Wrong diagnosis and not noticing the disease my 5 month old had is horrible! Never going back. Took my 5 month old in to be seen. It took 30 minutes to be seen (stayed overall an hour and a half) and I was the first person in line. I explained to the doctor all of my sons symptoms...she checked his temperature and ears. That was it. She said his ear looked a little red and prescribed medicine. I knew that wasn't what was wrong with him. I ended up going to his actual doctor 2 hours later. His doctor said he had hand, foot,mouth disease. And guess what? With NO EAR INFECTION. That doctor was a joke. The ladies were all nice, but they need to make sure they actually check out the patient not just assume and then hand out medication. Take time to understand and help your patients!

Nice, new, clean facility. I was seen promptly. However, the practitioner was abrupt, verging on rude. I was concerned about a painful swollen lymph node on the back of my neck...which my mother said looked like a spider bite as well. This practitioner said there are no lymph on back of neck. Not true!! Also told me it wasn't a bite. I had another nurse elsewhere examine it. She definitely saw spider bite marks and confirmed that it was on a lymph node. Just Google lymph node map and it is apparent lymph nodes are located all over the body including all sides of the neck. Not sure what qualifications this Urgent Care practitioner has so be cautious.

I went to the clinic in Attica, IN, and everyone I encountered while there was super nice. There was a bit of a wait, but I've learned to get used to waiting in a medical setting. The Nurse Practitioner (Teresa K) I was seen by was super sweet, attentive and amazing. She made me feel comfortable and she answered all of my questions and even some unasked questions. She not only showed me how to clean my wound, but also on how to cover it to prevent infection. I couldn't have asked for a better urgent care experience.

The clinic was very nice and very clean. The nurse practitioner was professional and very personable. Explained things to me in detail. Overall, I left with a better understanding about my problem I would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone.

The staff was kind and friendly. The facility was nice and clean. Registration was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this place if you need seen for something quickly.

I was visiting the Badlands ATV Park for Memorial weekend. The cold I had turned into a sinus infection. I reserved a time to be seen online for the next day and was able to do early registration too. I was seen very promptly. Everyone was great, service was quick and informative. I really appreciate you having weekend hours so I could start treatment sooner than after the holiday weekend. Thank you for having a clinic in Attica, IN.

I was so happy to have a clinic that was able to see me quickly and not have to wait for an appointment. I had a bad ear infection and was in a lot of pain. I walked in, and was being seen by a doctor fast. It was a very good experience

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice. They actually listen to me. The doctor explained everything well with what they were going to do. Just wish I could get the doctor as my primary care physician Sincerely Jefferson Davis
