Interesting place to visit even if you have a little break at work. Perhaps have lunch do a nice picnic in there go on 🙂

Relaxing and interesting place, where to join both a meal at reasonable prices, and a visit to a place with an interesting history.

One buffet restaurant usually quite packed. Looks tasty too crowded did not get in

The powder factory is a park and one of the largest cultural centers of Oeiras. A very attractive space with its exhibitions and places to relax. Fábrica da Pólvora has been turned into a cultural center. Inside we can find a museum, an art gallery, a restaurant, a bar with live music, gardens and places prepared for outdoor performances.

Good food for people who like quantity, eating with no limits. Self-service, workers are very attentive in withdrawing used dishes from the tables. Unfortunately for vegans it's very poor. Few choices that vegan's are left with, such as spicy and well tempered vegetables is a no no.

Great place with restaurants outside with the most beautiful views /greenery. Having a restaurant/coffee shop close to the play area would increase profit, or by putting a small play area for kids next to the restaurants. Watching your kids play while you having a coffee, would be amazing and this place has the potential and space for this…. I have to add that the directions are absolute horrendous! Some boards are showing you that some things Are downstairs with an arrow pointing South, but there is nothing under the ground! There are giving names to certain areas which has absolutely no meaning to a newbie on the spot other than the owner or employees.

Nice park to go relax, see the old gunpowder factory and enjoy the outside. Excellent place for drinks and relaxing with friends or for the kids to play. Clean bathrooms. There is also a museum, but it was not open when we visited, so have no opinion on it.

Absolutely amazing place!! The drive there very calm and relaxing, and the place itself is just so peaceful! The food is just outstanding, and the variety for the buffet is amazing!!! And the price is perfect! Would come back here over and over!!

Great public space with an amazing history. Restaurant and coffe ok. A nice morning with kids along the small river.

O did not get into the buildings, but they're nice outside. A few banners where you can read about the local history and a couple of restaurants for you to choose from. The one with this huge buffet was good.

We went there for an Angolan musical and dance event. The buildings are classic with that beautiful yellow that Lisbon is noted for. The grounds are well maintained for a leisurely walk.

The best outside Cinema I have gone in Portugal .

This historic place where in 18 and 19th century produced gun powder, has now 2 good restaurants, gardens to visit and the memories of the "colonial" past, with Barcarena river crossing it

Went there for an outdoor cinema session. Great evening!

5 minutes from Cacém or Oeiras, great place to relax and grab some to eat, restaurant Maria pimenta right at the entrance is great, a buffet style lunch that runs you €9 for the all you can eat buffet and drinks on three side

It was a powder factory, now is a private university and also and interesting place to discover in the Oeiras area.

Old gunpowder factory turned into a green sanctuary. Cool place! Was here for a children's birthday party (so were many people) Lovely grounds, fun play area for kids. Didn't have much time to see everything, probably would take a whole afternoon
