Came here initially to get my wife’s ring fixed. Started looking at their great selection of estate jewelry, and that actually turned into getting a brand new, beautiful diamond ring for my wife. Taralynn, and all the sales associates were so incredibly patient and helpful with me as I was trying to figure out what I wanted to get. The prices were very fair and the selection was great. Have already recommended others to come shop here over any other jewelry shops around.

I brought my heirloom wedding ring set in to Jensen to have it resized. They took care to measure my finger properly. I was told to expect a text within a week, and I had my ring back in 5 days, polished and shining! I contacted them to see if they could fix my prongs and they did!! Grace was so nice, she walked me through the whole process and made sure I fully understand everything before taking my ring inside! I got it back within couple hours later and I absolutely love the new look of my ring!! They also have a large selection of engagement rings and wedding bands available to try on!

My original engagement ring and wedding band (not from Jensen’s) had small diamonds in the bands that kept falling out. Jensen’s originally replaced a few diamonds, but let us know it would likely happen again because of how the band was made. After more diamonds did end up falling out we made the decision to take the center diamond of my original ring and put it in a new band. Jewel was so sweet and made the whole process easy. She showed me many bands I wouldn’t have seen had I looked on my own. We picked a band that was part of their estate jewelry and I am so happy with the end result. I dropped my old ring off and they had the new ring ready the next day already. Great experience from start to finish.

Jensen Jewelers was recommended to my fiancé and I by a family member so we took my mom’s original gold wedding band to them to inquire about resizing and reshaping to use for my wedding day. They were so accommodating and assured us they could do exactly what we needed. The band turned out beautiful and a replica of the inspiration photos I had shown them. I went to Jensen jewelers a few years ago and bought a necklace for my wife the woman who helped me then was very nice, not pushy. I recently had them fix an old ring for my wife that is very sentimental. The ring is perfect now, I am excited for her to open it . It was not expensive.

They had an excellent selection of Lab Grown diamonds. The specific diamond I wanted is rare and was not in stock but they ordered it immediately and had it just two days later!
