Love this jewelry store! I buy a lot of vintage and antique jewelry and have some REALLY expensive pieces that I don't trust just any jewelry store to work on but Al and Vic are the guys I trust with with my pieces. They are really trustworthy, meticulous with their work and their prices are unbeatable! I feel like they don't price gouge their customers and really care. I've even had times where they have done some work for free like replace little stones that I didn't realize were missing. I also love shopping here for jewelry because their prices are so reasonable. I can't recommend this place enough for buying jewelry and especially for any fixes or sizing you may need.

I'm so happy my mother told me about this place! It's close by, and the gentleman who worked on the pieces was very informative and very friendly! I got two of my mother's necklaces repaired for a pendant she had, and they came back to me so beautifully done. I hardly recognized the pieces, it looked brand new. I was just so happy. Very welcoming place!

They helped me make an old necklace and pendent look brand new in less than two days which allowed me to leave town as I wanted, but the icing on the cake was being able to go with jewelry that looks brand new, which I did not think was possible. My new go-to jeweler! I've been to many in the past, but none meet the hospitality of this place. I came in asking about advice regarding getting a ring resized and what my options were - even though it was a simple, inexpensive service, they spent a long time with me explaining what he thought would be the best option and examining the ring on my finger. Vic resized my watch and in the process realized that the clasp wasn't working properly. He took care of contacting the company for getting parts under warranty. I got the watch in under a week. I'm pretty pleased with his customer service!

I been looking all over the area for a store that could help me modify my buddah amulet to fit into my dog tags. At first they said they were unable to make the modification even then vic was super helpful in thinking of other potential near by stores that might be able. But then he was able to think of a potential fix and went out of his way to help with another option from initially what I wanted. And got the job done! We purchased our wedding bands here. The customer service was great! I returned to have some jewelry cleaned and sized. I also bring our watches here to replace batteries. I came to get my 4 watches repaired. They went the extra mile to fix my little son's favorite plastic watch. I had all repaired ( batteries replaced ) and he replaced my son's plastic broken piece with a stainless steel part for free. Warm and friendly smile from the owner. In and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place.
