Extremely irresponsible customer service team. Booked a training session last time, the instructor showed up 30 minutes late and she didn't even bother to apologize. On top of that, we were surprised to have an AZERTY keyboard during the exam which goes against the information posted on their official website. I have sent a complaint email last week and didn't received any reply. I really can't understand how this school is still holding the exclusive rights to conduct English tests in Algeria with such an unprofessional and hustling mindset.

Highly unimpressed!! The quality of service is utterly disappointing. The personnel in the administration department seem to be fatigued around the clock. It's possible they require either an increase in remuneration or some well-deserved time off. However, these concerns should not be passed onto clients. Instead, a professional approach to addressing queries without complaints is expected. The evaluation process yielded average results. As an individual who has been refining their English skills for over two decades, I unexpectedly found myself grouped with individuals who struggle significantly to construct coherent sentences. Certain instructors adhere to punctual assessment practices, while others conveniently choose when to perform evaluations. An additional concern is whether having a personal rapport with an instructor allows one to bypass certain proficiency levels. This could potentially explain the conspicuous lack of English proficiency observed in my classes. It's prudent to refrain from engaging with particular instructors who seem to exclusively favor "students from the past class." On one occasion, I even expressed my lack of comprehension regarding an exercise to the same instructor, only to receive a callous response of "too bad." Moreover, there's a recurring pattern of prematurely ending my speaking time. Regrettably, I wasn't provided the requisite support to address the challenges I encountered in mastering English. Furthermore, their alarming propaganda and ideology deeply unsettled me. They are promoting a potentially concerning ideology that blends politics, justice, and religion into English lessons, oversimplifying it by asserting that "conservative = respectful" and "liberal = disrespectful." They also introduce activities like "unlive echoher," which appear quite perplexing. As for IELTS exam preparation, it's advised to avoid it entirely. The instructor not only lacks genuine interest in adequately preparing students but also demonstrates unfamiliarity with the computer-based exam format. One might even question whether they have ever experienced the exam themselves. There's also a recent trend of influencer-instructors, which may account for several of the aforementioned issues. In light of these concerns, I cannot recommend this service at all, rating it zero out of five (If it was possible) .

If there is a zero star that would be accurate description of the poor quality service and communication. They told me I can't pick up my ielts results without taking an appointment but the website for booking appointments does not work and they don't answer phone calls and emails. Take toefl instead of ielts you might get a better service.

My experience with the British consulate was represented in the IELTS test, thanks to which I learned that you are a group of thieves who do not act according to your policy. I was ill on the day of the IELTS exam, and I could not pass it, so I went to a specialist doctor who described my condition and gave me appropriate medications, and when I asked for my money back, you refused and asked For me to book an appointment to pass another exam, which is estimated at 34,000 DZD. You are just hypocritical thieves.
