One of the worst clinics. Firstly, make sure you're prepared to stand in a queue for 15-30 minutes just to give your name to the receptionist when you get in. There is always such a long waiting line. The receptionists take a very long time to do the simplest tasks. I've seen 2 general doctors there and their way of practice is quite old school. Also, instead of trying to find out what the problem is, they prescribe 3 different pills to cover up the pain/problem. I've never walked away with an issue resolved. They always ask you to take a pill for 1-2 weeks and then to come back and see them to see if the problem has gone away. As caring as this sounds, the problem usually doesn't go away with a pill that only reduces the pain. Once you're finished with the doctor, you have to wait for another 15-20 minutes to get your card back and leave. Be prepared to spend 1 hour at this clinic for a 5 minute session with the doctor.

I didn’t have any of the poor experiences the other people had. I came here twice to see the GP about a persistent sore throat. I booked my appointment online super easily, one for the next day and one even same day. Both times I didn’t have to wait long. While the consultation was short, I don’t think they were inadequate. First treatment was 3 days of antibiotics and over the counter painkillers. Second time, they decided to do a throat culture. Even with the throat culture, I was in and out in 15 minutes! Also everyone was very nice- the receptionists were sweet and the nurse as well. Also the doctor made an effort especially because I don’t speak Spanish very well. Hopefully I don’t have to go back, but if I’m sick again, this would be my first choice!

I had to leave without having to even see my doctor here today! After 45 mins of waiting we go to ask the receptionist what's taking so long and she says the system didn't pull up our call number on the screen and that the next person called I can go in. But some person already ran to the doctor and the receptionist nor the doctor cared to let us finally see the dermatologist. This took almost 1 hour out of my work! Super unprofessional, horrible service, first and last time!! Well there wasn't even a time with the doctor, so disappointed!

If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. I waited 3 weeks for an English speaking appointment by telephone with a female psychiatrist who specializes in ADHD. (I confirmed my phone number as well.) The day of the appointment, I reach out to them by email after waiting 20 minutes and not receiving a call. They didn’t respond for hours, and when they did they told me that they accidentally booked me with a Spanish speaking doctor. They then offered to schedule me another appointment with an English speaking doctor in person. The day of the next appointment, I waited an hour and 25 minutes to meet with Dr Christian Mendoza, and he barely understood a word I spoke. After telling him I came to treat my unmedicated ADHD (which I have been formally diagnosed with, just currently not on medication), all he did was ask me if depression ran in my family, I told him no, and he prescribed me Prozac and basically rushed me out the door. I told him I had already taken Prozac in the past and it didn’t work for me. He simply nodded his head and continued writing the prescription. Then he told me to come back in two weeks. If Dr. Mendoza thinks I am going to actually come back and waste another hour and 30 minutes to deal with a man who clearly has no interest in doing his job — he is the one who needs psychiatric help, not me. This type of behavior from a psychiatrist is completely unacceptable. I WILL be reporting this doctor to the proper psychiatric board, and I will also be filing a formal complaint against the clinic. DO NOT GO HERE.

I am very disappointed about my visit. The center was empty, and I got my turn very fast. But the doctor Miranda was very rude, she let me feel bad, that I come for something, what happened to me for the first time and scared me. I refuse to make an analysis, for which I asked for. The made me a echography and was not careful at all, she hurt me and did not care about it. A part from that the cheer is in a very small room, where the doctor doesn't have place to move right, which lets you feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this center and neither the doctor.

Horrible, they forgot and didn’t call me at all. Waited for more than 45 mins and after that they gave me another ticket and made me wait a lot more. Very unpleasant.
