They have designed my daughter’s engagement set, redesigned a special piece for me, have custom made many pieces for me, restrung pearls …. The list is endless! They never disappoint!!! Very innovative, prompt, reasonable prices and wonderful customer service. Everyone without fail has provided good ideas and they go out of their way to make things perfect. Example: they searched for antique charm bracelet links to match my aunt’s charm bracelet. I was stunned when I saw how beautiful it was after they cleaned it, expanded the links and checked the functionality of each charm. That was a few years ago, but nothing had changed. I bring in pieces, they make them look like new. I finally got answers regarding some “garnet” pieces my family thought were precious. Turns out it was the equivalent of costume jewelry at the beginning of the 1900’s. I wondered why other jewelers over the years would look at them and had no suggestions for the pieces-they simply didn’t know the history of the metal or the “gems”. Yet, they still honored the sentiment of the family pieces. Let’s hope they are with us for many many years to come. Having a neighborhood jeweler is priceless when you need them!

I lost a stone from a John Hardy bracelet and when I contacted them, there was a 6 week turnaround for the repair. They also didn’t provide pricing up front. I stopped by Studio D Jewelers (in beautiful downtown Woodstock) and Morgan assured me they could take care of it in a couple weeks. While it was a little over 2 weeks, I received a call from Morgan with an update, SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. Studio D Jewelers will be my new go to. Oh by the way, they have beautiful diamond jewelry, I was very tempted.

I have been a fan of this jeweler for over 15 years. They custom designed a new setting for my solitaire which was elegant yet sturdy and clean it no charge every time I return for any reason. Recently, my husband had to have his wedding band cut off his finger and they repaired it and resized it in a way that it looked like a new ring. I highly recommend Studio D. It was previously named Studio 2015

Studio D is everything I hoped it would be, and more! I brought in my very sentimental anniversary ring purchased for me from my boyfriend from an ethical jeweler in Bali. I had bent it and was struggling with shipping it back to Indonesia for repair. Studio D was able to fix it, and even cleaned it for me so it was sparkling, it looks brand new! I'm so happy to be able to wear this piece that mean so much to me. Studio D took great care with my jewelry, I look forward to bringing in other pieces I have for cleaning and repair. I also look forward to using them for customization, as we have a few family heirlooms that need to be redesigned. Everyone at Studio D is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! Absolutely amazing service! We are getting ready for our wedding in June, and it has been such an ease to work with Studio D! From cleaning and resizing a family piece, and getting a custom band to match the vintage look, to ordering a traditional wedding band, they have been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout all the visits. They have been very informative and I will definitely keep relying on them for future jewelry.

I so appreciate the service of the staff at Studio D. I took in a pair of simple, though precious silver earrings my daughter bought me while teaching in Yangon, Myanmar. It was explained that the hoop holding the teardrop may not work as it was hollow. They did a wonderful job and when I picked them up, they cleaned them perfectly for me! A great experience from start to finish! Went to Studio D looking for a custom engagement ring and was treated very well. After helping me choose the perfect ring, they made sure the ring would arrive in time for me to pop the question on the planned day. They were in contact with me the entire time with updates about the arrival date and the final finished product. My specialist was Morgan, she was kind and involved in the whole process from start to finish, giving a more personal feel than an online retailer or big brand store. The ring turned out beautiful and couldn’t be happier.

Studio D Jewelers is my absolute go-to jewelry store. Over the many years that I have enjoyed their services, I have purchased new items, estate jewelry and have also had stones reset. My favorite aspect of the business, though, is the custom work that they do. They designed and created my wedding set using ideas that we shared with them. I get so many compliments on these rings! They've also tweaked several vintage rings that I have, adding or rearranging stones, giving the rings beautiful new looks without changing their character. Wow! Better than what I could have imagined!! I brought in my wedding rings to be reset after 32 years of marriage. The end result is spectacular. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Computer generated design gives great preview of final piece. I would entrust them to any project. Thank you!
