Today I’m so excited. Because Some shop help me change the battery. But it’s Not walks. Then I go to many shop. There is no people can repair it. And also they say that Rolex quotes very hard to repair it. Also very expensive. But I went to this store. The owner just spend one minute. The watch works! And He only charge me thirty Dollar . I feel he’s not the only professional but very honestly ! This watch was my father give it to me , means a lot to me ! Thanks so much ! I feel so touching! I recently visited this establishment after my friend told me that this is the place to go for a wide selection of watches and excellent service. I originally went there to have a battery replacement for my Nixon and ended up purchasing a beautiful Luminox ECO Series watch in the blue color. Troy assisted me and was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The owner, Jean, and I had a nice conversation too. I will definitely be coming back to shop at Vana Watch and Jewelry !!

This jewelry store is my go-to spot in all Socal. I'm a G-shock collector, and they have a good selection of the uncommon and rare G-shocks from G-steel to Fashion Street Casio colorways. Otherwise, their selection includes Hamilton, Seiko and Luminox. I'm proud to go here and support local business everytime I need a watch gift.

Got my Rolex, IWC, and Omega watches fully serviced here. Gene also serviced, cleaned, and polished my wife’s watch. If you want cheap service go elsewhere… but if you care about excellent customer service and truly outstanding work, Vana Watch is second to none. I stopped into this jewelry store hoping to replace the chain or repair the clasp on a beautiful necklace my husband had given me years ago that I haven’t been able to wear for years. Jean was very helpful in showing me options and I finally decided to replace the clasp. I asked if I could wait for it (I’d walked there) and he immediately went to the back and did the work. I was so stunned and thrilled with my newly fixed jewelry that I didn’t look at my receipt until I got home. Not only did Jean help me immediately - he charged me less than hed quoted me.
