I'd always love to go to the S.F. wharf location in the 90s. It was great. The one in Renton, WA. was not great like in 2013. This one had a great banana chocolate shake with whipped cream. Didn't care for the burger though. I should have stuck with the bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, classic burger. But it did definitely fill me up. No room for any of the regular or loaded styles of frys. The owner and top guys were there. I asked one why they didn't opt for the classic mini jukeboxes at the tables... He turned and pointed to the owner. The owner told me it was because it's the digital age..... 🫨🤯 I said to one of the gentleman that it's all about nostalgia. That's why I've come here throughout the years whenever I come across one. The little things make it. Why spend all that money just to cut that out? As for the comment, " It's the digital age" ..... Lol, seriously? Then maybe build something digital aged? Just found that answer interesting. Even on the holodeck everything was to date... 🖖

Went there on Saturday we ordered food told waitress clearly 4 times no bacon,she said okay even on the receipt it has mentioned no bacon but when we received the food there was bacon on the salad can be seen on the picture. It’s not about regional it’s about the health, my father is allergic from bacon, anyway when we told the waitress she acts like she doesn’t care, very very very disappointed with the service and the attitude. they need to upgrade there service. I would say they have good food, awesome burgers.

There are few places to eat in this mall. Service: It was fast, good. Place: Small, no more than 10 tables. Food: I picked the smoke house, no veggies, great flavor. The other one was the house original. Sincerely, burger size and price doesn't match. I've been in other similar places and it's the first time I pay $11 for a small burger. Shakes are very good, price is fair. I tried deluxe Oreo-Strawberry. Very good for me.

Mediocre. Convenient location for shoppers but not worth going out of your way. Ordered The Original. It wasn't horrible... just very average and sloppy... the kind of burger that falls apart and drips constantly leaving behind a small puddle of unappetizing juice. That said, the price was good, and the service was nice and helpful. JANNET was the best.

I enjoyed the experience. My double bacon cheese burger and onion rings were excellent. My strawberry/banana shake was very good also. The waitress was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. On another note....my wife's salad was almost all greens with small amount of chicken and tomatoes. Her cinnamin toast crunch shake was lacking in cinnamon flavor. The prices were reasonable able considering the inflationary times we are experiencing...

Food and strawberry oreo milkshake was amazing. Burger was juicy and the smokehouse ranch was pretty good. Definitely enjoyed the bacon cheese fries as well.

Cheerful atmosphere, whole hearted service from Harry, and great food. Immpossible Original burger tastes amazing, as good as the real thing, Philly Cheesestake great and the Grilled Chicken Club Salad is huge and fresh and tasty. Highly recommended!

Brought children here for the first time! This location is great. We had an Oriental person waiting on us (sorry, didn't get his name). He was absolutely fabulous. We decided to eat outside, he tried to bring the food out to us. He separated all of our orders in individual bags. My whole family wanted to wave him down when we left but he was nowhere to be found. Everything tasted so good the family had to admit: You get what you pay for. Top of the line!!

She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. First and foremost, I was impressed by her speed and efficiency. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, she managed to serve each table with lightning-fast speed, without compromising the quality of her service. It was clear that she was a hard worker who took her job very seriously. Furthermore, Her friendly and engaging personality made me feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of throughout my entire meal. Overall, I cannot recommend this server enough. Her dedication to her job and her customers is truly admirable, and I believe she is an asset to your restaurant. I strongly urge you to keep her on your team and recognize her for the exceptional service she provides. I will definitely be returning to your restaurant, and I hope to be served by her again soon! Everywhere I ate was slow service but this place was faster than fast. We ordered and had food almost immediately. And food was good.

the food is fast. that’s a given. tasted pretty good and was made as we ordered. the young lady from venezuela was very nice and helpful. she was on the ball making sure everyone got their orders in a timely manner and checking in on everyone to make sure we were all good. def give her a raise! the decor is old school cool and works well for Tanger. will def return.

Quick lunch stop while shopping. Good service. Hot fries. Coke products. Couldn't give it 5 stars because my bun fell apart, but enjoyed the meal overall. UPDATE 12/2/2021 We are back in Virginia once again and were out for the day and stopped for a quick lunch. Orlando took good care of us. The fries were plentiful and hot, the hot dog hit the spot, as did the hamburger.

Our server Harry was simply the best—such a fun personality and took great care of us. The food was quick, hot, and delicious. Bacon wasn’t cooked very well but that was ok. Jalepeno poppers were very good but very HOT! Place was very crowded but we got seated quickly.

Ordered to go, burger was just okay. The meat was a little thin, toppings were fresh and plenty, bun was better than average. The fries were sad and limp. The fountain drink was almost $4 and looked like 20oz or less (mostly ice). Overall it didn't feel like a good value for being 2x more expensive than fast food.

Excellent burgers and shakes. Very fast service as well, and we ate there at peak lunch time.

Traveling from FL and got Orlando as our server, he was so nice and polite and made sure we always had what we needed. I loved the music and theme inside. My burger was perfect!

A bit disappointed by this location. We are normally fans of Johnny Rockets, but this places lacked the normal atmosphere and quality. Food was eh and fries were overcooked. About the best thing going for it is its location, as there aren't many other options in the mall.

4 stars because out of all the burger places this one is daily price and it has great choices. The fries needs to have more efforts, quality is low but not bad. Shakes are great and it's a good spot to stop by when you are out shopping

I was on a short timeline and my food came pretty fast. Our server was nice and polite, as well as all other employees that I interacted with. It's been a long the time that I've been in a Johnny Rockets and the food was good. The fries were good too. There was only a very short wait to be seated too.

Place looked clean, guy at front was smiling although he had a mask I can see a nice greeting.. he also bought the food to the table even though I had to go... I got a salad as well.. looks very good like my burger.. I opened it ... It look like the picture... first time here thanks Mohammed

So this was my first time eating here and it was pretty good. Cooked to order and tasted nice and fresh. I didn’t like the fact that the chicken sandwiches don’t actually come with a chicken patty instead has 2 chicken strips. Still good though. Can’t wait to try something else next time.
