I walked into the store, unplanned on a busy Saturday. I may not have been dressed in the proper attire and was struggling to catch the attention of many experienced sales representatives but Uthman was humble enough to look past my appearance. He was quick to assist me and made me feel comfortable. I own a Seiko and Orient watch but was ready for a higher end timepiece. Even though I was not 100% set on buying a watch that day, he let me try on the Tudor Black Bay 58 they had just received that morning and it meant the world to me. It was everything I was looking for. He gave me his business card and I put a deposit down on the watch a couple hours later. I scheduled to pick up my purchase the next day and he was so welcoming and personal. He shared the same excitement I had for myself. This timepiece represents a significant milestone in my life and I wouldn’t want to buy a watch from anyone else. Thank you Uthman and your team! I will treasure my bb58 for years!

Went in today to browse jewelry and pens with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Found a lady datejust on the display and immediately fell in love. Lyness was wonderful to work, she was attentive thoughtful and really knowledgeable about all the items in the store. In addition, She helped my boyfriend buy a beautiful fountain pen too. Lyness made my valentines and first purchase very memorable ❤️

My first time visit to the Woodfield location was OK. As all the people want the same luxurious time pieces the supply and demand theory predominates and the waiting period is higher. Every time I'm at Woodfield, I always like to stop in at C.D. Peacock hoping to find what I'm looking for. The sales lady Denise was helping me and she was very friendly and professional. She made me feel welcomed, offered me a drink and I enjoyed that experience. I highly recommend coming here if you want a great experience from anyone of their staff.

Wonderful experience. Welcomed and given ample time to look and decide on our timepieces together. Cindy was just a pleasure to work with. She took time to understand what we were looking for. She tried to accommodate our likes and preferences. Also gave us so much information and history about Cartier. I am glad we had Cindy to work with and take care of our needs. I’ve been into this location many times. Though I’ve had some nice interactions I’ve also had really bad ones. Customer service is sometimes very hard. I’ve been stared down and other times practically ignored but, I’ve also had some really sweet sales associates. My last visit was great, thanks to Cindy! She is very friendly and tried her hardest to solve an issue I was having with a piece that I had purchased at this location about 5 years ago. I’m happy with the results and hope to see her again soon to buy some more gorgeous pieces!

I met Colin two years ago when I walked in looking for a watch, and he immediately treated me like family. I love the fact that he has the same passion for watches as I do! Excellent service, Nice looking store. Sales consultant “UK” at the Woodfield store was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely buy Rolex and Tudor here again. Very straightforward way of doing business. The way I like it.
