It's a shame that they don't do refunds and never mention it to new customers when they've bought something. Bought a cahin from them for the first time not knowing I won't be able to return it if it didn't meet my expectations and it didn't so took it back and told a member of staff that I needed to return it and straight away was told "oh you can't return it because we don't accept returns". Asked why they don't have a refund policy in place and "we just don't" was the only explanation from the member of staff. Very disappointed with the service, some lovely jewelries but unfortunately won't be buying anything from Warren James ever again.

Rude staff. My partner came in to try on wedding rings before he started work. They wouldnt even let him touch it, put it on his finger for him. They slid it to the middle of his finger and said it doesn't fit! He left and rang me saying how uncomfortable he was made to feel. This isn't policy either because i have tried my wedding rings on.

They have a great collection of lovely jewelry here, staff are very helpful I always pick up something nice when treating myself 😌

Rubbish service, won’t be shopping there again.

Lovely jewellery shop with good prices, only a bit annoying that they do not yet allow for mobile contactless payment (google pay/apply pay). Had to come back the next day with appropriate payment as a result, hopefully the company will sort out mobile pay.

Really happy with the jewellery I bought from here highly recommend plus great customer service.

I am very happy with the service I received today at Warren James Walsall store, the Manager and staff was very helpful in resolving my issue with a broken ear ring. Definitely will shop here again, great customer service.

Shopped at warren james walsall and isle of wight, pleasant friendly and very helpfull at both shops returned couple more times with grand daughter and same service so im happy

Lovely jewellery but as I was leaving I noticed that one of the rings had fallen off the display and I called over to a staff member to tell her and she turned round and said 'sorry I'm busy'. I just turnes round and walked out because I thought it was rather rude.

Too much 'plated' at silly expensive prices.. F.Hind over the road serves as a much better offering..

Warren James - Walsall (Saddlers center) my sister and I were served by a lady named Michelle she was absolutely brilliant and provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. An absolute star!
