Highly recommend the dessert menu too.

Not a good experience. They seem like a nice bunch and looking at how busy it is, it can be a better one, but this was just terrible. Had to send back the food, which I never do, because it tasted very strongly like chlorine. When they made up for it, I got a very firm undercooked piece of meat. A very disappointing experience.

This restaurant give you the best value to your money in the City!! The amount of food provided is very generous and the QUALITY ITS WONDERFUL! Me and my girlfriend ask both fish dishes (Bacalhau with broa & Grilled Espadarte) and besides the flavor the presentation of the food were AMAZING!! The only CONS I found it’s that they don’t have any natural juice option (they have a orange juice from COMPAL, a Portuguese company who only manufacture natural fruit nectars). And they should have a line for the liquids coming out the plate like my partner had. Otherwise stay like you saw in the pictures. Besides that it’s a very GOOD place to have a QUALITY meal. We pay 25€ for the whole meal and we still asked to increase the bill until almost 30€ due to the service that provided us. Marcelo was the waitress who attend you and we love his professionalism.

It was the first restaurant which we visited in Lisboa. So, we didn’t know, that the olives, bread, butter and cheese aren’t for free (because it was brought to us without any comment, more looked like a compliment). And just after this experience we discovered that it is common for Lisboa. But anyway those food helped us wait till our order 😅 Food and drinks are delicious. Highly recommend the soup with seafoods. The staff are kind, but not everyone can speak English.

What a lovely experience! This is our second time visiting Portugal and the people are one of the most amazing attributes of the country. The staff at Petit d’Alges are no exception to this as we were warmly welcomed tonight for dinner. They graciously and patiently accommodated my attempts to practice speaking Portuguese and the food was very tasty as well. Thank you for a memorable night!

Nice food but poor services, you need to be patient (*3) and probably PT only. We got to order after 20mins sat down and waved to have finally a waiter (who doesn't speak ENG) came up. Drink and starters came after 47mins sat at the table, and I'm sure both the bread and butter had lasted for years. Main dishes are tasty, but still very slow, after 1h09mins. Recommend: rich seafood soup. Didn't have dessert as we didn't have another hour to wait. Avrg. price: 40€/p. p (incl. 1 house wine for each)

Very good food with a very slow wait time. If you come here just know that you might be sitting here for a bit before you get your food. The wait is worth it though.

Food and wine was nice. Service was very slow but friendly. Only one staff spoke English, so a but difficult to communicate.

Clean and friendly staff. Good English. Nice plates. But the special soup, anchovies, bread, and rice dishes were not fresh nor good. For the price i expected better seafood. Maybe we got the wrong menus for the season?!? They didn’t give us any feedback if that were the case.

The food is incredible. Simple yet good ingredients make all of the difference. The razor blade clams were out of this world.

I love Petit d'Algés! They have amazing foods and service. Francisco is a super educated guy who helps us to choose the dish. Furthermore, Mr Carlos is always friendly and always open to answer our questions. I have already been to Petit d'Algés around 5 times, and I highly recommend the restaurant. You won't regret ❤️

Very tasty food, typical Portuguese, but you can find there some modern versions of traditional Portuguese dishes, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and probably the only place where I can get amazing croquetas de boletus 💜

👍 A great place to eat some sea food, they have a recommendation with different type of them and it's good with the right amount for 2 persons. The toasted bread was perfect. The service was also great and the right temperature inside. Recommended
