The
floors
were
very
sticky
and
dirty.
The
room
smelled
like
somebody
smoked
in
it.
Also
there
were
multiple
food/liquid
stains
on
the
walls.
I
felt
the
walls
were
really
thin
because
I
could
hear
anybody
that
walked
by
the
room
however
you
dont
really
hear
much
of
your
neighbors.
The
outside
door
handle
was
very
wobbly.
The
room
photos
had
shown
a
Brilliance
Smart
Home
panel
which
was
NOT
in
my
room.
The
automatic
shade
rollers
didnt
work
properly.
When
opening
them
they
wouldnt
stop
where
we
wanted
and
stopped
once
fully
open
and
the
same
thing
with
closing
them.
Also
booking
advertises
that
they
serve
breakfast...no.
Their
"breakfast"
was
a
few
donuts
from
the
donut
shop
next
door
and
coffee.
Also
the
staff
that
is
there
when
you
go
get
breakfast
(7am-9am)
was
extremely
rude.
I
wasnt
all
sure
what
was
breakfast
for
the
guests
and
I
touched
the
wrong
plate
and
the
staff
actually
YELLED
at
me,
yelling
"dont
touch,
not
for
you!"
The
pictures
show
a
very
nice
room
and
the
room
is
exactly
as
the
pictures
show
however
the
quality
of
the
room
was
very
poor.
Yes
they
put
alot
of
money
into
the
appliances
themselves
however
they
were
lacking
in
other
areas
like
room
security.
The
hotel
is
in
on
the
border
of
Alhambra
and
El
Sereno.
The
only
lock
for
the
door
was
the
deadbolt
on
the
door
handle.
There
was
no
additional
lock
like
most
hotel
doors
have.
ALSO
I
have
NEVER
stayed
in
a
hotel
that
did
NOT
have
a
phone
in
the
room
to
contact
the
front
desk
or
even
to
call
911
(if
needed).
The
pictures
are
very
misleading.
Also
in
the
photos
it
shows
a
charging
pod...no.
If
you
need
anything
additional
you
have
to
walk
all
the
way
to
the
front
desk.
Also
the
hotel
does
not
provide
shower
chairs
so
luckily
we
called
ahead
and
found
out
so
we
brought
our
shower
chair
from
home.
The
things
I
liked
were
my
wife
and
I
absolutely
loved
their
shower.
If
you
get
their
jacuzzi
room
it
comes
with
a
jetted
tub
and
multiple
shower
heads
roll
in
shower.
It
allows
you
multiple
shower
head
settings
as
well
as
you
control
the
temperature.
The
tv
came
with
alot
of
the
popular
apps
and
in
case
you
dont
have
the
streaming
services,
it
had
profiles
already
logged
in
so
you
can
utilize
them.
The
ac
worked
beautifully
and
I
kept
my
room
at
a
cool
62°.
Also
I
liked
how
the
outlets
above
the
desk
had
usb
outlets.
The
fridge
kept
my
1/4
gallon
of
milk
nice
and
cold.
Also
we
liked
the
complimentary
slippers
however
they
are
of
very
poor
quality
meaning
they
are
super
thin
but
helped
out
because
the
floors
were
very
dirty.
After
walking
around
barefoot,
the
bottom
of
my
feet
were
definitely
black.
Also
while
checking
in
the
front
desk
associate
said
I
had
to
stay
the
whole
3
days
booked.
That
made
me
think
that
others
had
planned
on
staying
there
but
once
they
saw
the
location
and
quality
they
most
likely
left
because
to
be
honest
the
pictures
show
a
very
classy
nice
room
however
the
quality
is
VERY
poor.
