The atmosphere was nice, lanes seemed clean and our waitress was friendly and very helpful!!! The Downside to a fun family outing was that the AC wasn't flowing properly so it was stuffy and hot , we were given large toothpicks to eat with🤦luckily our waitress found two actual forks. Drinks were very mild for my liking but Overall I would go back ... We did enjoy our two hour session!!

We had such an amazing night, the manager John was wonderful and checked in on us, I appreciated the atmosphere, great music, it’s clean, you can enjoy a great drinks and bar food and classic American bowling, so glad we came:) we stayed till it closed and we’re sad to leave!

We had a great first time! Wings were delicious..it was clean, not all worn down. Staff was friendly. It was a nice family friendly atmosphere, full bar..we got there around 6pm and it was not crowded but good amount of people there. Games are not timed, but it is nice to be mindful of other guests if it's a wait for lanes. However, by time we were leaving the line was out the door....on a Tuesday! We will definitely be back.

We had a reservation for a surprise birthday party to start at 6pm, including party food for 15 people. We waited 30 minutes for our lanes, and we didn't get any food until 7:30, which was one pizza that was only enough for some of our guests. The manager said it was because every time the kitchen would make our food, servers would take it and give it to other guests. Finally, the manager had to stand in the kitchen and guard our food so it didn't get taken. Some of our guests had to leave before getting any food at all. Would not ever plan a party here again.

It’s a really cool spot. Strong drinks, good food, and a great vibe. Our server was such a sweetheart. Her name was Johana and she was awesome- she made it such a great night for our group!

The menus that were left out had a scan to order link that worked, but didn't send order to the kitchen.... so 45 minutes waisted. Our appetizer came out 20 mins after the pizza and beer. The event coordinator seemed stressed and almost to her limit, bit was professional and courteous the whole time. 3 employees of questionable judgement was outside having cars towed and told me mine was fine, but having a funny feeling about the situation, I stood outside for an extra 2 minutes and saw the 3 folks writing down my license plate with the other cars that were marked to be towed. When I asked her about it, she seemed surprised that I had hung out and was still there. I moved my car once she told me she was going to have it towed.... Thanks a lot!!!! I will not be back.

I like this place... my best advice is to go in the evenings for money saving deals. Going in the daytime will cost you $50 for 2 people easily, not including food or drinks. I tried the 22 Oz (pictured)... you can't go wrong with any drink really.

John, the General Manager, and his team were so friendly and helpful!! Also, the overall atmosphere was nice, bright, and welcoming. Yesterday was a very special day for my family because my boyfriend was planning to propose to me while at the bowling alley. John and his team were so kind and willingly assisted my mom and boyfriend with the proposal plan, even offering them creative ideas!! We cannot express our gratitude for the help, contributions, and overall kindness of John and his team. They went above and beyond to make this moment very special and memorable for us. Bowlero at College Park will be our number one choice for bowling in the near future!!!

Clean and friendly staff, but as far as being an actual bowling alley it kind of falls on its face. Costliest place I’ve ever bowled by far, decent equipment and lanes but considering the price they don’t live up. Seems like a good place to go for a get together but not if you’re looking for a bowling alley

This is by far the worst bowling alley I've ever gone to. The lanes damaged 2 of my balls. One of my balls can't be replaced and it was a gift from my son. They did offer to pay for my ball, but I don't want to relinquish it to them because my son bought it for me. I was informed by the staff that all the lanes have the same problem. If you look at all the balls they supply everyone is chipped and damaged. You would think they would fix this problem. This is sad and terrible they only want your money. At this alley they don't care the actual game of bowling. I will never go back and I do not recommend anyone else go until they fix their lanes. They charge the same as other bowling alleys but they lanes are terrible please go somewhere else for a way better experience don't waste your money here and DO NOT USE YOUR OWN BOWLING BALL.

Was there to Celebrate my Cousins 50th Birthday 🥳 w/ the family. The food was ok ( they messed up a few of our orders 🙄). But we had a great time.

Great last minute decision! Took my teen son & a couple of friends on black Friday 6:00pm. Booked the teen birthday package. Our lane was ready after we checked in & the food came out within 15mins. It's was delicious! I was impressed w every selection. I'm also a foodie so I know great food. I added on the Open bar package & it wasn't worth it. The drinks were large Mason jars & strong! I could hardly throw back 3 in 2 hours. The service was great. They replenished the pizza while the kids boweled & checked on us. I believe our hostess was the the event/service manger. My only disappointment was the arcade. It wasn't a big selection like the crystal city location but the kids loved it. The location was great, parking was good. food & service great! Pathetic experience from receptionist! Adding their own people in waiting guests list and didn't even bother to inform us about being added in waiting list until we found out she was adding by herself! Discrimination at the best at this location! I prefer you come with your black friends to get lane earlier and proper responses!!!!

I been here twice and it’s a very fun atmosphere. The customer service is great and my family had a pleasant experience. It was my first time eating their food and it was good!! I will return for night time bowling , play the arcade games again and give the bar a try. Thanks for exceeding our expectations and going out your way to ensure we had had a great experience .

I’ve been here countless times with friends and family and I’ve had a blast every single time! I recently went there with IMPACTdmv and the service was outstanding. While we were having fun, our food and drinks were given out expeditiously along with kind manners and warm smiles.

My first visit but definitely not my last! Well organized, incredible staff, delicious food and impeccable conditions throughout the venue! Special recognition to John, Ty and Autumn. Gentleman at the check in process was wonderful (and patient with me). Sorry I did not get his name. Definitely put on you list for fun in 2023! Fun for all ages!

Bowling was fun but the check in, lane set up and check out process were unclear and confusing. Felt ignored when we arrived (staff was dealing with several things at once) and after being told which lane to go to, we weren’t given any instructions on how to start playing, the staff was impatient and made us feel kind of stupid for that. Their play system is not intuitive so a little direction would have gone a long way. Also, $50 just for two people, two games with shoe rental (we didn’t even order any food or drinks) is quite a lot of money. They also “pre-authorized” $30 on top of our $50 paid so I’ll be anxiously checking my credit card statement to confirm that got refunded, so it doesn’t turn into an $80 bowling outing. Will not be going back

Alley conditions have gone down hill in the past couple years. They oil one a week and lane 4 chipped the hell out of freshly cleaned an pollished balls today. Left after one game when I usally throw 6 to 10. The front desk offered me the chanse to use house balls....

Place is clean but prices are sky high. The music and screens aren't always showing family-friendly content. The pizza is better at pizza hut next door... Who can afford to go bowling anymore?

The balls for the public is worn beat up . The floor is also worn down . The pins are on a string which reminds you of duck pins . Good luck with a hook or finding grease on the floor smh . Parking lot has no painted lines so parking is crazy at night . After everyone parks then the tow team mount up . Hard to turn into the parking lot because of the confusion. This place needs a do over . Customer service is good . There's a black guy bald head works the front desk dark skinned. He the best one handles everything with no sweat no confusion. Put it like this I wouldn't go here if you playing for money but everything else party's and to hang out date night you good money here .

Food is decent, service is great! I went when there wasn’t a crowd and was able to enjoy it! Great for family time or time with the friends.

Service/Kitchen/Bar was slow as hell, but I had a great time... Staff was friendly. Some machines were down, including the machine, to get the kids' game cards. Overall, it was a good experience 😌 and I'll probably return.

Very friendly event host, manager, and bartender. Food and drinks were also good. Apparently, when you go online to book a reservation, you have access to drinks and a (timed) drink package. Will definitely be back to try that out!

This is another place I Like But the Managers need to be better when hiring people instead of being about the politics view of things . Because The Covid Pandemic and This Inflation divided America so Bad , It Turned a lot of Us all against One another over the years and It has to stop . In Businesses we all need to learn to get along again as American Citizens of this Country . I tired several times and was turned down for reasons I do not know . This place is Outside The Holiday Inn across the street and next to the Pizza Hut In College Park . This place is Huge it has 20 to 30 lanes Bowling alley .I has a huge parking area . It has a full bar and concealed kitchen to make the magic of doing foods you like . It has a Counter for check Ins and to get people registered . Plus they serve food and drinks during when people have parties as well as while they bowl . They have Huge HGTV's to watch all their favorite Sports Channels while Bowling as well . If you like this place , This is for you all . So come On Down To Bowlero and Have yourself a time you will Not forget . But I wish To One day Work there If they let me anytime in the near future .

Great service, corporate parties here are awesome. The manager at this location took amazing care of my team on Friday 12/15. Kudos to him and the staff!! The food setting was amazing and the food was hot and delicious!

It was a full turn up!! I was a little taken aback by the mental detector and the armed security but once we got into out lanes and started bowling and drinking we started to have a ball!! Their packages are AWESOME!! Unlimited drinks and food was GREAT! When I visit Maryland again I will definitely be back!

This is a great bowling experience. It will fill up during the evening but during the daytime is is nice to hang with the family. In the evening it is nice for adult gatherings. Prices are reasonable and it is a good time overall.

I would say come here at a time where it's not crowded and make sure that you're kiosk works otherwise you may not be able to get any service without constantly leaving your booth to find Somebody.The employees are not very good with large crowds. Even if someone would have checked in when we sat down to see If We were having any problems with our lane which we were or if we wanted drinks I would have been more obliged to wait as I could see a party was going on. But people just kept walking by and watching us sit there like deer in the headlights. We can't order food can't pull the rails up nothing. And nobody is coming to see if we're good but have made eye contact several times. I politely asked for the bill and expressed my disappointment with service. The New Girl took it professionally the other boy, you could see his body language. He had a lot of attitude and that sucks because when he was here 1 day nobody else was in the alley and I tipped him at a lot of money because service was slow. Smh

Big shout out to John for making this the best bowling experience I’ve ever had. Such great service and attention to detail. Went out of his way to to make sure I was having fun and things were going well. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in years! Will definitely be back with people like John working there.

I hosted two events at Bowlero College Park: One for my staff and one for my son. Both events were great! The staff was amazing, led by Mike (Manager.) The service was attentive, absolutely no issues with the rental or the food. Ray was the server at our birthday party and she worked so hard my husband wanted to make sure she had a great tip. The facility is beautiful and is a long way from the dusty-lookimg AMF that it once was. I would definitely recommend for a birthday party or corporate event.

Great food, fun bowling but service could be improved. I would recommend fixing the QR codes found on each lane so that individuals can order directly from the lane without waiting for a waitress to come by. Especially on the weekends there are too many people and not enough staff - it's unrealistic to expect great service when your workers are overstretched. This could easily be a 5 star bowling experience with the right service changes.

I went in to this bowling place with my friends at night. The place was packed as expected for a Friday evening. The bowling place was like any other average bowling spot. The bowling balls had limited sizes, especially a lack of small and extra small balls. The food however was very delicious. The pizza, loaded nachos, and sample platter was well flavored and led to seconds. I would go here again for a late night hang out with friends.

This location has bowling & an arcade! I love how attentive the Staffers are here. I also love how this location sets up their food tables. They have football showing on tvs & music videos 🙂. They actually do their best to clean the bathrooms too.

Nice place good vibe.. don’t have a lot of offers/deals after 9pm.. its just $19.25 for unlimited play time which is too much

We ran into a little issue on our end when booking a kids birthday party, and the manager, John succeeded all of our expectations with helping us get our party settled although it was an issue made on our end he went above and beyond to make sure our party still going on as planned, and accommodated us beyond expectation. We will definitely be returning to this location. Great customer service!! Great work John & team!!!

String reset. No indication anywhere that this is the case. Very disappointing. Lanes were dry and balls would bounce back after throwing. Brought my own personal balls and they came back scratched and chipped. Balls kept getting stuck and employees were slow to respond and eventually stopped coming to help. Food is nasty. Overall very expensive for the quality of bowling provided. Never returning.

I came here a few times and sometimes I would get a lane that’ll malfunction. Not a big problem since it didnt prevent me from bowling but it would get annoying because the scores would be skewed. All of the balls were really old and have scratches and dents. Looks pretty dirty. The food is pretty good and came out relatively quick. I would suggest only come when they have discounts like on mondays. Not really worth the full price.

A fun place to bring your family.

Bad experience due to really poor service. We booked a lane and got $60 in service credit they wouldn’t let us use with online ordering, and they never sent us a server. While everyone looked busy, we were completely ignored and the bar wouldn’t even give us water without a server! We ordered food online, paid well and tipped well and it still took more than 35 min to get served. Come for the bowling, but bring your own snacks and drinks.

Bowling was awesome, food was awesome, but VICTORIA (bartender) AND JAMAL (manager) were INCREDIBLE!! Nothing happened for us to call/need them, but they were still... there! Super friendly, very accommodating, especially attentive! 10 outta 10 would go back just to have a conversation with these two!
