Lidia Sanchez is amazing.. she helped me service my watch-even though I did not buy it from Razny’s.. I was surprised the service was complimentary, along with warm and lovely customer service. I was provided on information on various watches and watch winders. The staff is very professional and the area is very secure for being a downtown Chicago location. I cannot say enough great things about Razny. My fiance and I feel warmly welcomed every time we walk in. We work with Rebecca who has made every purchasing experience a joy! We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding a year, and the wedding band I had originally chosen was discontinued once we were ready to purchase the second time around. Rebecca worked closely with the designers to custom-create almost the exact same ring (but better, in my opinion!) so that I didn't have to choose something else after falling in love with my first choice. She made the experience wonderful and I could tell that she was just as excited to reveal the ring to us as I was to finally see it after going back and forth trying to find the ring after postponing the wedding. As an watch enthusiast I must say the employees at east coast location are really knowledgeable in horology. I was assisted by smart Kristy who even inspired me for Patek and beyond. Just few days back I got some rose gold diamond jewelry and she helped me to assist with the right piece. She is very knowledgeable in different Diamond cuts, their scientific and industrial meanings. I am sure every customer at Razny feels very welcome unlike some other places who demotivates customer for high end timepieces as if they need to pick it from the moon. I struck a quick request to try on some of the certified pre-owned timepieces with Kristy Wu. She was not hesitant to assist me and my fiancé; very patient with us and even offered us wine. There were beautiful watches and wonderful to witness/wear them in person. She drew up wishlist profiles for my particular timepiece configuration as well as my fiancé’s wedding band. She educated us on the technical aspects on the Rolex and Patek Philippe quality check system and watch movements. It was very informative and pleasant to hear. I recently lost a pin on my Rolex band and went to Razny Jewelers on Oak St. per a friend’s recommendation. Lidia Sanchez took it to the jeweler for repair who fortunately had a pin and he immediately replaced it; all on a Sunday afternoon. I was in and out in minutes. Of course while in the store my eye caught this beauty and I think I know what I’m getting myself for my 65th! Thank you Lidia and Razny’s for such amazing service.

So far I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Razny’s, especially working with Kristy D. with looking through exploring different Rolex options as well as wedding bands with my fiancée and I while we’re wedding planning. She was able to go through a lot of different band options for us and give a lot of her own insights and that really helped me narrow down my own wedding band. Kristy W. was also great when it came time for the pick up of my wedding band and I really enjoyed just chatting to her about some things I had on my mind. Super personable, just like Kristy D.! To me it’s clear they take their attention to detail and focus on customer service to another level. As someone who isn’t super into the world of luxury goods, I also really appreciated the lack of any pretentiousness (which is something I’ve definitely felt with some other Rolex ADs/luxury watch brands I’ve been to). They made me feel right at home. Fingers crossed I can get off the Rolex explorer waitlist before my wedding day, but so far so good with my experience! Would recommend if you’re looking for any of the watches they’re an AD for or any jewelry. Big shoutout to the Kristys, too!
