    I really appreciated the help and support provided by host Thierry helping to make my stay in lovely Lisbon stress free and enjoyable. The apartment is well designed and I liked the decor and furniture. The kitchen was small but adequate for informal meals. The wifi worked well and I appreciated the hairdryer too! The location was excellent, near the Metro and 28 tram and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The local cobblestone roads take a while to get used to, especially after rain, but this adds to the experience of the older part of Lisbon.

    My reservation was canceled more than a month after making it and only two weeks before my trip because it supposedly did not meet the minimum stay requirement. I did everything perfectly and it was their fault that the app allowed me to make the reservation and they also didn't notify me immediately but a month later. And without any apology. They have ruined my vacation and they are not professional. In the comments, the hotel justifies itself by saying that they followed their policies and that they are not to blame. That argument would be valid but if two things had not happened: 1) I followed the steps of the application step by step (I did not make any mistakes; and 2) more than a month passed from when I made the reservation until it was canceled and so only two weeks into my trip (they didn't do it immediately) and it cost me much more because of them. It's not my fault that they had problems with the booking process. Come on, zero concern for the client and only for his pocket. And it is demonstrated in his attitude when answering. I wouldn't trust them. Surely they only treat you well if they get the most out of you

    Nice location, friendly and helpful host. Apartment itself a bit dated.
