I visited this store purely on the professionalism of a telephone enquiry I had with Sarah and Glenn regarding a few different timepieces I was looking to purchase. My visit and subsequent interaction with Glenn has been truly amazing and very educational on the watches I was interested in buying. I was made to think about lots of different factors before committing to a specific watch and it was not based on sales at all. I felt that I was given lots of time to browse different watches and nothing was too much trouble at all. The store have an amazing collection of watches and jewellery, but for me the most important pleasure I walked away with was the customer experience. I would highly recommend visiting this store and asking to speak to Glenn as his knowledge on Rolex alone is second to none and you are dealing with someone who knows the brand inside out. This is my go to place for future luxury purchases. Keep up the good work and thank you for a great experience.

"Official Rolex Retailer" that should be questioned by Rolex. Recently took my 20 year old Rolex into this business to have a quote for a complete refurbishment done, replacing parts where worn to bring it back to its former glory. The gentleman we saw , hadn't got a clue. He spent most of his time suspecting me of having a fake Rolex then proceeded to quote the most ridiculous prices for the various works and parts to be done. Unbenown to him I had already got a comparison quote for identical works from a similarly approved Rolex Agent who I might add treated me with the utmost respect. They (Rudells) didn't know the product, didn't know the buyback rates for the replacement gold parts started guessing the price incorrectly for additional links to the new bracelet then to top it all turned stroppy and indignant when challenged by me over their over inflated prices, quoting they are fixed prices by Rolex. My comparison quote by the other firm is nearly £3k less for the full as new refurb including a service that lasts 10 years all at Rolex fixed prices, all in all wasted a morning of my time . I might add the other firm has secured my order and my loved Rolex is on its way to Rolex London to be rebuilt. This sort of thing would not have happened when I used to visit this jewelers when Old Mrs Rudell and her son used to run the business. She must be turning in her grave. I won't be returning.

Had been looking for a new watch for a while where I luckily came across rudells and was served by Nick who was very polite and made me feel at ease. Everything was fully and clearly explained about the watch without it being one of them pushy sales and cold drinks was offered. I would highly recommend this jewellers and will definitely be going back in the future.

Superb service from start to finish at the Wolverhampton branch. Sally in repairs was absolutely amazing. She kept me updated with progress, as parts for my vintage Rolex had to be sourced for repair. When I came to collect the watch Nick Cadman was very knowledgeable and attentive. I would recommend this establishment to all Rolex owners without hesitation.

Picked up my watch today- Leroy was assisting us and he is lovely, upbeat and extremely friendly. The experience was made 10x better thanks to him. All the staff we experienced were lovely and extremely professional. Not a bad word to say about my experience- definitely recommend!

I wanted to purchase a watch from here as they are a local "authorised dealer", however, after sending my enquiry I got a response basically telling me they "wouldn't" help me as I don't have a history of purchases with them. I've actually looked into this and it's common in the Rolex AD world and I think after getting this response I will be purchasing other brands who actually want people to spend money with them. I thought this snooty attitude died years ago, how wrong am I.

I was recommended Rudell’s by my parents who were regular customers many years ago. My father and I went in to the shop just to research for a future watch purchase and I must say, I have never received better service anywhere before. From the pleasant and formal greeting by the doorman and all the colleagues upon entering the shop to Sarah’s tireless efforts to find a watch that best suited my very particular needs (I was not an easy customer). She introduced us to brands and styles that I had not considered before, and along with Dan and Emma? (not sure if I got her name right) created a very joyful atmosphere and were very patient as I looked at an array of watches before settling on an amazing Tudor watch I had not considered before. They even offered to adjust my father’s watch during the process. Extremely happy with my purchase but even more so with the service I received. I will no doubt be recommending them to all my friends and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Awful experience. Be very careful. Very pro white customers. They will lie and ignore you after. The directors the worst I have ever come across in anyway business, borderline cowboy operation. Be wise where you spend your money. Good luck if you do decide to go here.

Sensational experience from the first enquiry, to my very first visit and finally to the collection of my dream watch. I was looked after sensationally by Rebecca who is a real credit to Rudell's. A mention to Hannah who made the collection of my watch superb as well! A true AD with 100% transparency with no pressure put on the buyer to buy anything but what they come in to buy. First perched an item from Russell's in 1974 The premises have extended greatly but the atmosphere is still that of a friendly family business. The service is always brilliant and the staff extremely knowledgeable.

I have brought a couple watches from Rudells Wolverhampton over the last couple of years. I cannot recommend them enough!. They are utterly professional, very knowledgeable and for me the standout individual has got to be Rebecca. Extremely knowledgeable about Rolex, very friendly and puts customers at ease without any pressures. She is courteous, considerate and respectful cannot wait for my next purchase. I feel I should share my experience with Rudells… I have a Tag watch which is 7 years old and barely worn, it stopped working and my husband kindly said he’d take it in for me for a new battery and decided to try Rudells, after waiting a couple of months then being called and told the watch was ready for collection only to arrive and then be told the watch had been sent back from Tag and not done because it was broken and needed repairing. I asked my husband to just bring it home as I didn’t trust what had happened. Well my instincts were right, I took it somewhere else where I trust and was advised it just needed a battery. I run a business myself and believe in treating people fairly. Shame not all businesses work the same !

I began my journey with Rudell’s at the beginning of the year as I was wanting to build my collection of luxury watches. I cannot praise the whole team enough for their professionalism and welcoming manner, each time I call or visit the store. Each time I go into the store whether it is to purchase or for a quick chat, I am treated in the same manner which goes more than saying. Nick whom assisted me from the very first time I went into store, was very attentive and knowledgeable which helped give insight to the different brands they offer. I would highly recommend Rudell’s as their whole team are welcoming whilst understanding what you want as a customer. Also a big thank you to Nick for constantly helping me with queries and keeping me up to date with what is going on. A genuine, friendly person who is always willing to help.

Every experience we have had so far with Rudell has been excellent. We first spoke with Helen, who organised a service and strap replacement for a Rolex watch. Helen also took details from us to be added to a couple of lists for new Rolex watches. Since then we have had several conversations and appointments with Nick, to try on certain watches, new and pre-owned. There has never been any pressure to make purchases, and we have always been made to feel welcome and relaxed. Glenn recently helped us with an insurance claim, whereby he kindly wrote two letters to the insurance company to assist in the claim, which resulted in it being successful. Contact this company at the end of 2019 for a price to service my watch. Having sent them the details I could see along with the watch serial number; I received an estimate. I then emailed last week to say I would bring my watch in this week and could they also provide a valuation, and that was fine. There was no mention of the increase in price on the original, now it appears incorrect, quote I received, which was expected given the passage of time. I went along today to find the price I was quoted was nearly double! Apparently, the price I was originally quoted, despite me providing all the details I could find on the watch along with the serial number, was for a different model (or something). I was also told I was in the wrong for not providing more detailed information! Feeling as though I was suddenly dealing with shakedown artists and fly-by-night armatures rather than a company who had portrayed nothing but professionalism up to this point, who offered a simple “sorry” for their lack of attention and professionalism, how could I possibly risk leaving my watch with them now?

Fantastic service by Glenn at Wolverhampton shop. He organised making of a gold ring and Bangle and silver Bangle for my Mother who has gone into a Care Home in North Wales after moving from Wolverhampton. Nothing was to much trouble delighted with purchases which has made my Mum very happy 😊

Rudells is a fantastic jewellers that make you feel nothing but welcome! I recently went in and purchased a beautiful Tudor watch, for me spending a significant amount of money on a watch isn’t just about buying the watch but getting a nice experience and I 100% got that at Rudells. First class service that you expect from a Rolex approved retailer. Knowledgable staff. Called for a Rolex Service and although they suggested it may take 10 weeks the watch was ready after two weeks. Rudell is a jewel in the Wolverhampton Crown. Thankfully close to car parks and major bus stops so you can get away swiftly after a visit as there is little else to interest visitors in Wolverhampton. I will certainly return when the watch requires its next service.

Glenn and the team are 1st class. Really helpful in finding that perfect piece. High quality goods and friendly atmosphere. The champagne is always on ice…

Excellent customer service. I rang to check an item was in stock, my online order was despatched the same day via special delivery (for free) and was delivered the next day which was a Saturday. I would definitely use Rudells again.

Really great team, I have known Rudells as a business indirectly for many years through the previous purchases made by family members stretching back to the 70s, although I hadn’t bought anything from them I had always loved the idea of owning a Rolex, this idea became a reality thanks to Nick of their sales team, I collected my watch from them a few weeks ago and was incredibly impressed with the whole process and although I didn’t see Nick in the end, Hannah looked after us who was brilliant. I will be sure to purchase from Rudells again and would recommend them to anyone in the West Midlands area and beyond.

Visited Rudells for the first time today to purchase a Tudor Watch. From the warm welcome on arrival the entire experience was extremely pleasant. We never felt rushed or pressured and Nick Cadman who looked after us for the entire transaction was personable, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. A genuinely feel-good experience that does seem rare these days. We shall almost certainly return for future purchases.

The service that I received from Rebecca Lopez from Rudell was nothing short of outstanding. From the initial phone call to meeting with her in branch, Rebecca was incredibly knowledgable, very personable and really took her time to educate me and help with making the right decision for quite a memorable life event. It is not often you receive service like this and I believe it deserves to be recognised. Rebecca's passion for watches and industry knowledge really reflects in her client care. I have dealt with Rudell's for a number of years and have always found them excellent to deal with, they are extremely professional in how they conduct themselves. The recent Rolex and Patek events were very well organized and managed. Under the current constraints of buying watches, they are very good at what they do and delivery. Expectations are always high when buying watches, Rudell have managed to exceed mine every time. Great team, great place to buy.

We purchased ear rings for my mother in laws 80th birthday. The staff are extremely fiendly, with excellent customer service and this is a great place to shop. Keep up the good work.

Not impressed. This place is not what is used to be. Our family has ordered various watches over the past 15 years from here and had a great service. However a couple of years ago I went into the shop to pre order a watch in time for my 50th birthday this year. I spoke with a gentleman named Dan Johnson, gave him details of our families previous purchases, to show I was a genuine buyer. I was told that the watch was popular and that he would add me to the waiting list. I called the shop a couple of months ago to check the progress and was informed that the watch had been discontinued and Dan would call me back when he returns to work. I asked, why was I not informed of this when they had the update from Rolex. Surely a shop of this calibre should inform customers of such news?? so that I could order a different watch. That was late last year, to date no one has even bothered to call. If you are placed on a waiting list, be very suspicious. I can see they have their favourite customers and the others do not matter. Will update to let you know if they bother to get in touch or not.

So, I’ve waited a few weeks to write this review just to give Rudells the chance to put things right. I’ve been using Rudells as our AD for a number of years and have built up a decent family history of purchases. Having put my name on ‘The List” for a Watch a few years ago, I regularly kept in Touch with my point of contact Dan Johnson to see if anything had changed. However over the course of this year he hasn’t bothered to return my calls and even though I continued to use Rudells for other purchases he still show me the courtesy of given me a call. I recently decided to go to the Wolverhampton branch and I asked for Dan who was on a call, however I said I’d be happy to wait. I was then told that it’s going to be a ‘long’ call.. (I hope he’s still not on it 😂) and he would call me. I was not made to feel welcome if I’m honest so both my friend and I left a little shell shocked at the poor treatment of a regular customer. Needless to say, Dan Johnson didn’t call back. I followed up by reaching out to the Managing Director Jon Weston on Linked in however I still await a response. Although there are no other Rolex dealers locally in Wolverhampton there are plenty within a few miles (Try Goldsmiths in MerryHill 👌) which will look after you significantly better than Rudells. Whilst I have been an advocate for Rudells in the past, They have forgotten the loyalty given to them in the past, and judging by other reviews. I’m not alone. To close, Goldsmiths’s in MerryHill managed to source a watch for me within 8 weeks.. Dans still on the phone it would appear 😂

I had a whirlwind experience at Rudell's in June 2022! Nick C is the perfect gentleman, he was patient, knowledgeable and very friendly in his approach when I came in to enquire about a watch. There were no flimsy attempts at pressure selling, the atmosphere is very relaxed and security is also present making you feel safe in your purchase. I did not make a purchase however I was so happy with the overall experience I will be sure to make my first watch purchase with Rudell's. Would highly recommend.
