They have a great selection of high-quality pieces at reasonable prices, and I appreciated their willingness to work within my budget. This was my third time going to Kevin jewelers. The first time was a very nice and pleasant experience, which is why I returned for the second time. The second time was to get a bracelet which was also another pleasant experience! But this most recent visit the lady seemed a little bit pushy and almost seem as though everytime I would ask for the price of another ring she would get frustrated. I told her my budget and she kept picking rings that exceeded my budget! But reguardless it was still a good experience. I still got a beautiful ring for my now fiancé and I walked out of there happy about my purchase. So overall it was a good experience once again!

It's quite an overdue review but I have to write it anyways. Because this place is marvelous . They have such a beautiful selection. The prices are so much better than in other stores. But the best in all this is Marcy. She is such a beautiful soul, going out of her way to help you to choose a perfect item for the price to match your budget. We were so happy we met her when we were looking for the wedding rings and initially on our way to another store decided to step by Kevin. She were so genuinely happy for us, and helped us to choose wonderful rings that we are wearing now. Made sure we get the right size and resizing was fast. Great customer service! Lily was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. I had a certain amount of money to spend and she helped me find the perfect bracelet for my moms 86th bday. She was patient and very friendly (unlike the rude and uncaring sales people at the jewelry stores across the way). I felt she went above and beyond in order to make sure I left as a happy customer.
