Slimen's
attentiveness
and
helpfulness
made
me
feel
welcome
from
the
moment
I
arrived,
ensuring
a
seamless
and
enjoyable
experience
throughout
my
stay.
The
girl
at
the
gym
also
contributed
significantly
to
my
positive
experience,
providing
assistance
and
maintaining
a
welcoming
atmosphere
for
my
workouts.
Their
commitment
to
outstanding
service
undoubtedly
played
a
key
role
in
making
my
stay
at
the
hotel
thoroughly
enjoyable,
leaving
with
lasting
memories
of
warm
hospitality
and
genuine
care.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
with
the
housekeeping
service
at
the
Four
Points
Hotel
in
Oran
was
subpar.
On
multiple
occasions,
my
room
lacked
essential
amenities
like
towels
and
shampoo,
creating
an
inconvenience
during
my
stay.
Additionally,
the
restaurant
service
left
much
to
be
desired,
with
slow
responsiveness
from
waitstaff,
a
lack
of
basic
utensils
such
as
cups
and
forks,
and
an
overall
disconnect
in
communication.
These
shortcomings
impacted
the
overall
enjoyment
of
my
stay
and
highlighted
areas
that
could
benefit
from
improvement
in
terms
of
efficiency
and
guest
satisfaction.
