loved ones. Made complaint and while I was there 3 staff attended (appreciate their attendance) and promised area would be attended to but it never should have got to that state. Heartbreaking.

It's quite a large cemetery, peaceful & tastefully set out. But they need to go through & do some weeding. I went there today & there were several large weeds not far from my grandmother's & uncle's grave. The tree that died they replaced & the replacement looks dead too. This place has a superb rose garden, which is a spectacular sight to see when in full bloom.

It takes up a huge area and can take awhile to get your bearings. The gardens are impeccable and very well looked after and tasteful. Lots of very interesting little places worth visiting (you'll know what I mean if you every visit here and take the time to really look around).

Cannot thank staff at Enfield cemetery enough for all their help and support. Also their Groundsman could not have been more compassionate, understanding and helpful. I had to bring my mum's ashes from Queensland which was quite stressful, but they made it less stressful for me. Many thanks Marie Hall.

We were told that brothers ashes would not be touched until we were there to witness the removal of the ashes in person if we were willing to pay a 150 dollar admin fee. The ashes were removed from the wall while we were not present during the week which we have photographic evidence of. We took a close up photo on the 9th of February and today when we arrived to witness the removal the plate was chipped and the concrete around the ahses lot was broken away. We were told that nobody would would touch the plot until we arrived Tuesday at 2:00 they told us nobody would touch it before then. We were adamant every step of communication that we didn't want the wall touched until WE were there to witness the ashes were not tampered with. Please don't trust this company with your loved ones remains they have no respect for families wishes and only care about charging you a fee.

Please don't charge $40 for a $12 bottle of wine - had I known, I would have smuggled my own booze in And also, after paying $500, it wouldn't hurt to put some sandwiches out for grieving families who are hungry - 12 subway cookies, and some tiny squares of cake wasn't enough food for us! Beautiful grounds and gardens though!

Just did an early Mother's Day visit to Enfield Cemetery and I want it known that the garden was so beautifully manicured around the graves and your work is so appreciated.

One of the most Pathetic, dysfunctional organisation within government. Constant Road blocks, *Chris the “sales person” /*Stacey his mgr, both rude/abrasive, refuse to assist. (Makes you wonder what other blunders go on behind closed doors, denials and zero accountability from these parties, pointless ringing them, as they won’t help you. Very disappointing unprofessional.

Many friends, a bigger family, I walk the gardens all with you, many pointless discussions, treasured to share again.

My husband and my parents are buried in the Rose Garden, which used to be stunning. For the last 2 years it has gone to the pack. I have just returned again from being there, & instead of reflecting on memories, I have just filled 2 big black bags of thistles and dead headings. I am absolutely disgusted at the state of the rose garden. An absolute embarrassment that my beautiful family are buried there. It makes me so sad.

Absolute disgrace... Attending today , Christmas Day, I would assume the busiest day of the year for visitors to find this, re photo....why was this not cleared away? The gardens have gone down heaps in the last 2yrs... I will be taking this up with local M.P
