I am extremely very disappointed with this hotel, it considered as one of the best hotels in Algeria, hence, the service and the facilities are really poor in comparison to a five stars hotel. The spa area is the smallest I have ever seen, messy, doggy and half of the facilities are out of order!! It took me ages to get checked in at the reception and no one was bothered to help me out!! The staff is so unfriendly and completely unprofessional!! The swimming pool is mixed!! Everyone needs to thinks twice before coming to Algeria for tourism, I would rather recommend Tunisia or Morocco instead . In addition to that, I initially had a reservation in le meridian hotel and guess what!! There was no AC in the middle of the summer!!!

Outstanding hotel, view from heaven on Oran bay. Very close to Saint Cruz that was built by the french colony. Stuff are amazing, helpful and they have super nice restaurant on the ground floor viewing the sea openly. Remember to take the cable car to reach the top of Saint Cruz. You can also go by car for free

The hotel reservation service had messed up my booking and changed the date without any update. The receptionist said they would rectify it and find us rooms, but after what seemed like ages of waiting, the message was: we are full. You have to go elsewhere Not even an apology or excuse. Not an attempt to find a solution. On top of it the manager spoke very disrespectful to his staff right infront of us. I’m very disappointed!

Stayed here for a business trip in Oran, exceptional staff, really exceptional, they exceeded my expectations even by American levels of service in business class hotels. The hotel itself is fabulous with the best breakfast options compared to several other similar hotels I’ve stayed in while in Algeria. Rooms are very comfortable and I enjoy the separated wardrobe area. Unfortunately I didn’t get to avail of the spa facilities but I’ll definitely return. Also, I would like to repeat how great the staff were!

This is one of the worst hotels in oran that i have ever stayed in. Very rude staff at the restaurant with poor menu choices ,the rooms looks already old, very loud concierge in the morning, they tried to get in my room while i was taking my bath...the reception staff were careless, didn't even great or welcome us, parking garage was too small and very hard to navigate in, the spa and gym staff were careless and didn't even help us with our concerns, the room lockers didn't work, the mìni bar was empty, the elevators were too slow with a long time of waiting because there were only two, some facilities were out of service . For the price , really not recommended.

Not too bad. The receptionist was very friendly. Room was cleaned properly and had a great view. However, the parking is not large enough and hard to find a way to get to the lift. Moreover, swimming pool and jacuzzi Are too small. Poor breakfast compared to the paid price.

Very slow staff services: 1- we had 30mins wait to do the check-in 2- the room was normal with no towels when we asked for towels they mentioned that's not available!!! Which is ridiculous for a Marriott hotel 3- the breakfast was very poor, croissant has no taste and the surprise is that orange juice was not available when asked they said it's not available!!!!! 4-The room was not very well isolated we were hearing a lot of noises 5- Parking very small very dirty as well 6- the swimming pool is very small and no sunshade 7-the staff personnel was looking very overwhelmed and running everywhere I felt sorry for them This is the first and the last time in this hotel

My stay at this hotel was so relaxing and very cosy once I have arrived at it until my departure day. The airport picking up driver was so helpful and nice with all passengers, as well as the receptionists staff. The room which booked for me was at the 4th floor, it was so spacious and comfortable, with a nice surprise finding a letter of wishing me a welcome; showing up on the TV screen, the toilet was not at my expectations because I have found only the a shower, the WC has not the water jet cleaner only toilet papers which not also my habit to do. The room view was opposite to the city not the sea side. The room cleaning service staff was so noisy. The dining area at the 1st floor is quite small as regards to the guests whom were at that moment, most of time I found the food in poor state, the tables are not well cleaned and staff service so exhausted and not quite helpful. All in all, the stay was so acceptable and i do recommend to pass through this hotel and wish the hotel managers to take into account my observation in order to improve the services. My kind regards. Bachir.

1: I came here as a Marriott Bonvoy member. Booked directly through Marriott convoy. They couldn't find my reservation and took about 30 minutes almost to check in. 2: No car valet parking and no door man for baggage! How is this labeled 5 star hotel? Even 3 star hotels bring bags to your room. 3: My bathroom sink is clogged and all I get is hot water on cold and hot side twist. 4: Overall, the communication and their security check. You feel like they are doing you a favor, or I'm just really exhausted after a very long journey coming here. 5: I don't mind self parking but and I'm not old so I can carry bags no issue but having 3 suitcases plus backpack I'd of appreciated not having to run around. 6: The build quality and rooms looks amazing bedding is premium. 7: I feel like the management could be better like alot better because their management and services are not living upto the brand name and category of hotel you pay for staying at this establishment of 4 Points Sheraton. 8: It's 5PM they were changing my room since morning still not ready. I asked the guy at reception this is a 5 star hotel why such a terrible sound proofing cheap glass etc? He said this is not a 5 star hotel. He agreed his hotel is false advertised. THIS IS SUCH A POOR MANAGEMENT THAT I HAD TO CALL THEM TWICE AND CALLING FROM THE ROOM PHONE. THE GUY AT RECEPTION IS ASKING MY ROOM NUMBER!!!!! WOW, IDK WHO OWNS THIS HOTEL, BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO LEARN USING THEIR OWN TECHNOLOGY. I'll make sure to raise this review to Marriott when I'm contacted for feedback because.

The best ! Everything is just perfect, the food is on point, the decoration is breath taking, The place where the hotel is located is quite and soo popular in Oran, it has a view on the beautiful mediterraneen sea ♡ It is one of the hotels that I enjoy staying in, and I certainly recomand for sure !

No Bonvoy standards : They take your passport as a guarantee instead of your credit card No towels in the room after the check in No water bottle in one of the 3 rooms booked No towel available at the swimming pool at 3:30 pm, without any timeline provided ! They always say yes immediately, but it requires 4/5 reminder, and literally beg to get a towel, order a beer. It is definitely not a Marriott hotel. If I come back in Oran , I will choose another chain hotel. And I don't mention other mistakes ...

Hotels in Algeria far away to be a decent places, pricing VS quality Vs Services don't expect much! Only in Algeria hotels you find doormen and security agents acting as hotel owner and are very nosy and watching you all the time. not comfortable at all.

During my stay at the Four Points Hotel in Oran, Slimen and the dedicated staff at the gym truly stood out with their exceptional client service. Slimen's attentiveness and helpfulness made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. The girl at the gym also contributed significantly to my positive experience, providing assistance and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for my workouts. Their commitment to outstanding service undoubtedly played a key role in making my stay at the hotel thoroughly enjoyable, leaving with lasting memories of warm hospitality and genuine care. Unfortunately, my experience with the housekeeping service at the Four Points Hotel in Oran was subpar. On multiple occasions, my room lacked essential amenities like towels and shampoo, creating an inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, the restaurant service left much to be desired, with slow responsiveness from waitstaff, a lack of basic utensils such as cups and forks, and an overall disconnect in communication. These shortcomings impacted the overall enjoyment of my stay and highlighted areas that could benefit from improvement in terms of efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The staff were very rude, the chech in took about 2h and we have travelled 4h with kids, we asked for a room high up and with view towards the sea. We got a room on 4th floor (they have 18 floors) and the view was towards a roof. The pool was closed so we could not swim there. The room cards stoped working so it was a process getting in to the room. Absolutely overpriced, we expected better service.

The staff are super polite and very helpful. My favorite part about this place is you can actually get a cold beer for a reasonable price. The gym was fully equipped and the buffet was excellent.

Believe me I am being very generous by giving 2 stars The building is beautiful but the hotel staff aren't that professional First of all, the service was slow we waited about half an hour before we were served. And then, the cappuccino was cold, and we had to ask for sugar because they didn't bring it to us! And to crown it all, the security guard wasn't respectful with us (I don't know his name but he was a bald dark-skinned man) instead of calmly explaining that we should take a different road to get out he started shouting and cursing!

Horrible, It was much better in the past, the rooms are cold, no heating, I didn't find my reservation, so I made a new one, no buffet in the dinner, the 2nd restaurant is closed, very limited menu, very basic food, I will never ever come here again, ah all the rooms are smoking room, they kept the 5 stars and the price going with, shame on Accor.

Believe it or not, this dirty spone was served during a very important event organised in this hotel. The Soda was served warm.

Nice hotel, but there are some points that must be taken into consideration. There is a kind of slackness in the reception, and there are those who complain that it was not received well, in addition to the lack of welcome. As for the rest, it is a beautiful hotel worth visiting, but you have to pay attention to the shortcomings. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was invited to dinner for the first time in the hotel's restaurant . At the first sight when I got in ,I understood The ground was fifty with crushed food ,the plates were greasy and badly washed The food seemed remain there for long long hours And then cherry on the cake we couldn't be served on the balcony because it was midnight It more suitable to call this place FOUR FLAWS

Rooms are large and comfortable. No detailed cleaning. But you can always ask for extra cleaning. Like opening shower tub drain. The best thing is the view in this hotel. Breakfast in my opinion is good. Lots of sweets. Enjoy it

One of the best hotels in Oran, the capital of the Algerian West. Five stars. Excellent location overlooking the sea, in the city center, not far from the airport. Large and comfortable rooms. Excellent food and services. A big salute to Chef Karim. Morning is mine

The service at this hotel is a complete nightmare. There were no towels or hangers in the room upon arrival. The water in the tap is cold, so you will have to wait about 20 minutes to wash in lukewarm water. On the day of departure there was a complete failure - in the morning there was basically no water. when the water appeared, it was orange. the staff will feed you with promises that they will solve the problem, but it will never be solved. a special word about the restaurant - at dinner we waited 40 minutes for the meals, the administrator promised that everything was ready and we only needed to wait 5 minutes. In the end, we left an hour later without having dinner. By the way, the order consisted of salad and juice. they couldn't make salad and juice in an HOUR! The only good thing about the hotel is the breakfast. large selection and everything is delicious.
