I
was
booked
in
for
an
appointment
by
Meghna
around
2:30
pm
on
Friday
(4-1--2022)
for
a
virtual
call
between
3
pm
and
4
pm
from
the
doctor
all
the
card
details
were
taken
but
I
dint
receive
any
calls
from
the
doctor
in
the
specific
time
slot.
So
I
tried
calling
back
5
times
the
same
day
to
check
whats
happening
but
no
one
picked
up
my
calls
neither
did
anyone
call
back!
I
went
to
the
clinic
again
on
(Monday
7-11-22
around
2
pm
)
as
they
were
not
answering
the
calls
to
check
whats
happening
and
that
was
the
most
disappointing
experience,
the
lady
on
the
counter
(
Shaheeda
)
if
that
her
real
name
was
dint
have
the
attitude
to
help
or
listen
to
the
problem
in
first
place
told
me
that
it
was
not
her
fault
that
the
doctor
dint
call
and
she
has
nothing
to
do
with
it
as
she
was
not
working
on
the
day
when
the
booking
was
made,
told
me
to
take
over
the
counter
nasal
spray
(like
I
havent
tried
that
before,
thanks
but
are
you
the
doctor???dont
recommend
medication
while
working
in
the
health
sector
if
you
are
not
the
doctor
people
will
believe
you
and
take
it
and
could
be
allergic
to
some
products)
did
not
look
into
the
system
to
check
what
has
happened
and
blamed
the
situation
on
her
colleague
Meghna.
Then
made
me
wait
for
40
mins
to
ask
the
doctor
for
the
next
time
slot
available
and
left
for
a
lunch
break
with
the
reception
unattended
after
40
mins
she
had
still
not
asked
the
doctor
for
the
next
time
slot
and
when
asked
what
can
be
done
now
as
I
urgently
need
to
see
the
doctor
since
nearly
a
week
and
the
clinics
at
fault
for
taking
booking
and
not
calling
so
please
try
to
fit
in
a
slot
as
soon
as
possible
she
said
very
not
apologetically
"
yes
but
I
wasnt
working
that
day
so
its
not
my
fault
and
you
will
have
to
wait
more
for
me
to
even
ask
the
doctor
for
a
time
as
doctors
busy"
and
left
the
reception
again
with
three
patients
in
the
waiting
room
now
who
were
for
sure
waiting
as
the
clinic
over
books
and
is
never
punctual
with
its
appointments
by
this
time
I
had
waited
45
mins
just
to
know
a
time
slot
she
could
have
just
taken
my
details
and
given
me
a
call
back
I
was
sick
in
first
place
and
decided
to
go
somewhere
else
but
really
needed
details
to
file
a
complain
because
I
dont
know
who
passes
licenses
to
such
clinics
where
the
reception
is
left
unattended
with
three
patients
waiting
in
the
waiting
room
with
the
main
door
wide
open
blocked
with
a
chair
on
a
hot
day
with
insects
flying
in
I
was
there
to
get
prescribed
medication
for
my
hay
fever
allergies
which
became
even
worse
because
of
the
clinic
being
so
warm
and
having
open
doors.
The
lady
on
the
reception
had
zero
knowledge
about
the
clinic
when
I
asked
who
runs
the
clinic
where
can
I
file
a
complaint
she
said
I
dont
know
I
just
sit
at
the
reception
to
help
dint
want
to
share
her
or
the
doctors
details
but
all
good!

After
all
of
this
I
still
havent
gotten
a
call
back
which
shows
that
some
people
even
though
working
in
the
health
sector
just
wanna
finish
their
time
on
the
clock
take
their
lunch
break
and
do
bare
minimum
with
no
intention
to
understand
situations
or
help
patients.
I
really
wish
this
place
gets
randomly
audited
someday
and
the
staff
for
sure
not
trained
to
work
health
sector.
Just
a
money
making
organisation
under
the
name
of
health
clinic
wouldn't
recommend!!
