Third
edit:
now
they
say
no
self
pay
and
after
4
years
they
wouldn't
even
give
me
a
list
of
insurance
companies
they
accept
so
I
can
get
a
different
insurance
to
stay
with
them?
Rudalfo
is
a
very
mean
gentleman
that
seems
to
have
a
personal
vendetta
against
me
even
though
I
only
met/talked
to
him
3
times
in
the
whole
time
he
has
been
at
this
location.
Very
unprofessional
and
rude.
I
asked
for
insurance
providers
and
he
sends
me
a
list
of
different
methadone
clinics
instead,
so
sad
he
rather
make
a
individual
suffer
then
actually
try
to
help
them
and
they
now
found
a
way
to
make
me
leave
their
treatment
program
when
I
have
been
a
perfect
patient
the
whole
time
never
dropping
dirty
or
causing
a
scene.
Why?
What
did
I
do?
Edit:
after
talking
to
a
wonderful
young
lady
Liz
and
for
the
first
time
the
medical
director
for
joliet/Naperville
Pamela
who
is
also
wonderful
and
understanding
to
talk
too
everything
has
been
resolved
and
starting
over,
it
seems
like
some
things
had
gotten
lost,mixed
up
and
a
miss
communication
and
was
not
correctly
documented
in
my
chart.
I'm
all
about
second
chances
so
I
think
everything
will
be
alright
but
still
always
keep
your
paperwork
and
document
everything
on
your
own
because
no
one
will
fight
harder
for
yourself
then
yourself.
:just
know
this
place
will
expect
you
to
suffer
if
you
need
a
major
surgical
procedure
done,
they
will
say
they
don't
dose
for
pain
when
you
inform
them
before
the
procedure
and
after
they
call
you
to
notify
you're
not
allowed
to
take
medications
prescribed
by
your
surgeon
or
they
will
punish
you......
After
3
years
of
hard
work
and
dedication
with
a
team
that
was
extremely
helpful
and
great
especially
dr.
Basma
this
location
got
switched
up
in
the
4th
year
with
a
new
medical
staff
and
the
physicians
that
has
made
this
location
less
then
desirable
and
endangering
many
patients
path
to
a
full
recovery.
Like
I
said
after
4
years
of
doing
everything
that
all
of
my
dr.'s
Ask
of
me
on
my
journey
of
rebuilding
my
damaged
body
the
physician
at
this
location
is
the
only
one
now
taking
away
from
my
quality
of
life
and
recovery
from
what
seems
to
be
a
Personal
vendetta
which
is
weird
since
I'm
a
kind
respectable
licensed
medical
hippie
and
only
used
to
go
in
every
2
weeks
and
barley
saw
them
before
they
busted
me
down
for
following
my
surgical
Dr.
Order's
since
they
dont
treat
for
pain,
my
guess
they
are
trying
to
make
me
relapse
or
leave
their
treatment
program
and
find
a
new
but
hopefully
it's
all
just
a
miss
communication
and
can
be
resolved.
Otherwise
this
place
is
great
and
the
nurses
counselors
and
receptionist
are
the
true
heroes
that
help
and
have
to
deal
with
the
nitty-gritty.
Just
keep
all
your
ducks
in
a
row
and
keep
proof
to
back
you
up
with
the
new
physician
assist.
Bring
back
Basma
or
other
kind
hearted
willing
to
help
understanding
individuals,
these
are
the
people
that
we
need
to
help
us.
We
are
regular
people
with
job's
families
and
feelings
just
like
everyone
else.
We
shouldn't
be
treated
any
different
in
a
surgical
situation
or
any
situation
for
that
matter
