Writing a review on behalf of my mum Ella who has been seeing Prue for her procedures: Prue has been an excellent advisor! She has been very obliging and thoughtful throughout the process. From the first consult to my second procedure nothing has been too much trouble, the service is over and beyond! Would highly recommend this establishment if you're thinking about getting any type of laser procedure done. All the ladies are lovely and no task is too hard!

The service I receive at Laser Clinics TTP is always amazing! Prue is a gem, over the past few months she has advised me of what services I can benefit from and has tailored my treatments to get the desired results I was looking for. I am so happy! I love the flexible hours they offer and its convenient location inside the plaza. I have recommended Prue to a few of my clients as she is both professional and friendly and really knows her stuff! From start to finish Kirsty my fabulous injector is so professional, exact in her placement of product and educational in regards to process, pre/post expectations and side effects. First time having laser hair removal done so I was a bit nervous but beauty technician Shai made sure to make my experience as comfortable as possible as well as answering any questions I had about the treatment. I normally have a really good experience here but the other day I had laser by Bec. She was really rude and had the machine up way too high which ended up burning my skin.

I went there first time and she did burnt my side. Don't go there.

Prue is an expert in her field with a wealth of customer service and relations experience. She is awesome at what she does and always makes my experience at laser clinics memorable. I got 1ml of lip filler with Kirsty. it was my first time getting any cosmetic injection, it was a 10/10 experience. I suffer from general panic disorder so i was very anxious and panicked when i walked in. the receptionists are lovely and helped explain afterpay to me, getting my lips done was a basically painless procedure and Kirsty did an amazing job at making sure i was calm throughout the whole thing. On top of the great experience my lips are what i’ve always wanted them to be! will be coming back for all cosmetic wants in the future

I experienced results unsatisfactory to me after 15 sessions of laser hair removal (and more sessions before that at the Adelaide store). They are refusing to refund any money I have paid after I raised my complaint with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had my lips done by Kirsty and have had nothing but trouble. My lips were lopsided from day one and I was advised this was due to swelling. When I called for advice she had the audacity to make me feel like her butchering is my fault! KEEP AWAY! I now wake up with swollen, bright red, sore lips every morning which reduces to protruding nodules on the inside and outside by the end of each day. I will now seek professional advice on how to treat this ugly looking condition. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere! KEEP AWAY FROM KIRSTY!
