The hotel is huge very standard Holiday Inn Vibes. Food menu is very much limited to Non vegetarian menu. There are no vegan and vegetarian options. Buffet is not good at all. Specially breakfast. Rooms are okay not so great. Super far away from airport. There is mall close to hotel which has good food options and shoping too. Staff understand very little English

I really loved the hotel very beautiful, very clean and the personal were professional and welcoming. The decoration wow nothing to say. The view from the 25th floor unbelievable. And talking business/work the conference room was amazing The restaurant also was up to our expectations. Only one thing that i didn’t appreciate was the parking cus it’s very narrow

All thanks to Abd Salam for the good reception and the smile that does not leave him and all the hotel staff except for the old woman who sits in the reception cafeteria arrogant , the room is very clean and has all amenities, and the breakfast is very varied and very tasty , the girls for breakfast love their work and do it smoothly. The pool is clean and beautiful , hotel is a family par excellence. I will return to it as soon as possible .

Very nice stuff, thanks especially Naoufel and Karim at the front desk. There is a mall just next to Hotel. So, you can eat and make shopping there. I can't tell anything about location because I was here only for business and my driver take me every morning from hotel. But I guess it is not too much far away from city center. Finally, there is a ($$$) restaurant on the roof, which is very elegante.

Very uncomfortable stay with sleepless nights. My reservation was for nearly 30 days. All these days I had to ask the receptionist to switch on the AC which they never did. They either ignored my request to switch on or couldn't understand my request. The location is closer to my workplace. This was the only reason I stayed but nothing good to say being a Holiday Inn property. Today the receptionist said "This is how Algeria works", a response a guest would die to have.

First time here! I was pleasantly surprised about everything. Kudos to the Chef at 101! Amazing food! This is no doubt the best restaurant in Algiers. My son and I had a massage at Jasm’inn and it was worth every penny. Warda, spa receptionist, has a wonderful personality and amazing customer service skills. She recommended Sabrina as a therapist. The massage was amazing. Sabrina is very pleasant, professional and knows her stuff. It feels like she has 4 hands. I am definitely coming back. Thank you for a very unique experience! Tarik

I was here for a work trip. Amazing checkin staff with the manager being very funny. The facilities were awesome. Food was great and the staff bringing the food looked more happy than me. I had the burger and the fruit basket. The dates were delicious. Room was clean and perfumed. Shower was awesome. I recommend the hotel.

Organized a business dinner there, had an excellent service. This time it was for a corporate meeting. Conference room was good, people polite and looking to help and the buffet was well prepared for our business lunch. Overall I recommend this place if you have a corporate event, seminars, business dinners.

Very good hotel, 3min walk from Garden City mall, which has lots of international known cloth brands and a very nice elegant restaurants. The hotel is 15min away from Sidi Yehia ( area with lots of caffes and restaurants. Stuff is helpful, rooms are clean, well organized and modern. Breakfast has limited choices but they have a decent restaurant on the 25th floor with great view for the city. Will definitely come again next time I visit Algeria!

A horrible honey money night they call it , they put the ac in heat mode , it was killing me all night Long , I couldn't belive it , I called the reception 2 times to fix it ,I had to come down and talk to them but they couldn't fix unless you shut the ac down completely , I spent littlraly a horrible with no ac at all , I don't recommend that hotel at all go somewhere else ...

Friendly, approachable and helpful staff at the front desk and guest relations however other staff arnt really hospitable. But they do their job .. Rooms are decent sized, i feel the property over all is a bit compromised on hygiene in rooms and public areas. Dusty atmosphere and poor maintainance is noticeable. Location has nothing around apart for a basic mall.

Amazing experience at the hotel. The hotel staff of very helpful. They always welcome you with a smile. The spa experience was absolutely amazing. The hammam and the gym, pool is free of charge and is in such good condition. Mr Mourad from the spa team is such a sweetheart. He made my hammam experience really unique. He was very helpful with the timings and arrangements for me. I thank Mr Mourad for his efforts and great customer service.

Maria is a very good host l. Always smiling and helpful. She pays attention to every small detail. I hope you have more staff like her.

I would classify it as a high end hotel in Algeirs I have been to other high ends hotels such Sheraton but I wasn’t getting a good hospitality culture as it should be .If you are an international looking for a place that combines leisure and business , i would definitely recommend Holiday inn Algeirs hotel .Staff were quite friendly ,well mannered and their English was quite superb i didn’t face any hassles in communication during my stay , facilities were accessible and easy to find and the services concerning booking,room service, food service were handled professionally . Room and bathroom are quite spacious well organised ,there is enough storage for all your belongings. I would also recommend to try their range of Algerian organic wine while enjoying good music I definitely adored the music selection ,the food also was incredible and suitable wether you are vegetarian or not and If you are looking to taste the Algerian cuisine there is a wide range of Algerian traditional dishes and cakes which really amazed me .Definitely looking forward visiting Holiday Inn Algeirs again much love and support for all Holiday Inn Algeirs team 🫶🏻

Amazing reception staff at this hotel, very helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their face. Great buffet and modern rooms. The only downside to the hotel is the gym, very limited weights and very limited space and machinery, could do with a larger area with more equipment.

Cleaning guys were very good specially Zaher. Hotel Gym, Pool, Location all were good. Hotel software was very bad. My colleague and me waited for 3 hours at reception because of Country Inn software issue. Booking was confirmed by team but their software cancelled booking. They allocated dirty room to me. After I shared picture with reception team several time they didn't change the room. Zaher put lots of efforts to clean the room. Now it's better than before. Truly didn't like their professionalism at all. For city tax I asked at reception either take full amount by card or by cash but reception guy took 6000 (12 nights) Algerian Dinar by cash and 500 (1 night) Dinars by card. Now I am facing issue of claim. I asked them to pay cash and make transaction from card but they say company policy issues (While their staff did mistake). Also in restaurant, I usually find plates dirty with materials stick to it. In my 5-6 days stay I showed it 3 times to manager but there is no improvement. Asked one of the manager about bread and he said it's finished while within few minutes breads were there. Moreover I decided to have dinner in restaurant of 4500 Algerian Dinars (Approx 33 USD, 30 Euro, 2750 INR. There were only 3 vegetarian items: -Eggplant (Very Bad Taste) -Noodles (Half Cooked) -Rice (Was good. How to eat it without anything else).

Every staff in the hotel is very kind and welcoming. We were welcomed with juices and desserts which was very nice gesture. They even helped us exchange the currency and suggested nice places around. They offer city tours and a cheap rate. In the hotel we have ATM and a mall next to it. Overall a good experience.

For a bing institution like holiday inn the service is under my expectations. First of all there is no communication between services for we called the booking service they gave us a price but when w arrived and we were about to pay they asked for another price which is more than 10% higher. Then when we were paying they didn't have the difference so they asked me to come later to get it. Unfortunately when I came back later I found another person in the reception. When asked for my money he told that there is no proof and cannot give it to me

The infrastructure is good that's all. The Hotel personnel despite their politeness are overloaded and require training to stick to the four stars standard. The served dishes require diversification.

Quiet location, shopping mall within 500 meters of the hotel. Spa services available in the hotel. Staff fluent in French and Arabic. Difficulty to communicate in English language.

Check in and check out always takes too long , suite has big glass walls with no way to fully block the light

For a Holiday Inn two stars out of five are quite generous ! It was insured only the minimum level of cleanliness (in my opinion). The service overall is not professional. Deceived.

This is one of the good hotels in Algiers. Thee rooms are modern, well designed, well furnished and well maintained however they are small in size. The hotel facilities are ok, the main restaurant is average quality however the 101 restaurant at the top floor is a fine dining place that i recommend. They are very strict with visa payments, so if you are planning to charge meals or other services on your room make sure that you block an amount that will exceed all the services that you are expecting to order. Service overall can be better and faster. The hotel is in proximity with Garden city mall - it is a 3 min walk and there you have manu dining option and a good place to spend the night without the need to go through Algiers traffic. All in all a good pick for business travellers. Please consider traffic when travelling during rush hours specially in the mornings

I wait more than 1 hour for the towels. The room is clean but not maintained properly. I'm a member of ihg and they did not charge the dinner to the room, i was obliged to go in the room to collect my credit card in order to pay immediately. This is not acceptable from an holiday inn. I expect something better from holiday inn and for the money that they ask.

The hotel has good view, you can see 👀 the sea 🌊 from most of hotel rooms. Good and clean rooms but mostly I was missing towels and soap and need to ask for them by phone 😡. Breakfast was good limited options but good taste. Good location and near garden city mall which is great 👍 but traffic is unbelievable 😳. It is always better to walk whenever you can.

This place is located 40 minutes drive from airport. Wifi is 24X7 . Has ATM inside. With 2 fine dining restaurant on roof top . Gym . Hamam .. Spa is another option. Located 2 minutes walk from Garden City Mall.. I would like to appreciate hard work and courteous nature of reception staff Mr. AMINE , Mr. HICHIME , Mr. Babar . World class service! They took care of smallest things like food , beverages, in room service, local area introduction, and many more .. which was really exceptional. ! Great work guys . !! 10 star ⭐ to all of you. Good location, well designed and equiped, good for organizing events, Food is good although expensive. Big problem with services - depends on persons and attitudes ! Some staff are very professional, but most of them are absolutely the oposit: unproffesional, clueless, helpless, arogant, rude,... I barely recommend with precaution, you need to make sure you get the service you're paying for !!!

My stay at the Holiday Inn was really disappointing this time. My experience last year was almost perfect. The rooms were nice, the staff were professional and very helpful. Contrarily, this time I was shocked to see how the hotel have decayed and how rude and unresponsive the staff were.the bathroom door in the room couldn't be shut ( it was damaged) , the lamps on the bedside weren't working, my room isn't have an iron and I've noticed lacking in toiletries compared to last year's.

Rooms are nice and cosy, I've got the room with to noisy air conditioner, staff promised to fix but never showed up. Breakfast is just OK, but again to get your omelet you need to go and search for someone... poor service.

I would recommend Holiday Inn to anyone. The staff is so amazing, friendly and professional. Always greeting and ready to assist with a smile. The waiter Abderahmane was so kind and attentive. He made sure we had everything to enjoy our delicious breakfast. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home. God bless.
