I requested a regular massage. The woman brought me to a room and left without giving me any instructions. I stripped down to just my undies and laid down and put a kids towel on top of me. The masseuse started my massage and kept the lights on. Shortly after the massage started I asked her if she can massage me harder. She told me that if I wanted a harder massage I have to pay $10 more for deep tissue. I agree because I figured I’d get a good massage but that did not happen. She did not go harder even after I requested it again. I did not receive a deep tissue massage I received a relaxing massage but I paid more for it. She put some hot wet towel on my face that was scratchy and it felt like there was a film left over my face. She left the room twice for an extended period of time. Why did she leave the lights on? I’ve never been so happy for a massage to be over. That is what I get for not going to my usual place. And the room was dirty. She also told me next time to ask for Jackie or someone because he does it harder. If she wasn’t qualified why she take the job? I will never be back

A little hidden gem in Alhambra. Hands down the best place to go for a massage, especially if you have chronic pain. When my boyfriend and I arrived we were asked where we had pain. So I immediately knew that we were at a legit spot and we weren’t going to get generic massages. I have had shoulder tightness for years, and I’ve gone to so many massage places here in sgv. They’re all priced the same, around $60 in this area, for a head/shoulders/neck massage. But this is the best value spot. My massage therapist was the woman who’s also at the front desk. The beginning of the massage was on the chair in the lobby. Then the rest was in the room. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing because every touch was effective. There wasn’t any wasted time or just rubbing. I have also paid for many Zeel and Soothe massages (over $120 for 60 min), and i think this place is better. They have a membership plan. I bought it 😂 stop looking, this is the spot.

This was the most incredible massage I've ever had. Everyone here was super nice and the massage was out of this world. This was my first time trying cupping and the staff was really sweet and patient. I would recommend this place to everyone. A little more about my experience was the massage helped fix my back and neck problems which I've had for years. It somehow even fixed my walking issue (duck feet) which I've tried everything. I took my mom here and she had a arm issue for years which this place finally fixed. Highly recommend this business for anyone who has any issues!

I have been this store almost one year, the reception lady treat customer very friendly, Jacky is senior therapist for many years there, my neck and back needs deeply massage 2 times at least per month, they also serve bio electric therapy as needed, this pain center really help me a lot, the medical bed covered very professional with towel and rooms are clean with light music while I stay there, service fee kind of low compare with American store, go try and you will love it.

Best massage I’ve ever had. I have had hundreds of massages and this one was at the top. I do like very deep pressure and chose deep tissue. You’ll get your money’s worth. Can’t beat the price either!

Ive seen at least 50 different types of doctors and had 300 different appointments or more for my pain. This has been the only doctor that understands the body. Had neck, hip, back pain and sciatica pain for 7 years after car accident. I’m also a model and have constant random tightness. And only 3 visits here Dr. Jacky has made me feel better then I ever felt. Pain is completely going away, my head feels clear and my tightness going away completely. The BEST treatment for any type of pain!!! Must visit. It hurts a little but wait a few days after the treatment and you will feel magically good!

I bought my mom the deep tissue massage and Angela helped her, every one there was very kind and friendly and my mom said it was one of the best massages she's ever had from all the places she's been to. There is a language barrier but nothing a little Google translate can't fix. They speak Chinese so you can get your Google translator ready. Enjoy!

Highly recommend Jacky Dong who is the best senior and professional therapist that I have ever met. Yesterday I drove all the way from Laguna beach to his place and after the two hour treatment, I felt so good, definitely worth the trip. Personally I will go continuously. Already booked an appointment for my friend with Jacky.

Bought 5 sessions. One masseur spent time meeting + greeting customers during my 90-minute massage! It's blatantly cheating. No English so forget about complaining + I could not cancel the rest!

If you need a deep tissue massage because of back pain, Jacky is man man to help you. He really works you and gets Knotts and stiffness out. You may hurt the day after bit it's part of the recovery process. Once that's over you'll feel much better. Just be sure to go back every other week or so to keep the back loose.

Great Chinese pain treatment center so far I Ever had in LA. Very professional and affordable. They do the real fire cupping and Point massage. I have bad neck and back pain for years they cured me ! Highly recommended

I was suffering from headaches that came from stress for last 4 days and been taking Tylenol to alleviate it but to no avail. My mom suggested I go get a massage from Jacky and wow after having the deep tissue massage from him, I feel so much more relaxed and the headache and neck pain is alleviated. He used just the right amount of strength, sometimes it hurt but he said "no pain no gain" and he was right, the tension is gone now. He also added a herbal Chinese medicine patch as an added bonus. I highly recommend this place if you suffer from stress, muscle tension, ask for Jacky!

NEVER, EVER, EVER EVER EVER GO HERE! I slept wrong, jacked my shoulder and neck. Went for a light massage to work the knot out. Specifically told them, NO DEEP TISSUE. Lack of English language and my lack of Chinese ruined the experience. We tried Google Translate. Didn't matter. Masseuse continued with a deep massage. I was and still am in more pain than I was before I went here. 6 days ago. Side note: a black couple was finishing up, the lady went to the restroom, the man walked out real quick, not like intentionally. In fact he told me to get the deep tissue (I just can't). Basically he complimented their service and they came running out like he just walked out without paying and looked very distressed. The lady came out and he actually came back in. Much to those staffers dismay, she made it clear the bill was settled and another employee acknowledged that. Pretty rude and discriminatory if ya ask me. 0 stars if I could.

She used hot stones as well. Immediately, she identified the knots I had on my upper back and shoulders. They had polls on the ceiling to walk on your back. but I am to small for that. I am going back here again forever. The gentlemen at the front desk was very professional and kind. also it was very quiet with soft music. *and very clean*

In the past , I have been seeing many chiropractors and physical therapy for my neck pain, back pain and hands pain using my health insurance. It never go away. The pain keeps coming back the next day. I had so much treatments and it did not improved. It took more than 3 to month to get better , then the pain came back in another area or same area. The exercise does help a little then eventually, the pain came back. Ever since I went to to see Jacky. I feel much better and my pain has so much improvement after seeing him. Jacky works very professional, friendly and honest. He cares about his patient, not about the money. He cares for his patient. I don’t speak mandarin, but I showed him my pain area by pointing. He is able to identify all the area and be able to tell you that your muscle is very tight and they caused more pain and he told me that certain area pain represents certain area of your organ area such as this can affect your kidney or liver. He does speak some English. He uses DDS electronics machine to release my pain effectively . some my pain on my back ,neck, knee , shoulder pain was for more than 10 years. I noticed the pain that I had from 1 out 10. The pain in some area was 9 out of 10. Now my pain was 7 and some area of my pain went down to 3 to 1 or almost gone. I still need to go back to see Jacky for my other pain area. If you have these pain for years, you need to go more than 5 treatments. But I can guarantee you feeling much better. He also puts some black rocks and applies some black herb paste on my back. It depends on the treatments. The heat for the herb was hot and I did not like the feeling of it. But you felt much better. The price was great as well. Remember that you come here because your pain is bothering you. This is the perfect place to get treat it for your pain. It might be painful when he treats you with deep massage, cupping or DDS machine . But you will feeling much better after the treatment. I also feeling very relax after the treatment. I will recommend my friends and families go to see him. The place is clean as well.

This is the place that I ever had excellent experience , the environment is very warming and calm, specially the master’s hands are very magical , I feel much much better just right after the first treatment.I will keep come back for treatment once a week, so I recommend to everyone.
