    Horrible service! Was calling for 1 HOUR to the Hotel Spa! I dont understand do you guys aware about hostpitaly service? How can you consider yourself 5 starts? Shame of Portuguese hotel services.....

    Amazing service, the Palace is very beautiful and well kept. Super cheap

    The whole day you hear from 7 in the morning till 11 in the evening music in the suites. The employees do nothing against it, although we complained several times. Nobody cares. Five star hotel?? Never! This would in Germany only get 2 or 3 stars. Only the price is 5 star.

👍👍 It's such a hidden gem, quiet, seldom any people in it, very artistic design of the garden and my child loved play hide and seak through those bushes. Climb up the Palace is a great fun too. Lovely place to spend the afternoon.
