Please note that they don’t have one day spa admission for those who are not staying at the hotel. You need to have a treatment booked to enjoy the spa area, the schedule is pretty packed so make sure to book in advance. The staff is extremely friendly and super helpful.

Wow. The massage really did wonders to my mind and body. Ines was an incredible masseuse, tailoring the treatment to my needs. She used tiger balm as part of the massage to help relieve the deep rooted pain I have! Very beautiful space, perfect for being in a tranquil state of mind

I booked in for the Ritz Spa Exclusive and what a wonderful experience it was. Patricia was wonderful and provided an amazing massage and facial. The facilities are very luxurious and very relaxing. I highly recommend these facilities for those that need a morning or afternoon of pure bliss.

The most accommodating and engaging Bartenders and Servers. I listened to awesome stories and tried suggested cocktails they made on the fly. Absolutely love everything!

The hotel spoke to us immediately and we booked it for 5 nights. The hotel has a lot to offer and very trained staff, from A to Z. Everything was right and you feel very welcome here. Upon arrival we asked for a newly renovated room and immediately we got it, at no additional cost. I found this to be very customer friendly. My favorite was swimming pool outside and beautiful decoration of orchids in lobby. Definitely recommendation.
