Most of the advertising you see is with the larger AS350 Ecureuil helicopter, and this is not specified when booking but for 2 of us they gave us a Robinson R44 only. But most frustratingly, we booked a Sintra tour and only once we arrived at the airport the pilot told us that there are clouds in sintra so we could only take the small helicopter around Cascais instead. This was HUGHLY disappointing as 1) it ruined a birthday surprise, 2) we have a home in Sintra so seeing Cascais means nothing to us…, 3) it was a sunny day and the clouds were not thick at all! It’s like ordering fish for dinner and charged for a meal of chicken, when you’re a pescatarian. Avoid!

My husband bought a flight in August as a birthday gift to me. However, the company kept rescheduling it for weeks and, tired of waiting, we asked for a refund. The communication was very poor and the refund was made only partially. We got 551 EUR instead of 987 EUR we paid. The company stopped answering emails completely. Going to proceed with lawyers next. Won't ever recommend.

Stop! The personal was really unfriendly and unflexible. My girlfriend and me wanted to fly together in the same helicopter. But there was no chance because of the weights... We're normal guys and there were also people to change with us. But the "nice" women didn't want it. Because whatever... Would not recommend to book a flight at this company.

The walking tour was very informative and just the right pace. We were able to get good photos and were happy to take tram. The walk to the river and the ride to the helicopter was pleasant. The helicopter ride was 6 minutes and we were able to get a quick view of the city. The helicopter ride is great for first timers. The view from the boat was also good. Overall a great experience by land, air and sea.

Amazing experience! It was my first helicopter flight and really enjoyed it. It was a short flight but a fantastic experience. Welcoming and attentive staff with adequate secure procedures in the entire process.

Amazing experience! The pilot was polite and attentive to our needs and we even enjoyed some complementary Champaign after the flight! The view was stunning!

Certainly something I will recommend while in Lisbon. It's a lovely experience seeing the city from the sky. The staff was amazing and pilot did an excellent job describing the sights as we flew over.

Cost around 190 euros for 3 persons coz there is only 4 seats in the helicopter including pilot. Duration: just for 10 to 15 min max for which I am not satisfied with. However it is worth to ride. It fly only at morning according to the weather. The staffs at reception may tell u that it is not allowed to take pictures while you are on helicopter. (190 euros , without pictures wwf) Well pilot is nice and friendly, let us take pictures.✌. Can go by train to the helicopter station: dat runs from cais do sodre to cascais (3 rd stop I guess, and around 15 min walk along the the edge of the beach)

Fantastic tour over Lisbon. Several flight routes available. Not that expensive if you think three people can go at once!

Very exquisite experience. Helicopter fligths of 5 to 15 min around Lisbon area, Costa da Caparica, Estoril line. Very friendly people. Good equipment. Friendly pilot. Very nice experience.

I had a good time going around in the helicopter. I would have put more stars on it but I felt like the odd man out. They separated me and my wife from the same ride but everyone else got to ride together. You should always keep couples together as they did except for us. Which no one understood why from my party because we figured everyone was going by 3 so we would be separated at some point so this was understandable but we were the first ones separated then after that they started doing 2 at a time for couples which they could have done the same for us. Next time do better maybe you will get more stars. I would have given you 5 stars but after that I had to bring it down because my wife and I were very upset with that. If you are going to separate people do the whole team or don't do it at all. Not just one couple that's why I said odd man out. I'd prefer to keep every couple together.

We had a lovely time flying over the Tagus River and looking at the city of Lisbon. The process was fast and the staff very friendly! Thank you for the experience!

Our guide was fantastic, friendly and very informative...................however on reflection do have to question if this was really value for money - Short guided tour of Lisbon Short tram trip Boat trip (bit dull) Helicopter trip: This only takes 3 passengers at a time and is dependent on weight, BUT be aware the trip is only 6 minutes.
