Everything was amazing. The food was perfect and the waitress was far beyond a five star. She was beyond awesome. I would rate it at a fifteen if I could

I stopped in here on my travels on New Years eve and decided to give them a whirl. I was seated promptly, this was pretty good considering it was 6:30 pm, my server was very prompt and courteous, I ordered blackberry tea which was delicious. I ordered the surf and turf, 8 oz filet and a 6 oz lobster tail and a loaded baked potato. The lobster was good, the potato was good, however the steak was slightly undercooked I asked for medium and it was more like a medium rare. My server came by and checked on me right after I got it, I had only taken 1 bite from the outer area which was okay, then he mysteriously disappeared and didn't see him again until well into this meal and my tea glass nearly empty. I would have sent this steak back had my server came back, instead I made a attempt at eating it, of which I'll get up and get a manager next time. Not happy.

Haven’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in a while and I’m so glad I came! I came before any rush which was nice. Was greeted and seated promptly. Decided to order the classic prime rib cooked rare with a loaded baked potato and salad. Very good salad, bread and of course prime rib!!! The prime rib was the correct temperature and it was seasoned correctly!!! So many places can’t cook steak to the correct temperature, they did it correctly here! Very happy with my meal! Service was very good as well! My drink was refilled/replaced before it was empty. Will defiantly be back!!!

My family and I went to dinner to celebrate the ending of finals in our son's high school. Ivy was our server's name and she was absolutely wonderful. From greeting us to the service she gave us, she Rocked! We will definitely be back and hope to see this young lady again. Thanks for giving us a great dining experience and service!

Raw bacon. Oblivious server that couldn't remember anything. Literally the worse Outback I've ever been to. Server didn't even care to notice the raw bacon and ask about it either. Manager didn't remotely care despite not complaining until AFTER we paid and were leaving. Just a disgrace!!

This is an ok place. The food was average. The service was confusing. We had 4 different people bring stuff to us. I guess this is good for them? If you make a special order the next 2 people don't know what you are talking about. Any way we don't come here often, the food is really not that great , certainly not 60 dollars worth.

Food was great as always, I really like the bar area. It’s a great place to grab a drink and dinner after a long day. The staff is always very friendly, and great at making sure we are well taken care of each visit.

I ordered the wings and this is what I got. I complained to the waiter and he said yeah they have gotten small. I expected better than this.

Went in with family of 5, 4 adults 1 child. We Continuously ran out of drinks and never got ice. 4 adults ordered steaks and 3 came out w/blood pouring out. Waitress was going to put blood soaked potatoes on different plates, said no. “Did not want to eat blood” she took them all back was back out within 5-7 minutes with same potatoes and the steaks were charbroiled so much you could not eat them, but still was red inside. Absolutely disgusting. Manger just said ok.. she did not care. So we just said never mind. We will go elsewhere. They did not care. Where did customer service go?? So disappointed.

GREAT service. My order was missing pickles, but the manager immediately came over and caught the error. He fixed my order and was extremely apologetic. Michael was fantastic and will 10/10 be back. Best dining experience I've had in a long time.

Carter was the sweetest server we have had anywhere in Cookeville! Very personable and prompt. He kept our drinks full and our food was perfect! I love that he didn’t rush us through our dinner and gave us time to enjoy our apps and salad before our entrees.

We ate here on Saturday 12/2. The waitress and most of the food were great as usual. The only issue we had which to me was a pretty serious one. My 13 year old son had wings and after eating several of them my wife noticed they were very undercooked. Which is obviously dangerous to eat uncooked chicken. We told the waitress and she handled it well and said she would send the manager out. They removed the wings off of the ticket which they should have. My biggest issue is the manager didn't bother to come out themselves to apologize or check on anything. They sent the waitress back out to do their dirty work. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Rachel T was our server and made our time in Outback today great! She’s kind, funny, understanding and very personable. Thank you for your service and kindness today & for being sweet towards my grandma. We know she’s a handful! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!!

Great food! Very pleased, great service. Extremely friendly and attentive. Restaurant and the bathrooms were very clean.

We ordered half rack of ribs, and we used to love their ribs. THIS IS WHAT WE GO HERE FOR, NO REASON TO GO BACK NOW!! They have changed them. They no longer fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. They were very tough and had to be cut with a knife. We were so disappointed. So if this was a favorite of yours, I would suggest not to try it. Waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Came in on a slow Sunday afternoon. There were only 5 other tables seated in the restaurant, and nearly a 1 to 1 ratio of sat tables to servers on the floor. It took over 15 minutes to be greeted once sat, and that was only after we went back to the host stand to ask what was going on. The server finally came over after that and was 100% apathetic toward our wait. Didn’t even acknowledge that she had been ignoring us. Our app came out cold and missing the sauce that comes with it, however once again no one came to check on us. In fact, after greeting us and taking our food and drink orders, our server just disappeared again. Other people ran our food and drinks to the table and she never came back to check on us after the app hit the table. We didn’t stay for our entrees because we couldn’t even get help with our cold app. One of the poorest service experiences I’ve received dining out.

The staff were friendly as can be and the drinks were perfect and quick even though I heard the bartender talking about working double two days in a row. I was celebrating my birthday after a movie and my husband put little pieces of grilled salmon into the macaroni and cheese side... DELICIOUS!

Terrible service. Ordered a blooming onion came out looked like an apple. We ask them What happened to there onions and their response was blooming onions are out of season. They are known for the blooms . The bartender never brought out drinks they sat there for 10 mins. This location needs some improvement on customer service.

1st off, I love Outback. I have been going to the one in Cookeville TN since it opened. In 2008, my wife and I stopped in after our wedding(we were the only ones that didn't eat at the wedding). Obviously, it was a special visit. We have made a point of eating at an Outback every anniversary since. Last night on our 15th, our son told the waitress about our anniversary, we told her the story, and she offered a free dessert. We turned it down. Later, the manager/ owner brought the dessert and bought our meal. He says he enjoyed the story and was pleased to hear that His story meant so much. It was already a great meal with excellent service, and his act of kindness made it all the better.

We ordered the lobster and Ribeye, and both were delicious and cooked just right! Our server was very polite and he took very good care of us. Even with a technical glitch that put an unfortunate hold on all food orders, the staff was still very attentive, and the manager was accommodating. We still had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our anniversary dinner.

My family and I visited for the first time tonight because my brother gave us a gift card for Christmas. This place quickly won us over due to the delicious food and the extraordinary job of our waitress Jessica. She was super helpful and so good with our kids. My two kids and husband all ordered steak. I was nervous for my daughter cuz she’s such a picky eater but she cleaned her plate. Would recommend everyone try this place. It’s quickly become our favorite after only one visit!

Excellent service with great customer service from the time we entered the door until we left. I would say the best restaurant in my option on that street. Food is always great there. The service from servers was excellent. They have a great teams setup of servers to assist you, without being over the top in front of you during you meal. Could not have ask for any better. The management there has things running extremely well I feel, as well as the management made sure we taking care of well while there. Having management like this is key and it shows. Could not be happier with the service we was provided for our dinner last night. Keep up the great work it shows.

My favorite restaurant of them all. Always great service and the food is always delicious and exactly as I order. I got the steak and lobster and OMG every bite was mouth watering. Highly recommend

So I’ve eaten here a few times but today I went in to pay for my mothers bill for her birthday as a surprise. The way the host crouched down with me as I tried to hide and not be noticed by my parents. And he and the waitress were amazing at keeping it a secret till after I left. It made her night and birthday and I wanted to say thank you.

Excellent and fast service, friendly staff. We have decided that we just don't care for their steak seasoning. They were cooked right and were tender, but we just didn't care for the flavor. This has been the case before at an Outback, so not knocking this restaurant. The appetizer was huge and delicious, as were the sides. If we go back again I will try their chicken instead.

I had the lunch grilled shrimp. Very good, also with broccoli which I asked to be cooked a little a little longer to be more tender and it was good. My granddaughter had a sirloin steak. Very tender. Very attentive server. I give it 5 stars.

Got the prime rib. Seasoned so strongly that I couldn't eat it. Potato and veg were very good. Our service at the bar was excellent, so I didn't complain knowing that I could take it home and wash off the seasoning to enjoy it reheated, but whoa, way too much.

Decided to try this location out because the one back home sucks and this was a million times better. I just wanted to go out for a drink and dessert and I was pleased with what we got even an hour before close. The food was fantastic and made well with plenty of flavor, the drinks were beyond delicious and cool because my husband got the new drink with pecans and bourbon and they smoked it. Overall great experience!
