Extremely disappointed with the service. Please stay away from this store. Here is what will happen in your journey. They will be very nice until you pay in full. After delivery, they'll forget about everything and literally no customer service. David, the store manager hung the phone up while I was talking to him, explaining the fault with my dresser. Extremely unprofessional. I would rate zero star if I could.

WARNING WARNING WARNING i am writing on behalf of my mother who saved so hard to purchase a bed & mattress with her little pension she receives on the day of the purchase she paid the new salesman cash and used to pay the balance with her card which little did my mum know they took the full transaction on her saving card and than saying they never received the cash i have reached out to also the CEO of Joyce corporation who are the head of the franchise group being Dan Madden who than hand balled the matter to State Manager Marwan who approached the owner who we also spoke with David who basically said prove it when my daughter was there seeing the transaction we have now gathered further information such as other customer experience and have approached several tv and radio who have taken a massive interest in our experience this Store has a history of wrong doing and we also have reached out to the other 5 star reviews who have also admitted they were paid by external service to place the 5 star review this matter is not about getting our money back ist now about exposing this group and this particular store and the owner David so if wish to join this action please reach out as i been told this should go to air very shortly.

Steer clear of this place. Horrible customer service experienced today. A staff member states that, they don't like liers because they can't honour a price which was quoted therfore I am a lier. Why else would I waste my time in store asking for the original salesman and go directly too the mattress which was chosen, have images of the bed sales tag & also state im happy to come back and speak with Noel. The staff clearly need to learn customer service and as for the "owner", staff training goes a long way. Would much rather spend my money else where. Just so you know I'm not embarrassing myself I would happily warn people of your bad services. As for your pathetic response, i would like to point out that your staff members behavious was embarrassing and deplorable. The 16 year old staff member was no where to be seen and the "disgusting and quite frankly classless" remark which came out of the older staff members mouth was quite frankly disgusting and a poor example of customer service. After her rude and disrespectful comment ofocuurse i will defend myself and not allow a stranger who wasn't being spoken to in the first place speak in such way too me. Yes I swore and yelled but I'm glad I did because as we walked out so did another gentleman who stated he wouldn't buy from your store given our experience 😉 Based on many other bad google reviews Management and staff should attend some basic customer service training and learn how to be honest.

WHAT AN AWESOME TRANSACTION!!..the staff especially Marnie and David have been absolutely fantastic in our recent purchase of King size mattress and Frame for our son. Right from the very first phone call I knew I had called the right People especially buying over the internet and during lockdown. I was actually looking at 2 different mattress but with Marnies expertise and knowledge and with her asking a few questions who it was for etc etc she pointed me in the right direction of the mattress that would suit best. Everything was transparent in the delays that we could encounter due to Covid-19 deliveries right from the start Marnie and David have kept me updated with the progress every step of the way and called when they said they would call..which is so rare these days. Fantastic, friendly and good old fashioned service Absolutely 10/10 ...5 stars...A+ what more can I say......... The guys here went over and above the level of customer service you would expect from a bed supplier. Assisted with all unexpected issues with moving into a new home and were always there to offer help and ultimately find a solution to make things work. BEDSHED ARE CON-ARTISTS. After spending 1.2k on a mattress that should have been appropriate for my height & weight (at medium comfort), I discovered a week into using the mattress that I was getting lower back pain. After trying to return the mattress as per their 60-day garuntee - I was declined a refund, or swap as I did not purchase one of their mattress protectors in the same invoice. This was because I already had a mattress protector. (something that was only visible in a drop down menu, in very fine print) When I asked for any other kind of reduction on a new mattress - they told me the only thing they could do for me, is offer to have the mattress picked up & for foam to be removed from it and returned to me for an additional $400. The guy who I was on the phone to, also tried to sell me other beds while I was seeking help/refund. Koala mattress offer a 120-day garuntee, where the mattress will be fully refunded and there is nothing in their policy about requiring a mattress protector. (Although ofcourse it must not be stained etc) I will be going with them and I suspect many other stores have similar reasonable policies.

Extremely disappointed and a total rip off. I ordered a bed on the weekend and paid 100% for a King Bed. On monday morning, we realised that our first floor will not fit a King Bed and promptly asked to cancel the order. Bedsehd said they will forefeit $540 if I cancel the order and pointed me to a small print which they did not explain to me.. Is this fair ? legal in Australia !

Very happy with our recent purchase at Bedshed Dandenong, David was fantastic to deal with, very helpful, honest and patient. We did our due diligence in shopping around to other stores but we came back to our first stop again at Bedshed. David helped us out with a great deal and even kept our toddler entertained and happy. Honestly a wonderful experience today! Came in with my husband to look for a good quality mattress and bed as well as a king single bed frame and mattress for my son. We were met with David who really took the time to explain everything (we are absolutely clueless about these things) he spent an hour if not more with us trialing different mattresses and explaining the variety of functionality of the adjustable base. I can’t wait to have these products in my new home. He also really looked after us with the price and I felt that we got value for money with everything we have purchased today. Many thanks to David and his lovely family.

I’m sorry to bother you. As my own experience, this store is one of the worst stores. Firstly: the material is not good as the are suggesting, I will share a photo. Secondly: their behaviour is not nice, while you bought the product.

Went lots of places looking for a double bed. This was the only place that the salesperson knew what stock they had in double without having to look at them all (we could do that ourselves!) Knowledgeable staff, helpful and we got a discount.

Today I was served by Troy and he was very helpful and patient with all my questions and after completing the sale he still spent time answering our questions. The returns policy is a raut. I tried a matress on the basis that i can returne it after purchasing matress protectors and in the end paid more then i would of if i had bought 2 matresses. The bedshed system is a scam. Prices were way too high. I foundthe same quality matress at amart for 1200. I had paid a total of 6000 for matress and base. Never shop at bedshed again. Customer Service was nice though.Hence the 2 stars.

Amazing Service! Friendly and Happy! Extraordinary! Beyond industry standards! We purchased a King bed and a King matress from Bedshed Dandenong in last weekend and got delivered on Wednesday. However, King matress couldn't get into upstairs due to height limitations on the stairs. We called same day and visited the store following Saturday spoke to Troy and he helped us with organising a swap over for 2 long singles. TROY was very friendly, cheerful, helpful, happy and calm all the way. His service is extraordinary and beyond the industry standards. I have worked as a furniture salesman sometime back in a popular furniture chain and never seen such a great service. Thank you TROY 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Also thank you MARNIE, for your help and friendliness in our initial purchase.
