    A really nice Pilates studio, modern and clean with the best equipment. I have been working with Sissi, she is a fantastic, knowledgeable and patient instructor, I hope she's available when I'm next in Lisbon :-)

    If I could I would give more than 5 stars! Attentive, experienced, accessible, attentive to detail, fantastic professionals! The space is also very good, from the materials to the music! I recommend it to anyone, whether you need it due to some condition, or simply want to have a better understanding of your body!

    We really like this Pilates Studio We entered without any practice and developed our exercises Until we feel physically improved The space is great and the teacher Paula is top notch. Whether in technique or in commitment and friendliness. What makes classes so very pleasant

    Excellent professionals and excellent studio! I started with tremendous back pain and was unable to do practically anything due to the lack of strength I had, now, after 1 year, I am much stronger and with much better posture!
