The entrance resembled a funeral home more than an event venue. The food was horrible. The chicken had no flavor at all. The fettucine was mushy and lacked any flavor. The mostcocoli was simply disgusting. The rolls were bitter. The salad dressing was unique and offensive. The alcoholic beverages were watery even though I did not have ice in my glass. Then there is the service. I personally find it unprofessional to clear tables while guests are eating. My husband I were the only guests at our table for 8. While we were eating, the staff was clearing our table of the 6 empty place settings and hovering over us as we ate. I felt it would have been more professional to clear the empty settings once we finished our meal. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER recommend Orlando Gardens.

The place is very nice. Everything was arranged in a timely manner. The staff was very pleasant. Ensure that you ask details about your party. Ask the important questions like, when does your dinner / lunch/ breakfast start and when does it end. Ask the important questions about what exactly is being served. Also be sure that you asked the same question about the alcohol of which you have purchased.

Laurie made me and my husband's wedding SO wonderful. I cannot rave enough about Orlando's and Laurie. She made our entire planning experience so easy, personalized, stress free and was beyond accommodating. She upgraded a lot of things for us and spoiled us. Our wedding reception was perfect, the staff was so helpful and friendly and the food was OUTSTANDING. I was blown away at the tasting by the homemade delicious options. The Orlando family served everyone and treated you like family. They are so affordable and the quality is excellent. I can't recommend them enough!

Orlando’s did an AMAZING job at setting up my wedding. I chose this place because I wanted a hands-off wedding, where I didn’t have to do much. That’s where Orlando’s stepped in. They handled food, drinks, planning, and even set up all my decor! They made it look gorgeous. They also did a great job keeping it COVID safe. I would recommend to anyone!

My husband surprised me with my birthday party here on 3/24. Everything about this place was perfect!!! The customer service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff deserves 10 stars alone!! The food was delicious. The venue, experience and atmosphere was perfect!! My husband also had so many positive things to say about the booking and coordinating process with Laurie!!! Highly recommend for your next event!!!

Nice place for a large gathering. I went to a wedding reception here. The food was good. There was a bar tender. Catering staff collected plates, brought out buffet food, and cut the cake. I also saw the staff packing up the uneaten cake and donuts for the bride and groom. The atmosphere was very nice and inviting. One thing I would have liked was paper towels in the womans' bathroom. They only have the hand blower for drying hands.

This place is absolutely gorgeous to host any event!! I was their for a repass, for my first time. Yes, I would rent this for an event! However much it cost, it's worth it! The restrooms were cleaned and fully stocked with supplies!

Very nice venue. The catering staff were very polite and efficient - (kitchen located within the facility) the facility manager was very helpful and proffessional in getting things set up for and working a wedding reception. The entire night went very well. The bride and groom indicated to me that they were very pleased with the way things went. (I normally don't get feedback about the venue and facility staff - just my services) I highly recommend this venue.

I went last night with my daughter to my co-worker wedding and it was my first time !! That place is absolutely beautiful I'm thinking about having my 60th Birthday there!!

I've been here several times for different events. The place is nice but no longer care for the food. Example overly loaded with garlic- pasta. Chicken ok warm not hot- hard to Cut- tastes ok

Had our class reunion here. Place and staff were absolutely wonderful. Room looked amazing and the food was delicious.
