    Terrible customer service and support ...customer service stated there us nothing they can do to help solve a problem created by poor communication from leroy merlin viseu. ..delivered damaged items ..over 4 weeks and still no call from the viseu team to resolve ..customer service have no means to call thier own stores so 0 out of 10 fpr management of customer issues ...very dissatisfied and will not be using again

    Not the first visit...returning to get a list of oddments for house and planning ahead... went to all departments and staff when dealing with a query helpful, quite a wait to get someone's attention. Leroy must have a very outdated stock system as in store ordering the item takes longer than online and returns can't be done at the till, even a small item and new purchase much more. One has to go to another building ..4 stars this visit ordering needs to improve
