Dr. Lo is the most responsible and caring doctor I have ever seen! As a GI doctor, he’s very knowledgeable and experienced! I was kinda worried and had a lot of concerns at the beginning. However, Dr. Lo explained all of my questions crystal clear with full of patience, which is very nice! Other than that, the staff in his office were all very kind and polite. I feel lucky to choose a remarkable specialist like him!!! Highly recommend!!!

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Lo! GI problems can be scary but he and his staff immediately put me at ease. The front office staff greeted me with a huge smile and didn't hesitate to help me request 10-year-old GI records from another state. His nurse spent ample time really understanding my symptoms before I ever saw Dr. Lo and then Dr. Lo helped put my mind at rest during our initial consultation. On the day of my procedure, Dr. Lo was SO caring - I didn't experience any pain during or after the procedure, but he still checked in on me a few times while I recovered. It's very rare to find doctors with such excellent bedside manner AND expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Lo!

If you're facing a colonoscopy with any kind of trepidation, look no further than Dr. Sunny Lo! My experience was the opposite of everything I imagined: efficient, painless, and even enjoyable (as enjoyable as a colonoscopy can be, anyway!). From the initial consultation, Dr. Lo exuded calm confidence and genuine care. He took the time to answer all my questions, clearly explaining the procedure and addressing any anxieties I had. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. The procedure itself was smooth sailing. Dr. Lo's skill and expertise were evident as he worked with remarkable precision and speed. I barely felt a thing, thanks to his careful technique and the excellent sedation. His anesthesiologist Dr Wong was alsa excellent and efficient. The nurses and the rest of the team was also top-notch, providing efficient and attentive support throughout. Even the recovery was a breeze. Everything went smoothly, and I felt fully informed and cared for every step of the way.

Overall a positive experience with Dr. Lo and staff. I appreciate the "Purge" started at 6pm the day before the procedure. Only drinking 2 cupfuls of the "solution" is much better than my previous experience where I had to start a full day before and had a LOT more solution to drink.

Dr do please have a talk with this nurse. She is very rude and doesn’t realize the numerous patients comments she makes. I’m trying to find a new GI in the area. She’s not representing your facility well. Incident occur 7/5/2023 around 4pm. I overheard her speaking to other nurse when you have many patients in the waiting room. How she hates when someone ask if there’s an earlier appt available. Then someone ask her they been waiting 30 min, when can they be called up because they have to go. Then as soon as patient goes in she says I hate when patients ask after 30 min when they can go in. As much as you try to whisper we as your patients can hear the dumb comments she makes, please correct this issue. As patients we require respect and bed manner.

Although scheduling was 1.5 months out this office does a very good job helping you with your request.

Dr. Lo and staff are very attentive and took their time to review all my health history and recommended the appropriate procedures.

I had a very satisfying video consultation with Dr. Sunny Lo. Dr. Lo was very punctual and called me at the exact appointment time. He was very patient and showed a great deal of care. Unlike some other doctors who rushes to end the consultation, Dr. Lo spent more than 30 minutes discussing my case. After the consultation, I emailed him few times with additional questions and he all responded within an hour. I am so glad that I have found a truly trustworthy Gastroenterologist. Good staff cool doctor quick to the point nice intake .kudos to the person who scheduled & explained the paperwork to me . I was slower than becausey first time doing this kind of "follow instruction " to the t . She was very patient with my slowness & not yell at me. Thank you for that. Office is a little crowded the day I came . Pple were waiting hallway due to the office space smaller....haven't done any procedures yet but the Dr seems confident. That gives me a little comfort instead of worrisome

Dr. Lo and NP Raúl are two of the best providers that you can ask for. Both answered all questions that I had and made my procedure go as smoothly as possible. All of the staff that I spoke to were very friendly. I will definitely be back for future procedures. I highly recommend that everyone comes here for their GI needs!

If possible I will give them negtive point. The receipient lady Ying is very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Frontdesk can represent the company, never go there.

So irresponsible for patient. Office was close without notification to patient ahead. I arrived office and saw the notice of temporary close on the office door. I kept call the office for 30 mins, finally one lady response the phone. It was strange that receptionist told me I don't have appointment with them on the day. Fortunately, I still save the confirmation message of the date of appointment from their office. After I provide evidence of the message, receptionist withdraw her previous remark, instead of the office system was down a few days ago, so loss patient's information. It was go too far and so rude!

Staff is extremely hospitable and helpful! It was convenient to schedule an appointment. Dr. Lo was very professional and thorough with his explanations. My wife speaks mandarin and I speak English, their office staff can speak a variety of languages. We felt very comfortable, I would definitely recommend Dr. Lo!

Had my first colonoscopy today, the staff was so professional in the surgery center and Dr Lo is great. Every nurse that attended me was kind, caring and supportive.
