    One night, I was sitting at the table with my friends and I saw the staff being rude to customers. The customers were waiting for 10 minutes and no one took their order. The cashier named Leia was taking out the trash and did not wash her hands. Very unsanitary! She did not wear gloves and went straight to the cash register. She did not greet the customer or talk to them. She just looked at the customer and did not approach them. There were 5 employees cooking inside and none of them helped the customers who were waiting in line. Leia does not know how to be social or talk to customers. The customer had to go up and say their order. She also got their order wrong and never apologized. The night shift female employee named Leia should not work here because she is unprofessional!

    The lady worker who I'm pretty sure only works at night is so rude. The food is alright, but it's literally fresher when you get it delivered. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you don't mind being treated badly, and eating mid food.

    I went there this week and the experience was terrible. They told me to wait for 20 min, then I came back and told me to wait for 10minutes. When I came back they found my food but it was already cold. Then, we ordered boneless and we chose 2 different flavors, well .. they gave us regular wings with no seasoning on it. The taste was awful, we couldn't even finish them. I won't come back to this place , terrible experience !!! Here is a picture of what I received !!

    Earlier this evening, my daughter tried to place a phone order. She was told they (this location) were not taking phone orders. She proceeded to go to the location, place the order. The order added up over $50 dollars, once she submitted her form of payment which was "cash" she was then told this location was not accepting currency larger than a $20 dollar bill. My question is, would anyone be upset at this service?

    Our 1st visit today. Fist of all lemon pepper chicken is too salty, parmeasan chicken likewise is vey salty. 2nd, there is no table napkin but what im surprise is it looks like a paper towel that is available in their restroom (look at picture i attached) very familiar when you go inside their restroom. 3rd the paperbag is great but if you order to go, you end up a styrofoam box not very friendly. Lastly there are no available condiments only as small portion of catsup inside the tiny plastic container and if you get more, you waste more plastic container rather than a refillable environmental container. To sum it all, its very salty, and expensive and too much waste. I would love to visit diferrent location but not vero soon, sorry you only deserve two star for now.

    This is horrible place. The cashier she doesnt look like the job. She will gv you sarcastic look. And rush you to order. When I am want order some other thing she look unhappy. Even my kids ask me why she so mean. 2nd they got my order wrong and they dont even apologize!! 3rd they close the restroom for customer. I never heard that any restaurant will close the restroom for customer. I am guessing they just doesnt want the customer make dirty the restroom coz its mean more job for them. I am always keep telling my kids to wash their hand before eat coz you all know the covid thing. And we just want to wash our hand they dont allow it!. I was thinking it's for all location but uts not. I call other location on fremont and they say they open the restroom for customer and their company or head quarter never say that we close the restroom for customer!! This place its ridiculous!! I never want come back here !!

    The chicken wings are very cold! My order was ready in five minutes, but they pre-cooked my chicken which is why it’s so cold. Very terrible service. My food was not hot or delicious

    Only thing I would change is the prices, for the price I want the the fries not to turn cold and soft after 5 min. I live 3 minutes from this location and my Cajun strips was soft like they was baked not fried. But it was still great.

    Wingstop offers good chicken wings. I ordered online and picked it up in a few minutes. Staff was professional and competent. Restaurant's atmosphere was welcoming and its fragrance imbued by the different spices. I ordered their classic and boneless lemon pepper wings. Taste was flavorful and perfectly balance of saltiness, pepper and lemon. Texture was soft and crispy. Prices are relatively on the high end $$ but it's worth it. Good ample of serving matches the price. Overall, I enjoyed my wings and experience.

    This location Sucks the customer service is horrible and when you call they never answer or answer and hang up on you without letting you talk. I wish the owner could pay more attention to what’s happening in here.

    We love the lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan classic wings and fries we order well done. Best ranch and blue cheese dipping sauce. Always order ahead to avoid the wait. There are parking available in this center. Staff are always friendly. Thank you for practicing social distancing. Ordering for delivery was quick and easy! I love when they offer FREE delivery

    The store “supervisor” Ashley, sucks at customer service. DOES NOT know how to talk to customers AT ALL !!! She is extremely rude !!! Wingstop charged me and she did not CARE about the situation ! I had to double pay for my food. Never coming back here again ! She should work on her customer service skills. Or maybe this isn’t the job for Ashley.

    This place serve salt with a side of chicken!!! Barely any meat and all breading, every flavor is over seasoned with salt on top of salt with a side of salt! Never eating here again. Staff was ok and courteous. Never again.

    Junior the(shift leader) not supervisor is absolute trash. I placed an order online called literally in 2 seconds to call them to make it well done but he said my order was already made and I was explaining to him I just placed it a couple seconds ago and he said my order was already bagged he then hung up on me and blocked my number so I had to call from my roommate phone asked for a refund and stated they don’t do refunds I would have to get it online and wait 5-7 business days. This isn’t even the first time there’s always missing items and all you just see when you walk in then fooling around

    My experience was awful. Staff here don't deserve one star. Had to cancel my order due to staff taking their sweet time to "make" my food. No one else was dining in there. Don't bother with this place.
