👍👍 In my 70s, I have never felt more physically capable in my life. The trainers at 626 have helped me gain flexibility and strength to be able to perform my daily chores. I have also felt a significant improvement in my endurance and speed in my badminton games. I’m encouraged to maintain my progress... So this is a brutally honest review and I mean every word. This gym has become a second home to me, I feel like. It's a place where I can attempt and hope to achieve my goals and dreams. Its coaches have become more like family and every day I train there, I feel amazing and i cherish every second. The environment and the entire vibe within the gym is extremely different from all the other gyms I've been to. It's extremely positive and goals become much easier to achieve when your coaches have such an amazing and positive attitude. They have a great taste in supplements and also, I highly respect their honesty and effort in helping you achieve your goals and also helping you become a better person day by day. Honestly, do give it a try and I'm sure you'd want to stick around. Because, I will for sure. Amazing trainers, amazing gym, amazing nature. That's all that's required.

Crossfit 626 is simple the best gym in the area, Pam and the staff really go the extra mile. I have never been to a fitness facility that is so clean. I have a coaching background and I’m very impressed with how the workouts can be modified for anyone! All the coaches are excellent. Coach Jeff really knows his stuff! I would recommend Crossfit 626 to anyone regardless of fitness goals.

Gym owner and head coach Pam Eamranond fosters a fully supportive environment at 626. Her belief that anyone can be fit, and that strength can be measured in multiple ways, creates a safe and holistic environment where clients don't feel pressured to do the max, like at some other gyms, which can be dangerous. Highly recommend and visit for a drop-in to see for yourself!

Supportive and knowledgeable coaches, various time slots for classes, feeling of community and encouragement from other members. Foundation classes at the beginning are good starting option for beginners of CrossFit or fitness in general like me. Coaches will consider your level and alternate different movements for your level and needs. Definitely recommend for people living in 626 areas.

I moved away from LA recently and honestly the thing I miss most is Crossfit 626. It is truly an exceptional place. It's more than a gym, it's a community of amazing people bought together by amazing coach and owner Pam Eamranond. Pam cultivated a community atmosphere during classes, always introducing new people and making everyone feel included. The coaches are so talented and gauge your fitness level and abilities on so many axes and tailoring the workouts to you so that you get a hard workout without injury. They make working out fun and challenging and for the 2 - 3 years I was a part of that community it was a sanctuary for my mental and physical health.

Somewhere in October was my year anniversary since starting at CrossFit626. I had called and talked to Pam (owner) after reading reviews and checking out the website. She was so welcoming and kind, it gave me the motivation I needed to show up for the foundations class. So glad I did. At 45, with three kids (2 young ones), and a recent torn achilles injury, I hadn't had any consistent fitness regiment for years. The abuse I put my knees and joints through as a youth athlete had caused deterioration to the point where just looking at a few stairs caused me anxiety. My heart issue seemed to be worsening to where just walking a short distance put me out of breath. The aging process seemed to be speeding up, and I needed some help. There are soooooo many things on the Level Up method that I saw and said, "there is NO way I will ever be able to do that." My year long goal at the start was just to be able to jog 200m, and sit at the bottom of a squat for 10 seconds without dying, and maybe jumprope without peeing. One year later, I'm between yellow and orange, I can run a mile without stopping, I'm bounding up flights of stairs, my knee/joint pain, back, and neck pain are wildly improved, and I've dropped 20 pounds. Most importantly, I feel like I've regained at least 15 years of my active life. Pam, and all the coaches - Chris, Candi, Victor, Amber, Mike - are all great. Each of them seem to perfectly balance the ability to gently push your progress while not pressuring you beyond your comfort zone. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and non-judgemental. It's a great environment. Since the start of the pandemic, the gym has pivoted multiple times to make sure we all had the ability to keep going, from at home private coaching, to outdoor workouts, back to safely indoors. When I struggled to maintain, Pam reached out, as she does for everyone. They are a dedicated bunch who truly care about their clients' health and wellbeing. I've benefitted so much from joining, both from the workouts, but also the nutrition guidance. Super grateful. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

I've been a member since early 2015 when I was first introduced to cross training at CrossFit 626 and I haven't looked back. Before joining, I would frequent a number of different gyms/studios in the area. One of my biggest pet peeves with training is when instructors/coaches are not diligent about checking form, especially when performing complex/heavy lifts (helloooooo injuries). The coaches at 626 are always on point with checking on form which is SO important! With the start of the quarantine, I quickly realized that the thing I missed the most was going to 626 to get my workouts in. The coaches are all so welcoming and I looked forward to working out with the other members because everyone is so supportive of each other. The individual digital training provided the past few weeks has been a saving grace during this quarantine for my sanity and I can't thank 626 enough for that. I can't wait to get back in the gym for my workouts again!!

Pam/Chris and their entire team have been awesome. I was a stream-your-workout type of person until I actually stepped into their gym. It's large, clean, and everything is typically done on time. They correct my form and genuinely care about my progress (they actually know how much you can push). I haven't met one person at their gym that I did not like. It's sad that COVID hit right when I was getting deep into the workouts. But right when this clears, I will 1000% return.

The best workout I’ve ever had! Friendly and patient trainers help you understand the details like posture and form, which helped me lose weight and feel 100% better about myself.

I only have a few days in LA, We came to ask and cannot directly drop in, we were asked to sign up for a free trial class the next day which is reasonable. We booked and waited for the next day. As soon as we arrived the coach said that they no longer have few trial so they cancelled or reservation and need to pay and book another time. Wasted our time, we could be training somewhere else instead of loosing one of our precious holidays mornings. The place is nice but they need to understand that if they commit a mistake should solve it the best way possible not like that.

For the last 5 years (and counting), I had the immense pleasure of training at an extraordinary gym that has completely transformed my fitness journey. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with such a knowledgeable, motivating, and inspiring group of trainers. From day one, it was evident that the trainers not only had a passion for fitness but also a deep understanding of the human body and how to achieve optimal results. Their wealth of experience and expertise in various training techniques made each session an exhilarating and effective workout. What sets these trainers apart is their ability to tailor exercises and routines specifically to your goals, abilities, and preferences. They took the time to truly understand my goals and limitations, crafting workout plans that were challenging yet attainable, ensuring continuous progress and growth. Their dedication to my success was unwavering, and their continuous support keeps me motivated throughout my fitness journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym without any hesitation. You will be forever grateful for the positive impact they will have on your life.

Like everyone else, after lockdown I needed to get back to the gym. Unfortunately my old gym had closed, but luckily I found 626 Strength & Conditioning. Owner Pam & her team of coaches always greet you by name and with a smile. They are excellent at assessing your abilities and tailoring the day's workout to your needs. The classes are small so you you don't get lost in the crowd, and that ensures you're doing the exercises correctly. At xx years old I'm in my best shape ever!
