I've
been
coming
to
this
local
PetSmart
for
years.
I've
never
had
any
issues
until
the
other
day.
I
went
in
to
purchase
my
cats
food
my
cats
are
very
picky
so
if
I
don't
get
them
the
certain
food
they
like
they
wont
eat
anything
else.
So
I
did
some
research
and
saw
they
had
2
in
stock
of
the
meaty
Friskies
16lbs
bag
I
couldn't
find
anywhere
else
close
by
besides
Alhambra.
I
went
in
and
saw
they
had
pallets
of
cat
food
out
and
also
in
the
back
where
they
receive
shipment.
Neither
pallet
that
I
saw
that
they
had
out
had
the
Friskies
I
was
looking
for.
I
know
sometimes
the
inventory
is
off
online
for
instore
so
I
went
to
ask
staff
since
it
said
2
in
stock.
staff
responded
to
me
in
a
rude
response,
"IF
IT'S
NOT
OUT
WE
DONT
HAVE
IT"
I
was
like
ok??
but
it
shows
you
have
2
in
stock
i
asked
if
they
can
double
check
and
again
she
told
me
the
same
response
and
walked
away.
Then
i
decided
to
search
more
and
i
see
the
2
bags
of
cat
food
way
up
high
in
a
pallet.
I
went
to
ask
a
different
staff
member
if
someone
can
get
it
down
since
they
did
have
it
and
she
told
me,"
we
can't
get
it
down
since
we
don't
have
a
guy
on
shift
at
the
moment."
so
then
I
told
them
I
needed
the
food
since
my
cats
ran
out
and
she
started
to
recommend
a
different
brand
similar
to
that
one
instead
of
just
getting
it
down.
So
I
was
already
annoyed
and
asked
what
else
can
be
done
since
I
needed
them
that
day.
Staff
tells
me
to
order
online
for
pick
up
for
tomorrow
they'll
be
ready
when
the
food
is
literally
right
there.
staff
is
lazy,
immature,
terrible
customer
service
and
need
to
be
all
equally
retrained.
