    Part of luxury shopping is the attention to details that you get from the staff to ensure that your experience at the boutique is extraordinary and that you leave the store with an incandescent glow from having purchased that special item. I have heard of this kind of shopping experience before but I never got to truly experience until my husband and I decided to go to this Montblanc boutique on Bond Street. Staff here are excellent, polite, and courteous and believe me, I've been to many luxury boutiques and this one, so far, is the one to beat. Upon entering, we were greeted by Salman. I have been wanting to own a Montblanc fountain pen for sometime now and prior to this visit, I only have a vintage Montblanc meisterstruck from the 80s, which isn't terrible but I wanted to see what the store had to offer. I have only been exposed to Japanese fountain pens until this visit so I walked in with a blank canvas though I was aware of their many special collections. Salman basically gave my husband and I the VIP tour and it was amazing!!! I originally thought I was going to get the a pen with Le Petit Prince...resin barrel and all. Salman not only had me try the different non-fountain pen range, but he made sure we find the perfect fountain pen nib that would best suit the size of my hand and how I write. I told Salman that we were celebrating our honeymoon and so he got us a bottle of champagne to celebrate as we tried on all the different nibs that Montblanc had to offer. Upon Salman retrieving the champagne glasses, he happened to see something that he knew would interest me. DUN DUN DUN, the limited edition 1901 Walt Disney Fountain pen. I'm a BIG Disney fan so...the story practically ends here. Not only that, he gave us two inks and a Walt Disney notebook ON THE HOUSE. It was fabulous. Salman was amazing throughout this experience and this Montblanc visit was one of the best luxury shopping experience thus far. Thank you Salman for such a great walk-through, and an amazing pen shopping experience!!!! FYI, this boutique is the biggest one in the UK. If you're a serious pen aficionado and you want to try a Montblanc fountain pen, you cannot go wrong with this store. I plan on visiting again whenever I'm in London. Cheers!

    Sent in a pen for repair in 2017, and the store kept it for me all these years. Just collected it on Christmas Eve. Wonderful service from the lady in charge of repairs — MB has my loyal custom!

    Montblanc has really set the bar high in terms of customer service. I'm a regular visitor to Bond Street. The only store that always meets and often exceeds my expectations is Montblanc. Their staff has been nothing short of exemplary during our visits. Welcoming, knowledgeable, reliable (constant high level of service) and a pleasure to do business with. Believe me when I say, a combination like this is quite rare on Bond Street! Many other luxury brands have failed (slow customer service, repeated carelessness and some massive clangers). With all this mayhem going around, Montblanc feels like a safe haven for the discerning shopper.

    Sulman Hussain gave us the best service we have ever received in an upmarket store. His product knowledge and professionalism were a revelation in someone so young. The best brand ambassador for MontBlanc we have ever come across.

    Obviously somewhere to go for great writing instruments but it’s the staff that make the difference. Very helpful and expert. Their software however is a pain. Very clunky process to get a pen service.

    The most amazing service I could ever imagine. When I say above and beyond, that is an understatement. I went there to have a look at the bi-coloured Summit 3 but they didn't have the one I was after there in store. The kind gentleman took my contact details and told me he would get one within the hour. He literally went by himself to another store and transferred the stock to this store and called me within 30 minutes of me leaving the store. He also took the time to show us some luxurious pens, two of which my wife ended up buying for me as an anniversary gift. The level of care and attention during the purchasing process ensured that we left the store completely happy with our experience and eager to go back. It was so good, I found myself browsing their website for every single product last night when I got home. Everyone is super friendly and their quality of service reflects the quality of the Montblanc brand and products.

    I have come into this branch over the years a few times for maintenance and repair of my writing instruments. Every time, the customer service has been exceptional and this time was no different. Staff are always helpful, friendly and approachable. A special big ‘thank you’ to Dan, who replaced the broken MB emblem on my pen in less than 10 minutes! It’s always a pleasure to come into the store.

    Disappointed by the services. I brought a pen that was not working and was told it needed maintenance, and if anything further was needed, I would be contacted by email to discuss any repairs and fees for such repairs. After weeks of waiting, I am told that my pen is ready for collection (delivery to work service not available) and when I go to the shop I am asked to pay extra for repairs I was never contacted about. I would not recommend this shop.

    Poor experience. I was interested in three of the metal Starwalkers and emailed them to see if they had it in stock since I prefer seeing the products first to get a feel of them in my hand. They responded that all three were there, so I travelled to central just for that. But when I got there, only two were available. Plus the sales person, not the person who emailed, had little interest in talking to me, I guess they thought the £2k price for the three pens was too low and I was not worth the time, or he was judging me because I was in there wearing a track suit. Lack of email response when I emailed the first guy afterwards. Def will not visit again. Shame they closed the Westfields shop, I had awesome service from them.

    Really poor customer service. Been there 3 times to get my leaking pen fixed - refused any compensation or even to pay for my travel there when the courier failed to come twice to collect the pen

    I sincerely appreciate how these fine folks take to heart something as seemingly trivial as a mere pen. I dropped in without an appointment for a minor repair and a refill replacement, and you'd have thought I brought an infant in for medical care. I also acquired a new model at the same time and had it monogrammed/engraved, all while I waited. Simply superb service.

    Looked to buy a pen for over £700. The sales assistant took the display pen downstairs and returned 10 min later with "the display pen" and "the new one in the box". He put the box down and returned the "display pen" to the display case. The "new pen in the box" was warm and full of fingerprints. This was clearly the display pen, which he had switched over with the new pen. Watch them as this seemed a little dishonest. As you can imagine I bought the pen elsewhere

    I had a great experience today. I came in to get a link taken out of the strap of my Montblanc watch it was very quick to do and everyone was really friendly. I was allowed to bring my dog in as well, although she is small and easy to carry, I would say very dog friendly! Thank you to the Montblanc team in Bond Street!

    Montblanc pen, but makes noise like a 50 pence pen! With new technological advancements, pretty much all pens write smoothly, and so when you get a pen that costs 200 times more than other pens which write the same, you at least expect the actual pen to be of a reasonable quality. And writing noise is non-existent even in £1 pens, so the quality has got to be really poor. But as long as we have the name - what do we need quality for! Montblanc maybe reason that people buy their product to show off with pricy pens, and not for writing quality. And there is perhaps a lot of truth in that.

    Great store. Went in as my pen refill had leaked. They fixed it there and then and switched out the parts on the pen that had been damaged. Markus on the Mont Blanc helpline was also very helpful. Thanks

    Great place for your fountain pen and other needs. Excellent service by the most friendly staff including Adeel, and Carol who will go out of her way to find items for you. No pressure selling but always a joy to look at the latest artisan pieces. One day, I say, when I win the lottery!
