As an American woman who was traveling to Algeria for the first time, Lamaraz Arts Hotel was more than the perfect luxury experience. Not only did I feel safe, but the team was spectacular with every step of the experience. From “Hello” with the greeter and bellman, to the receptionist, to the fantastic team at the lovely restaurant on the 7th floor, to the wonderful lady at the spa and the gentleman in the parking lot; everything was superb. My fiancé and I were absolutely blown away. We frequent many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world; and Lamaraz Hotels certainly left a lasting impression. Of note, the restaurant had breath-taking panoramic views of Algiers. The food was exquisite, with the perfect combination of Algerian cuisine and some familiar-to-American flare. The service team members were always with warmth, smiles, and tended to us with finesse. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. Lastly, the adorable lady at the spa was so kind, had a methodical and relaxing technique, and was an expert at my massage. I love it when people are good at their craft. This hostel is so much fun! The staff are amazing and organize lots of activities, like bar crawls and pub quizzes. The rooms are basic but clean, and the common areas are great for meeting other travelers. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a party hostel in Rosario.

Value for money. Room service was good with daily change of fresh towel after room clean-up. Soap and bottled water, coffee & tea replenished daily. Somehow aeration/ventilation could be better improved - with barely any windows available on the corridor lining the rooms, the air tends to get somewhat stale and at times one could even smell the unpleasant stench floating in the air. Breakfast spread generally good, coffee dispenser/machine can get busy. Pity there's no real orange juice (in a country where there's abundant supply of 🍊) although there's a possibility there'll be extra charge if a request was made. Designed for the modern traveler which costs considerably lower than an established hotel out in the west. Location in a hilly Kouba neighborhood was close to convenient stores and also a masjid within 10mins walking distance. Helpful staff although the ones who could only get by in French could be a real test in communication 🙄

Our experience at this hotel as newlyweds was utterly disappointing. Despite booking a supposed 'suite' for 25k, we were shockingly asked for an additional 2k upon check-in due to their pricing mistake. The room labeled as a 'suite' was nothing more than a cramped space with a king-size bed and a lackluster bathroom. For a so-called 'suite,' the service was abysmal; my husband had to constantly request essentials like fresh towels and proper room cleaning, which were consistently overlooked. The blatant false advertising and lack of quality service were appalling. The only redeeming quality was the room's mediocre cleanliness. Needless to say, this establishment falls far short of expectations and won't receive any recommendations from us

For those who wantan unforgettable hotel experience. From your arrival to your departure, attention to detail is evident everywhere. The room is very spacious and comfortable, its furniture is modern and stylish. High-speed internet access and a flat-screen TV with various channels to enjoy your time inside the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful, meeting all your needs and requests quickly and effectively. The facilities available at the hotel are fantastic, ranging from the swimming pool and fitness center to the wonderful restaurants and shops. This is really a hotel worth recommending .

Amazing food, clean room, nce staff..

We have ran an event here on 2 separate occasions with more than 17 participants staying in the hotel. The participants loved the rooms and the service. The technical team was incredible in helping with the event. And the food is truly world class! I definitely recommend "la baie" restaurant for visitors as well and I urge you to try the chef's special fondant au chocolat which was easily the single best fondant I've had in this city.

4 star hotel with a 5 star service. Rooms, buffet.

The staff is extremely nice. The main beds always come with very nice pillows and are extremely comfortable. The secondary beds are however pretty meh and are not very comfortable to sleep on, they also often don't give you additional stuff until you request it multiple times, but that's done on purpose I assume. Everything else about the hotel is absolutely perfect however which is what should be expected from a hotel like this

First of all the Hotel is perfect! It is really stylish, modern and very clean. Secondly, the staff is truly lovely and helpful!! The room is very comfortable, bath is perfect and I just love the extra detail at the front door, you have a screen inside and camera outside, so whoever knocks at your door, you can straight away visualise who it is! Towels are large, and TV with international channels! Top quality hotel!

Fabulous and luxury place I enjoyed being in this hotel for about one week. Big and modern rooms. Comfortable beds high quality material. Friendly and smiley staff. Delicious breakfast and food, I tasted the beeswax, it was delicious it was my first time it was nice experience. A panoramic view restaurant. A 5 stars breakfast. A Nespresso machine in the room with coffee capsules, a welcome chocolate. A gym for free. A SPA in extra: Jacuzzi, sauna and massage. No shuttle service offered by the hotel. I don’t like the location in the middle of a popular neighborhood. voted best hotel by several sites.

Amazing hotel on the hill, about 10 mins walk up to the hill from underground MET station. When I first arrived in the early morning like 8am around , the manager invited me to go to breakfast and he said it's for free but I just got the breakfast at Sheraton where my group people stayed. And he soon gave me a room to rest. These are really touched a person who visited this country first time and came a long way. It's wonderful view from higher floor restaurant to look around the city no matter at night or in the morning. it was so astonished views and it's unforgettable. The room is clean and nice. I enjoyed stay here very much although it's far from the famous visitors points. I shall come back to this city abd thus hotel again.

I had a great experience in Lamaraz Art Hotel, I was welcomed by an upgrade to my room to a larger suite in the top floor with an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi and a spacious panoramic balcony overlooking the city of Algiers.

The hotel is new, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly but the problem with this hotel is the don’t allow you to change the AC off heat mode. As such, if you want airflow in your room (to stop the stuffiness), you either have to accept a barrage of heat from the vent and start to slow cook in your room, or you can open the window and suddenly be blasted by the street noise and get an average sleep. Either way you are looking at a lousy nights sleep. I chose the latter and the street was my alarm clock. Speaking to management about this issue, the just smiled and said “heat mode between Nov - Apr is their policy. In summary the hotel has so much potential, it just doesn’t deliver on the mark - 3/5.

Staff was a little unhelpful and tried to charge me for things such as spa ect, although I had already paid for the use of these, as i had all inclusive package. They also complained that I didn’t book directly with them and tried to blame issues that I had, saying that I booked with expedia and should have booked directly with them….although I’m based in the U.K. I doubt if I would be staying again
