We found this park while looking for a nice view to park and eat lunch. The view is pretty, there's a giant dog park, community garden, and clean bathrooms. Then we decided to go for a walk around the trails and it is GORGEOUS! The walk was longer than I expected but we found a short cut threw the farm land in the center and back to our car. There's also a Frisbee Golf course along the trails which seemed to be what most of the people we saw were doing on the nice day.

This large park has paved paths and dirt trails through farm fields and wooded areas, a dog park, community garden, fishing lake, and a new professional level disc golf course. A beautiful escape into the countryside that is still right here beside our town.

This is not a reflection on the park. It is more of a reflection on some of the people of Cary. I was on the bike path in July with my daughter. There were a couple of young black men who were making a rap video. We stopped and watched oh, they were very nice, drressed normally and polite. They were doing nothing wrong. As we were leaving, the police showed up. They watch them from a distance for a couple minutes, then left. Kudos to the cops. Shame on the person who called the cops on these young black males. It disturbs me that the only reason the cops were called is because they were black. I came back and apologized to these guys for the cops being called on them. And in case you think I'm some liberal , I voted for Trump.

Great dog park, great community of dog owners. We often go a couple times a day. Huge field for the dogs to run and play, great trail for walking & a large fenced area for dogs under 25lbs. One of the best dog parks around.

Great now that they have connected to the bike/ walking path. You can go in a loop instead of a bunch of spokes

Lovely place to walk at, especially with the new bike trail that connects to route 31, Although that trail ends before you can get to both downtown Algonquin and Crystal lake.

Great difficult disc golf course, especially with snow on the ground. Walking paths look excellent, relatively well manicured for winter.

Great course, the final couple of holes are tight forest. Didn't feel like searching for discs at the end of the day, so skipped. Otherwise, an awesome place.

Awesome paved trails for running, expansive dog park, public gardens. Serene, peaceful.

Great place to go if you are Poke hunting! Also has a great recreational area for kids; sturdy and safe!

Has a lot of potential but it was very muddy it hard to walk at the time. There were a lot of downed trees from a storm.

Love this disc golf course but it is not for the new players. Great fairways, lots of tall grass to lose discs in, beautiful scenery.

Huge fenced area ( 1 for bigger dogs, 2nd for smaller, plus 2 training areas), hiking trail and amenities are my favorite things about this place. Me and my pooch love to visit this park.
