The cat got away, thanks to another clinic and I breathe a sigh of relief, as my investment was not in vain and today, we share the same home.

    I took a 10-month-old kitten to this hospital because he was prostrate. They said it was a behavioral situation, and prescribed vitamins - the typical "improvement, which is neither good nor harmful", to silence the customer and not upset him any more. At our insistence, they performed blood tests. Then altered kidney markers appeared, and they already recommended the kitten stay in the hospital for two days. They took advantage of the pandemic to not even let the owners enter except to make payments. We don't see what's going on or how they treat the animals. They call twice a day to give feedback on the animal's condition, but never fail to give feedback on the continuous increase in the bill and the need to always make payment immediately. Which we evidently did. However, they tried to demand everything they could in terms of therapy without having any idea of ​​what was going on, completely neglecting the diagnosis. 48 hours later, without understanding what was happening, they just said that he should stay another 48 hours to continue the serum. Very suspicious, we took the kitten out of this "hospital" and took it to a clinic much further away, but with completely different treatment, and by experienced veterinarians. Interestingly, the clinic was much cheaper than this pseudo hospital, even paying the "member" annual fee (another way of capitalizing through subscriptions, even with an above-average price list for members). The purpose of this site, disguised as "solidarity", is simply to do everything possible by squeezing the owners' wallets, withdrawing as much money as possible and completely neglecting the well-being of the animals (perhaps, also because they don't know any better). And they still use the cheapest labor they can find in order to maximize profits. I added that I managed to take a photo of just one of the paws, which I attach to the comment showing what they did to it. I didn't see anyone in this hospital who considered themselves to be over 30 years old, implying that it is made up only of recent graduates, kids without any supervision where they carry out their experiments and learning on our animals. I feel robbed, defrauded, and what's worse, my cat is unrecognizable, sad, physically and psychologically traumatized, he doesn't eat, he stops meowing, he is distant and staggering due to the way his paws were pricked to extract blood and place the catheter. Mais recentemente, porque é das xlinicas mais perto de casa, liguei para marcar nova consulta. Desta vez, para nao pagar o valor absurdo da consulta sem o desconto de sócio, tinha que renovar a subscricao, que consiste em pagar os três anos que nao usufrui (nem paguei obviamente).     Fiquei estupefacta com tanta critica negativa ao SOS Animal. Tenho sido socia e utente primeiro com 2 animais e mais tarde com mais uma gatinha que adotei no proprio SOS de nome Barika. Sempre todos eles, sem excecao foram muito bem tratados com medicação adequada quando houve problemas que foram resolvidos sem necessidade de recorrer a outros locais. Só tenho a dizer bem e a aconselhar esta instituicao. Bem hajam pelo trabalho realizado e que continuem cada vez melhor e muito sucesso, pois dele dependem muitos animais.

    Atenção! Cobram um Balúrdio por diagnóstico mesmo sendo socio.O meu cão de 12 anos teve um abscesso dentário (pela 2ª em 3anos) e desloquei-me à clínica de urgência para passarem a medicação. Além de não darem medicação sem análises, nem raio x, o Dr. Só de olhar colocou logo a hipótese de ser um tumor.🤦🏻‍♀️ Quando recusei o raio x, (porque já tinha passado pelo mesmo e não achei necessidade de o fazer) passaram logo os medicamentos. Fizeram as análises, que por sinal estavam bem e passado um dia, o meu cão estava ótimo. Aproveitam-se da preocupação dos donos para cobrarem mais dinheiro!! Como sócio: 15€ taxa urgência 65€ Análises 18,5€ Consulta ....... (Parabéns pelo que? Por terem passado os medicamentos para o efeito que era realmente e não o tumor que poderia ter e que diagnosticaram sem fazerem os Tais exames indispensáveis?
