clear

Horrible
customer
service
experienced
today.
A
staff
member
states
that,
they
don't
like
liers
because
they
can't
honour
a
price
which
was
quoted
therfore
I
am
a
lier.
Why
else
would
I
waste
my
time
in
store
asking
for
the
original
salesman
and
go
directly
too
the
mattress
which
was
chosen,
have
images
of
the
bed
sales
tag
&
also
state
im
happy
to
come
back
and
speak
with
Noel.
The
staff
clearly
need
to
learn
customer
service
and
as
for
the
"owner",
staff
training
goes
a
long
way.
Would
much
rather
spend
my
money
else
where.
Just
so
you
know
I'm
not
embarrassing
myself
I
would
happily
warn
people
of
your
bad
services.
As
for
your
pathetic
response,
i
would
like
to
point
out
that
your
staff
members
behavious
was
embarrassing
and
deplorable.
The
16
year
old
staff
member
was
no
where
to
be
seen
and
the
"disgusting
and
quite
frankly
classless"
remark
which
came
out
of
the
older
staff
members
mouth
was
quite
frankly
disgusting
and
a
poor
example
of
customer
service.
After
her
rude
and
disrespectful
comment
ofocuurse
i
will
defend
myself
and
not
allow
a
stranger
who
wasn't
being
spoken
to
in
the
first
place
speak
in
such
way
too
me.
Yes
I
swore
and
yelled
but
I'm
glad
I
did
because
as
we
walked
out
so
did
another
gentleman
who
stated
he
wouldn't
buy
from
your
store
given
our
experience
😉
Based
on
many
other
bad
google
reviews
Management
and
staff
should
attend
some
basic
customer
service
training
and
learn
how
to
be
honest.
